Tiger of Will
Rank: "S"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The user infuses Chakra into falling debris to find people within a very large vicinity.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: Range of this Jutsu is 1 City Board, or 200 meters per Class Level. Duration of the Jutsu lasts for 5 hours per Class Level. A perception ninjutsu, allowing the user to freely manipulate a natural weather occurrence or debris infused with the user's own chakra. For example, if rain falls from the clouds, the user infuses their own chakra into it. During this technique, the falling debris is closely linked to the user's senses. When this debris is obstructed by a Chakra belonging to someone the user is not familiar with, the existence of that person can be detected. The Detection of the Jutsu however is not specific as the user can only know if the person has entered the area of the debris but not where specifically they are. Upon knowing an intruder the user must use more specialized techniques to find the intruder's specific location. This debris can be anything small enough normally done through natural occurrences such as sand in sand storms, rain, and snow. If user is able to make these occurrences through other means the user may apply this Jutsu without sacrificing handseals, nor extra Chakra.
Limit: Must be a Sensor Specialist.

I found myself on the top of a hill, grass that used to be green below my feet was now covered in blood – some of it was mine, i thought to myself as i looked at my hands as they dripped some more from the various injuries mixed in with previous scars that were now reopened. Most of it however, was that of my enemies – they dared to stand against the will of my masters, mocking them even – and that simply could not stand. I picked up my katana that was lodged through a corpse’s skull right next to me and with a rough swing to the side the blood that was still on it flew off into the distance.
Looking at my reflection on the blade, my face was completly covered in blood ,it dyed my beard and my eyebrows as it kept dripping down onto my dirty clothes – my eyes completly cold, almost dead like , yet a smile that made me look even more crazy than i already seemed was plastered on my face. Thats when i heard them, steps coming toward me ,splashing blood making him sound even more obvious than he already was.
I turned my body sideways so i could see him better. He was charging towards me – fear on his face, mixed in with sadness for tears were streaming down his face. Rage was present too for he screamed madly at me. His katana high up held with both hands over his head, his footing desperate and sluggish , his armor drenched in blood made him heavier than he was used to - he was not prepared for this fight.
