An abandoned warehouse in the impoverished side of Kohona. The outside shows the wear and tear that it has went over the years from lack of care. The outside is boarded up, to prevent onlookers from peering in. The main doors in the front are bolted shut and none functional. On the right side of the building is a small window on the direct bottom of the facade. Only one person can get through at a time and there is a three meter drop showing that majority of the warehouse is in the ground and whats shown outside is the vaulted ceiling. There is a private fenced in area towards the back the hides a good portion of the back of the warehouse. There is a secret door that is used as an escape route or even an entrance if there are no onlookers. It is shrouded by vegetation and debris and a small tunnel of about five meters goes on into the main part of the warehouse.
Inside is what a typical abandoned warehouse would look like. scrap metal and wood is strewn all about, dirt and mud clinging the floors. There are five rooms that seem neat, clean and up-kept. There is a basic bedroom, holding two small rooms with a basic bed and bedding. The rooms are 4 meters by 3 meters. There are dirty clothing littering the floors, showing that someone resides here.
Across the rooms is a rather larger room approximately 7 meters by 9 meters. It seems to hold random junk and bricks of an unknown substance. Otherwise this room is rather empty. Next to the storage room is a small plain bathroom, the door is rather shot to hell and looks like shoddy construction work. A small tub and toiletry is all that resides in the room.
Tucked into the corner of the warehouse, away from the window entrance and escape tunnel is an immaculate area that is completely clean of dirt, grunge and debris . Dried plants, animal parts, liquids, and other various objects are on shelves. In the middle of the stations is a pristine laboratory used for alchemical projects. There tends to be residue that matches the bricks in the storage unit. There are a few barrels of what is assumed water hanging near the laboratory in case of any explosions or fires that may happen.

Alternatively, up to 4 alchemists can share this space at the same time, and they each receive a +80 circumstance bonus on their Alchemy skill.
