The neko quietly glanced around the building finding it very flashy, though that wasnt a bad thing considering her bedroom was gold and silks. Regardless she would wander inside wondering what all the praise was about, rumors and whispers reaching her on the boat she was traveling aboard.

Who knows maybe something fun will come up.

Isamu crossed the threshold to the building. It was den of excess but filled with a class of society that Isamu was not entirely unfamiliar with. Isamu had formed a more formal outfit of a white gi with a maroon haori jacket, and grey hakama pants. It was the same outfit he had worn when he had received the rank of Bake' Yoroi in Gyakusatsu. While he carried no other weapons on his person his thermal enhanced katana was prominently displayed on his left hip. His sunagakure headband was secured as a belt buckle around the hakama. A pair of black sandals rounded out his outfit.

While Isamu had only a little money is pockets he did have his gem of prescience and the dust of dryness. He had taken to using the gem of prescience as a worry stone and now, realizing he knew no one in eye sight he began to rub it again wondering if he had made a mistake by choosing to mingle with the humans. Isamu pushed past the entry way declining to check his sword. While most would not know it, the blade was a symbol of his rank and skill within his chosen discipline and he was loath to part with it.

She was late. Or at least she assumed so; there was already a wild hustle and bustle inside and out, loud enough of a drunken roar to hear at the main desk as she checked in. It both excited and exhausted her. A woman of little weapons, Harue had little issue with handing over her katana and large, protective armor of a winter coat. Stripping her of the overcoat revealed attire not uncommon to this place, but entirely unusual for herself, leaving her looking almost like something out of an anime but not precisely. Her hair was in a full updo, the kenomimiesque triangular buns on either side of her head thick with the weight of her entire hair. She had no excuse for her vibrant shawl aside from simply feeling too exposed without it to wrap around her plump chest. She'd dressed specifically for this occasion, otherwise this little getup of Yuri's tastes would have gone untouched.

Harue had come to this place for one reason and one reason only. She'd heard about the booze and the atmosphere of a thousand mutual drunks of this place, particular rooms set up to behold the amazing stupidity of those with a wish for alcohol poisoning. This giant labyrinth of a party house had rooms dedicated to drunk people and their mingling and intoxication. Harue was only interested in one of those two things and it smelled heavily of vomit at the end of a night. She followed the pools of smoke in search of alcohol and, apparently, pipes. She wasn't out of the mood to socialize, but it wasn't her priority in the slightest. It was a shame the object of her only interest and affection would be sitting this one out. The closest bar seemed to be the den, then.

Despite the loud noises Krystal made her way through the crowds as her outfit shifted and lengthened into a long gown over one shoulder with a slit up her thigh. Her shadows allowed her to move freely as what would normally be a bump or a brush instead would pass through her. She took notice of a samurai like individual but had no memory of him.

Bright flowing pink hair however, Krystal smiled and slipped through the crowd until she reached the grass nin and hugged around her shoulders from behind. "Boo~"

It had been a while since she saw the pinkette and they didnt really have time to interact given the environment. "How've you been?"

One, two, three shots down and Harue's shoulders were feeling considerably looser, the pit of her stomach admittedly warmer. Perched at the bar and repeatedly flagging down new drinks, Harue was completely absorbed in herself, the booze, and the amazingly loud music and chitter that drowned out everything but the taste of liquor. 

The unsolicited hug from behind would have been incredibly disturbing if not accompanied by the forever familiar scent of lilac and the obnoxiously giddy sound of one particularly flamboyant womanizer. Only a little sloshed but nowhere near business presentable, Harue pivots precariously around in her swivel stool to get a brief but good look at Krystal, the old-acquaintance new-stone-kage. Last time they saw each other was from across two sides of a diplomatic table in Aokusa, about a treaty if she remembered the paperwork correctly. That was just before the undead man converted alliances. She wondered, in the back of her mind, how that had weighed on the dark-skinned ally. That was of a different tune though, not one that vibed at all with this place or Harue's buzz.

