Rules:
Be fair
Be reasonable
Put on a show!
Down beneath the silent plains and rustling trees say thousands of pounds of manmade materials: Concrete, adhesives, barrels of chemicals, explosives. You name it, it lay there, sealed from the public eye and quarantined off in the event the world went a little topsy turvy. The old bunker lay 59 meters beneath ground level, sinking deep into the earth, no sounds escaped and there was only one way in via the elevator from the rather plain looking restaurant cover up build over the bunker. It took any willing soul down into the dilapidated bunker of unknown manufacturing. It reeked of stale water, mold, powdered stone, the gritty dust could even be felt at the back of the throat where it sat on the taste buds
Level one, entry. Level two was the mess hall, study rooms, living quarters, the basic everyday handouts designed to make one feel as home as was possible with all the steel and concrete walls that lie around. Here it was easy to get lost, rows upon rows of hallways with doors that opened to more doors, more hallways, more door, more hallways... a never ending maze that wrapped around the entire 300 meter second level.
The third was a simple room, one massive armored and sealed door, newer looking than the rest what with how little air had been disturbed here. It was almost impossible to find this room amid the chaos of the 2nd story layout. The command deck. The Bridge. Command center. It was here the minotaur of the aforementioned maze sat, legs up on a desk. Two Imperial yoyo's one silk string the other metal, two butterfly yoyos too one silk and one metal strung. A triple bladed scythe, rapier, compass and other assorted items lying about. The creature itself? A woman. A little taller than some dressed to the toe in gothic lolita garb, the flare of her black dress tucked beneath her thighs. Horns protruded from the top of her head like spinal columns with the rib bones hacked short, a fitted gas mask resting over her face that obscured her featurs but the haunting glow of eerie green lights could be seen from outside, lighting up the inside of the mask too bright to see within, mask shaped like a raven.
A filter was jammed in place to keep the acrid and dusty air from affecting her breathing and with every passing second she grew restless watching the outside world from the monitor of cameras. One in the elevator, another at the entrance and two more aimed towards the entry to the second and third floor. Impatience geared and fueled the bob of her crossed ankles, a bony tail too swishing behind her with that restless energy, "Come on... come on..." She hadn't killed in nearly more than 24 hours, Jashin would not be pleased with her. Looters for the materials were usually her opponents, unarmed and flimsy. They fell like cropped wheat beneath her blade. Now she just hoped the surface world would get curious and come looking for what they could not see from their vantage point.
"I set my sail. Fly, the wind it will take me, back to my home, sweet home. Lie on my back. Clouds are making way for me, I'm coming home, sweet home~" Maybe today she'd meet Jashin too. Finally. And someone else could finish his divine will. Or. She'd add another to the gallows.
Somewhere behind her swung shadows, hanging figures, most stripped of gear and clothes..and skin. Some bled, others had long dried but they all kept her company. Terrible conversationalist though...
