Support Issue: Role-Play
The Issue: Godhand Jutsus
A godhand reaches out and grabs power that surrounds them while using it for themselves. Chakra of Nature surging in an uncontrollable torrent they lash themselves to a power too large for them to fully utilize—like a man riding a storm to battle.
A Protean struggles against the raw torrent of power locked inside their arm. It is too much for the Protean to bear safely and this manifests in Rebellions from their arm. At the start of each round when a godhand is active, the godhand must make a Will Save (10 + 2 per Class Level). If the user fails, they roll 1d4 and checks the list below for the penalties.
1 — User acts normally but they take a -5 to Attack Damage as the arm resists the user. This penalty increases by +2 per Class Level
2 — Godhand takes up 1 movement, swinging around and lashing ineffectively.
3 — User deals 1d8 points of Armour Point Damage, +half of that die roll to Prowess to the user with the Godhand.
4 — User must attack the nearest creature of the opposing alignment of the Godhand regardless if ally or enemy.
Godhand Powers: Their Godhand is not so much as a physical one as it is a representation of the Godhand Power learned. Manipulating these Godhand Powers allow it to function in many unique ways. A Protean may only have 1 "Form" Godhand Power active at once (regardless of the number of Godarms they have). Activating a Godhand Power or switching between Godhand Powers is a Weaving Movement. Items, such as rings, that are worn on the hand (or other body part) merge into the new form when using Godhand Powers and continue to function. Godhand Powers marked as "Function" morphs the Godhand to be used as an attack, and may choose which one they wish to use as part of making the attack.
My understanding capabilities is very low,
I feel like this whole text tells me nothing on what a Godhand actually is and how it looks and all. Can someone explain this in a much simpler way?