"Sober," Harue drawls perhaps too softly for the noise around them in response to Krystal's barely-heard question, feeling much gooier than she'd initially given herself credit for. The drinks were creeping up on her steadily. If she wasn't careful, she'd start acting on whims and that was dangerous. "An' you?" There was no hiss that followed the fourth shot, only the silent ring of empty glass settling upon a counter top. 

[Inoryu]

     Inoryu could begin to see The Badger in the distance. The building is larger than most in Cha no Kuni and lit up the entire block. It was a hard thing for Inoryu to come up with an appropriate outfit since he tends to wear the same style of clothes repeatedly. His idea of dressing up was wearing dark grey pants, a black short-sleeved shirt with a meshed collar and sleeves, and a men's kimono shirt tied at the waist with a dark grey obi to match his pants.

    His kimono shirt was mostly azure to match his eyes with a cloud-colored border following the collar, end of the sleeves, bottom and middle of the shirt, the right side overlapping the left. On the back of the shirt was the Yamanaka clan sigil in bold white lines covering the top half of his back. Underneath his shirt was fifteen hira shuriken and a sheathed oversized masterwork kunai concealed. Two of the shuriken and the kunai contained his unique hiraishin seal, 由. A separate hira shuriken with Itada's unique hiraishin seal was also concealed on his person.

Past lush blue carpet leading morbidly along a pathway of decay-halted hands, a young woman walks briskly taking in the Badger's Den. The entrance hall's 'subtle' warning to thieves made her chuckle slightly, nodding at attendants and guests in an establishment type she had not seen for quite some time. It was a sort of human game-room. A casual sniff told her that most of the inhabitants were indeed primates. She sat facing the end of the bar closest to the bathroom, where few people liked to sit, and ordered a house specialty drink called a "Mangekyou Mojito" from a bartender who seemed obnoxiously thrilled to do his job. He smiled graciously as she tipped, and she took the fizzy red drink from him with both hands, observing her surroundings in broad sweeps with each sip.

People watching. Her favorite activity. She was hoping to finally uncover the mystery of "sneezes".

Momentary freedom...

That is all that comes across Kahimi's mind when she goes on night outs such as this. Her mind wandered far too often back at the castle for her to be okay with staying inside. When she took up the position she wanted to draw out the sleeping village that is Yukigakure. Yet now the damn place is having her sitting around inside way more, than she ever does willingly. The wilderness and open breeze is way more comfortable for the Yukikage, but despite her personal interests she couldn't disobey the order of things. Not until she proves to herself that she can move past her own self made drawbacks and barriers.

The first one yet one of hardest is sociability. The Yukikage is known well enough in multiple different ways amongst different groups, and classes. However an innate shyness and discomfort of social gatherings, and interaction still haunts over her self esteem. To lead a country as prideful as Yuki will take more than exceptional speaking skills. But as much as she dislikes to admit it, her secretary is right about her needing to break out of her secluded comfort zone.

Which brings her to the main reason of travelling to this notorious place called The Badger. Not much is truly known about it on her end, but based on her secretary's recommendation it's one of the few places she'd allow her to travel to on her own. Of course as ridiculous as it is for a secretary to be limiting a kage's privledge Kahimi was purposely dealing which such an oddiry for the better of her development, or more so lack there of. Getting to go somewhere without AnBu leaning over her shoulders, is an opportunity she can't possibly refuse. Coming back with good reports would help boost a lot of things on her end, and so pulling this off will be good. The only issue is the formality.

Yes yes despite the Yukikage's protests, she was inevitably forced into somewhat elegant attire before being sent off to mingle at this very spacious hangout. With all the hair Kahimi has she ended up having to put most of it in a clam like bun which would keep it from hanging anywhere. The rest of her was put in a plain white kimono with a similar colored sash. The symbol of Yukigakure placed in fine silver stitching on the upper back of the robe.

The comfort of such loose outfit was the only real redeeming quality keeping the Yukikage from complaining. And as she checked herself in, she would note the rush of sound from all the other guests. Lacking any weapons she entered calmly. Hoping that coming her will be worth it as she ventured through the wide blue carpeted hall which leads into the facility.

