I stood in the middle of a pit filled with sand. 50 square meters of nothing but the stuff. I was there in the center waiting for the next person to approach. I was wearing simple sparring clothes that covered my arms and legs with expensive athletic fabric. I was not wearing my normal armor or items. I wasn't even wearing my rings or gems. Instead just my fists and my will ready to face my next sparring partner.
Yunka wore nothing but baggy and free fitting black pants that he wore for training sessions. His torso was exposed showing from his physique that he indeed was proficient in taijutsu.Or at least gave off the impression. He was granted with an opportunity to fight the strongest and he took considering it would make him a better chef and swordsman. He had only his troll Iron katana on his left hip as he stepped in to the arena. 25m of distance was between him and his opponent."Yo." Yunka simply said with an aloof face. He seemed almost goofy and uncaring but was tense as a bead of sweat rolled down his face.
"Let us begin." I'd say as I stepped towards him. With each step closer my pace increased picking up between footsteps. Each increase of movement was incrementally different between steps to keep my movements towards him harder to guess in my acceleration to the point I was traveling. Thus the distances between were removed in 2 brief seconds as I approached on a gradual arc towards my left. By the time my footsteps had reached speeds of a run, my body was naturally leaning forwards towards the floor, my eyes trained on my opponent. My nose picking up his scent over the hot sands of the desert. I'd come towards my partner at his left side and when nearing within one meter of him suddenly cut my movement, a change in directions transitioned by a hop which quickly opened up into a twisting roundhouse kick towards the man's face. The momentum carried forwards from my twist carried the full weight of my body around while preparing a tense counterweight with the twist.
Yunka sent out his soul 4m ahead the moment he heard the words let's begin. His opponent would have came running at him at blinding speed and at arc at that allowing passage for his soul and body to move. The distance was closed relatively fast but Yunka would have increased it some when his body snapped to his soul 4m away. His opponent would have struck nothing as Yunka turned around and dropped down with his left foot perpendicular with his right foot forward. Right hand on his hilt.He had energy to spare and would have to keep that up most of the fight. Fearsome, fast, and strong one slip up and it felt like Yunka would be dead. He had no real strategy considering that all his techniques were meant to kill with 100% of his strength. But a skilled shinobi like this he probably wouldn't win if he didn't attempt to use them either it was quite the paradox. Maybe he would just try to survive as long as possible.
Keihatsu Ryuu: Battōjutsu no Kamae (Art of Drawing the Blade Posture) Rank: "E" Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: The basic stance used for all of the Busōsen (Arms Flash) techniques. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: Picture User stands in a long "L" stance. The Forward foot is pointing towards the opponent while the back leg is perpendicular. The weight is evenly distributed between the 2 legs. The sword and sheath is attached to the belt on their hip. Their free hand holds onto the edge of the sheath, while their main hand readies itself near the Tsuba of the Sword. The main hand shoulder should face the opponent. Limit: Must learn from a Master of Busōsen (Arms Flash).Soul Shunt Rank: "D" Skill: NinJutsu Effect: User moves their soul and then snap to where it's at. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: Target is personal. Range is 10 meters. Duration is Instantaneous. User's soul races from their body and then the user snaps to where their soul stops. User makes a 10 meter step (unaffected by gravity or objects) and the user snaps to its spot. Takes a Movement equal in Handseals to Perform, but instantaneous for the effect. If the user's soul is beyond a solid object after the 10 meters and there is no way for the body to follow the user will move to the object and the soul will meet the user there. This ability cannot be used to scout, user's soul only goes where the user told it. If a creature has Chakra Sight, True Seeing, they can see the user's soul as it moves about. Limit: Must be a Soulcaster.
"The old... Shunshin at the first move trick... really? Against me?" The distaste in my voice was palpable. There was nothing to be learned in a spar where the only thing occurring was my partner running from me. "I came here to fight, not chase you around a circle." I would say as I landed to the sands below.
