Effect: Allows words written on any form of parchment to spring forth and attack.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Harmful to whom ever opens the parchment without knowledge of its properties. Same restrictions derived from "Ninpou: Choju Giga"
Description: The user writes an upon a parchment, and forms a set of handseals. From that point onward, the written document is laced with chakra and becomes a trap to whom ever opens or attempts to read the paper. Once an enemy attempts to read the parchment, any beast(s)/creature(s) derived from the "Ninpou: Choju Giga" will spring forth and attack the reader. These creatures are not under the control of the user, and will autonomously attack the reader viciously. They continue until they are either destroyed or the user deactivates the technique. To deactivate the technique, the user may use any of the following parameters, which can be shared with others:
• Use of a hidden "spoken code", up to 5 words in length.
• Use of a specific set of handseals.
• A time deactivate of up to a month (IC).
The user mat only use the A-ranked version of "Ninpou: Choju Giga" if they have mastered the clan.
Limit: Li Clan. Must know "Ninpou: Choju Giga"

He forced the water to take on an unnatural form. He made the water something like paper, hardened it, made it so that merely touching it with his finger sank impressions onto its surface that he had to use chakra to erase. It was water-paper. Chakra infused and wholly pure. On top of this paper, he placed more chakra and more of his suiton infusions clung and changed what they touched. He wrote on the water, with water. Suiton itself had become his canvas, and he would attempt to combine this with the animations of his clan's infamous technique in order to perfect this Living Ledger. With his own unique twist, of course.
He shuddered uncontrollably, something like fear. His thoughts went back to his meeting with the Mizukage. The terrifying being, the Goddess of Night Yoko. He shuddered again. She had told him he would be joined in his training by others but they had not arrived yet. He wondered who they would send. Someone like himself, perhaps.