[Utahhikari-Satu]

    Satu walked into the Badger, his demeanor was confident and his shoulders were poised in parallel to his hips as he stepped forward with hands clasped. His hair was pulled out of his face and scattered throughout his silver locks were ,any colored gems. His attire was a white open fronted long sleeve jacket the length of which reached his waistline. Under the jacket he was almost shirtless wearing a white trimmed mesh tank. His  white pants were held up by a black leather belt and cuffed at the bottom. For footwear he chose taupe combat boots. The ensemble was accented with a white gold piece appearing flat plated and worn like a necklace  across his chest and his white gold chain that went from his piercing on his nose down to his index finger attached to his band.

    It was quite a gathering from what the dhenada could see. His emerald and juniper eyes went a glimmer as he stepped up to the daunting building. He wondered where he might find his tutor as he waited to meet up with him he smell the scent of delicious meat in the air. Once he met up with Inoryu he could not wait to go inside. He would wonder what other people he would meet in such a place. While he waited he summoned a halo of brilliant sky blue and shrunk it down to the size of a coin. He would idly whirl it around himself to pass the time.

[Inoryu]

    "There you are, Satu," Inoryu said, "I have a gift for you when we return to Kusagakure no Sato. For now, let's just have a good time." When his eyes again glanced over Satu, he went in for a hug, knowing that Satu would appreciate the gesture. After a brief moment, he would release his apprentice and say, "Let's head on inside. I hear there will be a spectacular taiko drum performance tonight."

Itada appeared out front The Badger in a flash, next to both Inoryu Yamanaka and Utahhikari-Satu; his entrance was marked with a slight hue of scarlet, courtesy of the ritual he'd used to get there. He was dressed in the traditional loose-fitting robes of the Uchiha, but instead of the typical black he was usually seen in, his clothing was tinted the darkest of blues. If not for the massive coagulation of hair that fell down his backside, styled wildly and unkempt, one would have been able to notice the symbol of his clan displayed proudly.

The young Kage had brought no weapons, save for a single slot of kunai(2), single slot of shuriken(15), a half-slot of explosive tags(40|force), and the Eye of the Tiger gem stuck in the center of his left palm — he had chosen to leave most of his blades back home, as this was a trip for him to relieve himself from the duties of shinobi — however, he was a Kage — and that made him a high value target among his enemies.

"Heading in without me, huh?", he'd say to the two Kusa ninja he just appeared next to.

The Badger was a large building, and very detailed from what he could tell, but he wouldn't know completely until the trio headed inside. Even from the outside, Itada could hear the music of the establishment, and without hesitation, headed inside.

[Inoryu]

    "Itada!" Inoryu beamed and clasped Itada's hand like he would a brother, "Glad you could make it. I guess we should head inside, the show isn't until much later." Inoryu beamed and nudged Satu forward with his arm around his shoulders towards The Badger. He remembered the first time Itada had appeared beside him by use of hiraishin and how he was immediately prepared to strike, now he had come to expect it.

    It was a lovely night, not like when he had come last Fall to participate in the Chunin Exams. This was the very building he had been put through a series of tests with other Genin aspirants, though by the way it was handled, he was unable gather a lot of information about the other contestants beside Shoko Natamura. However, everyone had passed.

    "We must've been a talented pool of Genin," Inoryu thought. He looked over at Satu and continued to think, "and they keep getting better. Satu is evolving at a much faster pace than I was when I was a Genin, he is a medical ninja and his clan's ninjutsu is profound. What he lacks in experience, he makes up for with natural talent." 

    Inoryu followed Itada inside, down the blue carpet with the display of mummified hands taken from thieves. The music and chatter could be heard even before they entered, the aroma of sweet roasted boar was making his mouth water and stomach growl. He purposely skipped his meals today so he could indulge in the famous dish. Due to the bright color of his kimono shirt, Inoryu appeared to blend right in with the crowd, so he would stick close to Itada and Satu. He would follow Itada inside, curious to discover how his close friend would choose to entertain himself. There was still time before the show started.

