Raikage tower.
Description:
The Raikage tower is symbol of a villages power, respect and unity within Kumogakure no sato. The events and actions that occur within its structure greatly influence the everyday lives of the village people. First of all, this is where shinobis are assigned their missions. Secondly, this is the workplace for the Raikage as well as the ANBU leaders. The tower has a solid construction due to the weather. Such an important building must be able to withstand strong lightnings and powerful storms.
Courtyard:
The Raikage tower is located at the end of the village on a slightly elevated rectangular field. Said field is 300 feet long and 400 feet wide. One must traverse the entirety to the village before reaching the Raikage tower. The wall surrounding the property is 15 feet tall. This wall is consists of solid stone re-inforced with iron bars plus cement. Only an «S»-ranked ninjutsu or taijutsu would be able to create a solid dent in the wall. At the top of these walls are wires with several miniscule barbs. These barbs are dipped in elvish galingale extracts. This extract will make the wounds bleed for a long time after they have been cut up.
If one were to "jump" over the wall, they would trigger the alarm at the ground. Many thin and fine wires are strewed about the floor beyond the gate. These wires will trigger preset bells and alarms dotted all over. On each side of the gate is a barbican disguised as a fancy column. ANBU members are stationed there 24/7 to guard the tower.
Hidden security cameras are located at every 30 feet in the wall in order to ensure maximum safety. Motion and heat sensors are used in addition to catch genjutsu users. Camouflaged ANBU’s are constantly on patrol in the tower gardens. A set of iron wrought doors are located at the opposite end of the tower's entrance. The doors are 15 feet tall and 15 feet wide. They have wire at the top as well. ANBU’s open the door at 7 AM and close them at 8 PM. These are the times where the tower is open to the public. Shinobis or ANBU doing night shifts or returning from late missions must report at the gates.
In front of the tower is a small garden area with a pathway that leads to the tower. It is ten feet in width and made out of solid asphalt. Gravel won’t do because of the erratic weather. There are three flower beds on each side that has white roses in them. No trees or bushes can be found there due to security rules.
The asphalt path seemingly surrounds the Raikage tower itself. Behind the tower are two smaller buildings. Building one is a stable for horses. The second building is a staff room. This is where ANBU guards can rest or eat their food. The stables and staff rooms are cleaned daily by unemployed civilians for a standard fee.

The tower roofing and windows:
The tower has laid upon it the same type of shingle system seen on the gate. The shingles upon the roof are designed to fall off and hit the floor at the slightest touch of weight. There are however some shingles laid in a specific pattern that will not trigger this alarm. Only the ANBU captains as well as the Raikage knows the pattern of this. If one were to walk upon this trap, they cause the shingles to fall, break and create large noises. Camouflaged ANBU patrols the roofing of the tower on a random basis to confuse attackers.
The tower has no windows. The only «real» windows out of the entire tower are at the entrance door. Genjutsus are used to make people believe the tower has windows. If one were to actually make there way through a false window, ANBU will be alarmed of these actions. The tower roof has a design that makes it impossible to land on it in any way.
