That had him wonder what would happen to the change og balance on the vials if he had some kind of cushion to dampen the force. Because even though he expectef himself to have the proper control over his strength, he wasnt sure it would be perfect. So he started off the test with placing a few layers of fabric in between his fingers and the glass vial. Emi the moved it around in the air in a few swift turns before pretending to pour the content into a bowl. It was clear that it wouldnt work with the fabric that he had selected as it almost comstantly had his fingers loose their friction with the glass. That had them glide off from their points and forced Emi to tighten his grip to not drop the vial.
He did however like the fact that despite that he had produced far more force to keep it in his hand, it hadnt broken. That had him believe that there was still promise to the idea, but that it just needed to work differently. So he contemplated what he had used as fabric and what he possibly could do instead. His first idea was to simply just make a layer of chakra which had the sole purpose of keeping it still. But he knew that it would require a new technique and a medium to fully work, so he wanted to know what would be required of it first. So Emi tried ouy a couple of different materials before finally trying out some padded sandpaper.
As it was far the most promising material he couldnt help but feel hope as he applied to his fingers. The grip became fantastic and he had no difficulties moving ut around or have it rest in any angle. But after his trial, when Emi was about to announce the solution as the winner, he saw some very clear grid marks on the vial. The structure of the vial wasnt comprimised, but it was obvious that it could very well be if used enough times. Despite that he had a lot of vials and bottles at his disposal, he didnt want to end up with procedure that actively broke them down. After all, it was a waste and could potentially cost him some rather rare ingredients if it broke at the wrong time.