"Are you sure?" Krystal asked with a friendly grin, judging by the scent and the off balance, Harue was slightly more under the influence than she admitted which Krystal rose a brow at. If not for her ears she may not have heard her with all the extra noise happening around them. The neko would slip around to Harue's side gracefully as if she wasn't stepping on the ground to lean against the bar asking for a double for the pinkette.

"I'm okay, been busy traveling. Heard rumors about something going on so I decided to check it out." Krystal explained rather care free and handing Harue her next drink Before Krystal put back the shot. Her tolerance had turned out very high with how her body converted food and sugars to chakra so it allowed her to enjoy the spirits she liked. Her amber eyes glanced around the place taking note of a few people and her ears would perk up seeing Kahimi and if she glanced toward Krystal she would wave lightly.

"Everything okay? You seem stressed."

[Utahhikari-Satu]

    Satu turned his vision from the flitting of the halo when he heard Inoryu's voice call out to him. Satu would wave to Inoryu as they closed distance to one another. Satu noticed an expression on Inoryu's face of excitement as he opened his arms to hug Satu. Admittedly Satu could feel his heart flutter as he realized this meeting was not to train or head out on a dangerous mission, no it was an opportunity to get to know his beloved mentor on a more personal level. Satu opened his arms in this regard and embrace Inoryu with reciprocated excitement. ^{"You look dapper Inoryu, that outfit looks amazing on you."}

    The sound of another familiar voice broke through the disonance of the entry to the Badger. Satu would turn and see the Ame-Kage, ^"Itada!" Satu suddenly stopped and looked around Itada before asking, ^{"Where is Barakku?"} Realizing he spoke before he thought and the smilodon's presence in the building could be considered off-putting to some, he smiled in lighthearted embarrassment, ^{"It is wonderful to see you again Itada."}

    Satu would feel Inoryu's arm wrap around his shoulders as he ushered him to the entryway. Satu realized the feeling he was having was one that had eluded him up until this moment. The elation he felt walking alongside Inoryu and the comradeship between all three of them was something he was new to the experience of altogether. Having lived in isolation all that time in that abandoned village til he ventured out to live briefly at Dessabo in Kaze no Kuni. This feeling was more than happiness, he would search his mind for the appropriate word or phrase to describe this feeling he was overcome with walking between Inoryu and Itada. Before his mind could find one his halo had already began expressing his feelings, illuminating in gross incandescence outlining the three shinobi's silhouettes as they entered for what could only be an amazing night at the Badger.

'This should be fun' thought the male as he approached the building. His ears picked up the loud noises. Minoru was wearing a navy blue kimono.
His hip pouch was fastened inside the kimono. In the hip pouch were 2 smoke grenades, 6 kunais, 5 explosive pouches, 15 hira shurikens, 20 exploding tags, 50 senbons, a rake pick, a ball pick, a hook pick, a half-diamond pick, a torsion wrench, a multi-tool, a gas mask with filter B, a soldier pill, a lensatic compass, a glass cutter and 2 speedy healing herbs.

'Hm. This does not look like an ordinary bar' observed he young man when he entered the building. The mummified hands made him raise his eyebrows.
He walked into the room at the other end. The Chuunin stayed quiet so he could escape unwanted attention.

Pale purple eyes scanned the crowd. There were quite a few interesting people there. 'I think I'll head for the bar for now' decided the male.
There were three people at the bar right now. None of them looked familiar to him.

Member one of the trio was a petite pinkette. Number two was a blonde guy. Both of them appeared to be in their early twenties.
The last member however was in his late teens. His inky-coloured hair plus the dark robes made him stand out a little.

"I would like a virgin version of this please" told the black-haired guy. The bartender nodded before he gave him an alcohol-free Bloody Mary. "Thank you" told the guy before he paid for his drink.
He turned his attention to the trio. "Hello there" greeted Minoru with a polite smile.

