As Sabo got closer he would see that the building was a small conical tower made of wood and stone. It looked like a the sort of place guardsmen would be stationed to watch over the village from its turrets. However, the place was now in a deplorable state of disrepair. The top of the tower had since crumbled, spilling bricks and wooden debris unto the ground near it. There was a single wooden door frame leading inside that perhaps a door might've once been but said door in pieces on the ground, seemingly breached with powerful force.
Entering inside, Sabo would notice that the roof had caved in on a good portion of the room, which he would be able to identify as some kind of armoury despite the state of dereliction. Most equipment and gear had been savagely wrecked and left in a pitiful state. Sabo's sensor abilities wouldn't prove very helpful, but his keen observation would. Somewhere in the corner of the room, Sabo would feel a heat emanating from a box in the corner of the room, half buried by rubble.
Sabo would have to wade through debris to get there, and also pry away the box from more. Upon analysis, the rubble had broken through the wooden chest, yet somehow its contents were still intact. A pair of gleaming steel armour pieces, permeating warmth. It was somehow strong enough to survive the destruction that had occurred here, which only hinted at its prestige.

Description: A Light Weapon. These weapons do +9 Amour Points of Damage and +12 Armour Points of Fire Damage. Metal or armoured leg protectors made of Fever Iron that allow the user to deal lethal damage with their legs as unarmed strikes. A strike with a greave is otherwise considered an unarmed attack. The opponent cannot use a disarm action to disarm a user with greaves on unless they remove the greaves completely. Power: At-Will, Non Movement. Half of the damage dealt by the weapon is Fire Damage. Another non-movement returns the damage to normal. Any charging creature hit by a chargebreaker weapon must succeed on a 14 Fortitude save or be knocked prone.