Yunaki stood up regular and slammed his katana in to the ground and pointed at the Kage."Oi it's not like I can just fight you normally cause i'll get my ass kicked. And I can only hit you if I try to kill you for real with a sword not my fist and that's if I even get to land a hit. But let's get crazy then." Yunaki said taking up a boxing stance. He was gonna throw down and throw down crazy then as he left his blade there in the ground. A stupid and almost irritated face grew on the young man's face. If push came to shove he could always the gates that he just learned how to use. And that's if he pulled it off without his body failing on him.
Upright Stance Rank: "E" Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: A Basic upright stance used in boxing. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: Picture To adopt an Upright Stance, you should stand with your legs roughly shoulder-width apart. Your back foot should be about half a step behind your front foot. If your dominant boxing hand is your right hand, your left foot will lead. Lift your right heel off the ground by about 3 inches and point both feet inward (although do not exaggerate this movement). If you lift your heel too far off the ground, or turn your feet too far inward, you will become unbalanced. As a test, imagine someone pushing you from any direction. In a properly balanced stance, you should be able to maintain an upright position and not fall to the ground or sway from side to side. To increase the stability of your stance, keep your knees and hips slightly bent but make sure your back is straight. Your lead fist (which will be your left fist if your dominant boxing hand is your right hand) should be positioned vertically at eye level, approximately six inches away from your face. Your right fist should be positioned next to your chin, with your elbow held against your ribcage. This is good defensive positioning and will effectively protect your body. Whilst watching televised boxing matches, you may have noticed the boxers tapping their cheeks with their hands. This repetitive action acts as a reminder to keep fists up at all times and is especially important as the match progresses and energy levels drop. To further protect yourself from blows from your opponent, keep your chin pressed against your chest. Punches to the jaw often cause knock-outs, so it is essential to keep this stance throughout the boxing match. Limit: Must learn in a gym that teaches Bokushingu (Boxing)
"That's better!" And for once my expression opened up into a smile. "If you keep treating me like I am unbeatable you are never going to become better than me. I'm teaching you how to win! Not how to avoid losing." I'd dash towards him in the same arc that I followed last time. As I closed the distance I'd cut halfway through the arc and dash again in an opposite curve, instead of opening up from my left I'd move to the right. I'd land into a low crouch and use the momentum behind me to throw a sweeping kick down low towards my opponent's legs. The kick would be quick and with momentum carried around as I twisted my right leg into a swing as I left my left leg behind me. The kick would cause me to pivot on my hips, twisting on my hands and building tension inside my hips with the horizontal 'scissor kick'. The kick aimed to bring him to the sand with the blow by catching his weight off guard.
Yunka dashed towards him as soon as he made his own dash. Yunka tried to intercept with a right punch but missed as his opponent stopped mid-air and went to the other side. Yunka was off balance and had to jump 1m off one foot to spin around and regain his balance. He would have kept his stance and eyed his opponent who moved again and continued with his sequence of attack. Yunka would have been on his guard and crept closer no matter where his opponent went. When he saw an opportunity he would jump for it with no hesitation. He was gonna get his ass whooped in style.
My opponent was airborne. Perfect. Already low to the floor I'd twist across the ground using the counterweight I had built up inside of my body with the last kick to create tension in the last round as I pushed forwards. I'd quickly shift my body weight letting the tension I filled up inside of myself suddenly come released as I'd use the momentum of the kick to a chamber and rotate my body throwing another kick with my free leg. The movement would be predicate by me quickly pushing up off the ground to make up the short distance between us by my palms getting a good meter into the air myself. Twisting at my waist twisting on my momentum fueled my by wrists I'd spin at the hips throwing that coiled momentum outwards with another kick aimed at my airborne target. This one would be a heel kick coming in the opposite axis as the kick from earlier aimed at his legs this one aimed as an axe kick coming towards his collar bones.
Yunka had no way of counteracting with this new attack and was caught completely off guard. The one mistake he had made was not keeping his eyes on his opponent as he moved forward. He did expect the heel kick to come at all especially his collar bone which hurt like hell. He was rammed like a rag doll and was smashed in to the ground with an intense blow.Yunka got hit so damn hard his legs got whip lash and flung over his head before falling back down in to the ground. The wind was knocked out of him and everything and to anyone who has been watching nearby would have seen one thing and one thing only he got knocked the fuck out. However he still had some movement in him and would try to recover to his feet.