"Are you locals by any chance?" inquired the male. He took a sip of his drink while he waited for them to answer.
'Oh well. This can get interesting. Especially since they are probably not from Konoha' thought the young man.

Focused predominately on the counter and the drinks coming her way, Harue barely registers the eerie survival instinct drunker, she wants you drunker of a whisper in the back of her mind that would usually help her to create preemptive distances. The drinks were working to mute those paranoid tendencies of hers though and she'd gobble up any drinks she'd didn't have to pay for, whether sober Harue liked the implications of them or not. 

"Me? Stressed?" Harue lets out a wet chirp of a laugh. Was she stressed? She was tired, she was strained. Mostly she was annoyed. But those were daily feelings, and right now she felt nothing but liquor under her skin. Straight alcohol instead of fruity mixed drinks were leaving her stupid in the course of no more than thirty minutes. Damn lightweight. "Naw, naw," a decided warm glow of content washes visibly over the eloquent fool, her hand unattending the untouched new drink waving limply between her and Krystal as if she's sloppily shooing away the idea. Her feigned fineness was consumable even by herself as another wave of giddy feelgood reminds her of the congenial slosh in her stomach which prevented her natural irrationality and irritability. Or maybe that was piss in her bladder. "It's just been t'long since I was fun." The sloth snorts into her drink and then sneezes out the new liquid in her nose after realizing her verbal mistake. "Had fun." She corrects, her feelings only mildly self sufficiently wounded. Finally, she takes her fifth and last paid-for shot.

Wait. What rumors? Was there something off about tonight in this place? Had she chosen the wrong night to try and get away from everything? It was just her luck to try and walk away from one indignation right into a whole new cavalcade of potential umbrage. Before she can even ask for clarification there's a stringy young fellow making himself cozy between the umpteen patrons crowding the bar in favor of a particular person or set of them, sounding dangerously like he was trying to communicate with the pink and purple ones. Harue... couldn't tell though. There was too much noise. Too many bodies. She was confused. For a moment she felt as though she was peering through her Tasukeru, stretched across everything around her at once. Her eyelids flutter then squeeze shut against a headrush, slumping slightly to the left as her right fingers come up to smooth over her temple. "What?" She says out loud to nothing or no one in particular, as if she's just been asked a question. Maybe she drank too quickly, leaving her fluctuating between extreme nonchalant enthusiasm and alarming, almost pained confusion. Less questions, more drinks repeated like a mantra in the back of her head.

[An'ei Sekitan]

A carpet like an ocean of blue cotton meets the black heel of a well-traveled boot, the metal on the soles depressing the fibers into the shape of it, then relenting after that pressure has passed over; the weight of a human male. They spring back easily enough, resuming most of their original form, although with critical eye it is extraordinarily clear that there was a lot of recent foot traffic in only a short time. More still over the years from the various grooves that could be seen, the grooves of other feet, permanently pressed into this exquisite carpet. Although, truth be told, it was a little blue for his taste. Green or black were more his colors.

Crimson orbs, often compared to pools of fresh blood, straight from the vein, engaged the shadows and nooks of the hallway, then the small reception area all patrons must pass. These eyes had no pupils, no iris, only the crimson. Eyes remarkably well-known to those from days long passed. It mattered not. A strong, but handsome nose tested the air like a dog might, a few tentative sniffs and it was satisfied that there was not something else lurking invisibly. Finally this figure made its way to the table, placing his rough calloused left hand on the varnished counter, a hand worn from the use of a blade and battle. Its kin, the right hand, cupped the chin or a rather handsome face, the middle finger and thumb rubbing his silver stubble in mock thought. Shaggy unkempt hair matched that stubble in color, falling to his jawline, but no further than that to cover his ears. Genkaku Houkou or, more commonly said when he was not within earshot, Uchiha Houkou, the Demon Dog.

