Water Replication
Rank: "C"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: User creates a clone of water to control.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: ---
Description: Range of this technique is personal. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. This technique requires a small source of water nearby. Using this technique, the user is able to create a replica of themselves with water. This version looks and carries equipment similar to the user except it being made of water. The user may create 2 clones +1 per Class Level. While the replications are not capable of sentient thought, they share a bond of sort that allows the user to communicate orders to their clones; the bond is only one way, though, and the clones cannot send orders, thoughts or images to the user. As such, the clones follow the user's instructions to the letter. A Water Replication is its own person and if caught in a GenJutsu, only the replica will be affected, and not the user and/or the whole group of clone. The clones have 2 Armour Points per Class Level of the user, saves equal to that of the user -2. It may not have more than 2 movements per round. It does not benefit from any Temporary bonuses the user may currently have. A Water Replication has a Bludgeoning Resistance 15 and takes 1/2 as much fire damage. A Water Replication may not stray further than 1 mile from the user, although it if is not within 30 meters of the source it was created from, it suffers a -5 penalty skill checks. It cannot use any techniques at all, and carries the very same equipment as the user except chakra-dependent items such as exploding tags. Poison and mastercraft bonuses are not carried over to the clone's equipment. Lastly, it cannot normally perform any activities requiring particular attention, such as sensing chakra, setting off an exploding tag or carrying a serious conversation. Once the clone reaches 0 Armour Points, strays too far from another clone or the user or the duration expires, it disappears in a puff of smoke. While the user can freely replace any clones lost by using this technique more than once, the user cannot control a number greater of clone than the specified maximum. The user can also choose to dissipate a single clone (or more) of their choice rather than the whole group. The user also cannot control any other sort of clone while using this technique.
Limit: Must know Water Release.
It was hot but that was how summers were in the land of wind. The desert landscape clashed with the beautiful gulf of wind that resided not too far from the village itself. Amira, dressed in a icy colored sundress and sun hat, lowered her glasses to peek out at the watery body that existed within the land of wind. Her sun kissed skin made her seem less like the ice witch that she truly was. Water was her domain, but she had always had an inclination to freeze it for some reason or another. Letting her gray braided hair fall gracefully on her shoulder as she sat down and let the cool water trickle around her toes. Amira was determined to practice her mastery over her chosen domain. She focused her chakra, the mana for which she drew her power, into the water from her body. She let her mental focus create a connection between herself and the water. Her physical and spiritual energy merged together to form a perfect balance of energy that allowed her to prepare to manipulate the element for which she was attuned to. The water felt cool on her feet as she visualized what it was that she wanted to create. She could see herself in her head, like a mirror, rising up from the water. Sh?e was going to create a perfect copy of herself out of water.
She quickly weaved her hands into some signs that were unique to her ninja race. She felt the potential energy of the water construction beginning to form a more active nature. She felt her will being transformed into reality. The water began to take shape, first at the feet then extending further up the body. Amira found it much more difficult to control the water in it's pure from opposed to manipulating the solid ice. She much preferred the cold and solid counterpart. The liquid slowly took form and created a watery form that slowly began to develop features. Amira visualized her nose, mouth, and facial features that the clone would surely begin to exhibit once she balanced out how much chakra the construction required. She mold the water like soft clay, forming a figurine of water. The more difficult part of her creating the statue of water in it's totality was the finer details like her scar upon her nose or the fingers on each hand. She struggled for a moment, but eventually she felt as if she was getting the hang of creating this watery clone. She was pleased with how well her molding ability had come along as she finished the clone, admiring her replica.
"How interesting" As she looked over the clone much like a designer looks over their model. The construct seemed to not think independently, but rather was tied to her own mind. She felt like she could give this creature a command, and it would surely attempt to complete it. She thought within her mind about what it was she wanted the creature to do. She really wanted to see what it would do. Amira mentally commanded the construct to reach up to her head and remove her hat from her head. The creature, still new to receiving commands, reached up and grabbed the watery hat from it's own head, as Amira had forgotten that the creature too would have a hat on. Thinking with a stronger degree of focus and intent, Amira used her bond with the creature to have it reach up and grab her hat this time. The strange being, seemingly understanding this time, reached up and grabbed her hat, taking it from her head. Amira relaxed as she admired her work. "How pleasant this is to have my own little companion." She thought as she seemed to forget the creatures lack of intelligence.