Smoke would leak from his lips one last time before putting out the rolled tobacco, incinerating the remains and the ashes as well in the palm of his hand, dusting them off over the ashtray that sat in the corner. A muscular frame shrugged out of a jacket trimmed with fur on the color, sleeve cuffs, and zipper line, and bottom. Reluctantly, he would relinquish a magnificent blade crafted for him some months ago to the receptionist, forced to play by the rules by himself and his Kage. Once completely disarmed, he would enter the building proper in a black tank-top and Jounin pants, the bottoms tucked into his boots. He watched each patron briefly, but carefully, as he crossed the room; careful not to enter any spaces that would force him into conversation. There was already a destination in mind.

She was nearly drunk already, or more accurately, nearly blacked out already as she slumped over in her seat and rubbed her temple with her right hand. Houkou made his way up behind her however, his face an unreadable mask, more akin to the Mask of the Demon Dog he wore on his hip. His left hand is placed on her right shoulder, looking down at her, and simultaneously putting himself in their business for the moment. Ever the Guardian of Kusa it seemed. “I believe you have had enough, Harue. At least for now. There’s still plenty of night left to drink.” Those crimson orbs, pools of blood fresh drawn, would set their sights on Krystal. “As for you, I would not get any…ideas…” With that he would melt back into the crowd, keeping an eye on his drunken…acquaintance and her company. Others would be around as well, and the night was still young. This was going to be a pain in the ass.

Before long, commotion at the bar drew Shango's attention. A group of haggard gentlemen dressed like a kids catalog seemed to be accosting a tuft of pink hair jutting up from a graveyard of remnant ice-diluted drinks. Shango placed her ninth drink glass back on the bar top with a 'clink' that would be swallowed up by voices as she neared closer to whatever was happening. Though drawl-heavy, the voice and hair were unmistakable - Harue-chan! Though they hadn't seen each other since traveling to the Land of Moon months prior, it still brought a warm glow to her chest to see the 'Delegate of Grass" loosening up. But why were so many people around her?

She pulled up to a seat only a few feet away from the gaggle - she would watch Harue-chan and make sure she would be okay, but not intrude on what seemed to be commonly social, if jarring, interactions with others. As she was not within Kirigakure, Shango was not allowed to return to a form she had previously used, and could not speak with anyone candidly in regards to her identity. She would have to remain yet another person in the crowd. She purchased a drink of soda water, honey, mango juice, peach syrup, and ginger ale, letting the bartender know to send a second of these to the pinkette in her crowd of followers. Of those that neared her, most were super-weaklings, one was a basic weakling, and one she could not get a sense of. Well, Harue could handle that much, though she would keep her eye on the one who eluded her analysis, the one closest to Harue with dark skin, a female who seemed especially physically affectionate. Shango smiled weakly to no one and sipped her drink, staring occasionally at the crowd split and reform around them. Something about the woman seemed off.  It was like...being around an infant Kedoin, somehow, and the familiarity of the sensation disturbed her.

In the state Harue currently was in, she had no level ground to stand on in refusing the disembodied voice that suddenly loomed over her like a mountain. Coupled with the firm, grounding hand upon Harue's shoulder, the intoxicated assistant's brain worked arduously to try and match the familiarity of this aura to a face. "Maybe you're right," she mumbles on a misplaced giggle. Straightening into the large hand as it disappears from her shoulder, Harue's ears are deaf to the warning against ideas Krystal might have as she twirls around to get a look at this familiar stranger. But alas, she was sluggish and lethargic, too slow to register the disappearing shadow. Mystified, Harue decided it was a guardian angel.

Maneuvering carefully around in her stool to face the bar again, her hands placed firmly on the edge of it now, Harue found a new addition to her night. Curiously, Harue peers at the fizzling drink suddenly in front of her and listens to the bartender point out a blur at the crowded bar. Slow as previously always, she doesn't get a chance to quite understand beyond it being as virgin as the stringy young fellow she's already lost track of. Not to mention it smelled fucking amazing. For now, she'd give sipping this drink a try until she was sober enough to drink again. As casually as she can, she tries to get a better look at the sender who'd been pointed out to her.
