"The last resident ran a martial arts school in his backyard," the realtor said, gesturing to the quaint home in front of the group. "He moved in with his grandchildren six months ago, and we haven't had any real interest in the property since then.
Oros appreciated how quickly one could get things done when the direct approach was taken. It had not taken the giant and his sword masters long to get in contact with a housing agency in the city. From there, the promise of a single lump-sum payment spurred the brokers into motion like ants, frantically making calls across town to find a property that matched the requirements of Oros' request. This home had been pinpointed within minutes, and it did not take more longer to schedule a house tour from there. Just like Oros wanted to conduct his business.
The woman led the men through the front door, Moto and Kayos having no difficulty to pass though; Oros had to duck, but thankfully the ceiling was high enough on the inside not to bother him. The first room was an open concept, with a common area bleeding into the kitchen area, separated by a raised bar. The home's two bedrooms and single bathroom were a little further into the home, accessed from the left side roughly five or six steps from the front door. The two swordsman disappeared into them, looking the space over, while the realtor led Oros through a pair of sliding glass doors on the backside of the house.

A small courtyard separated the main house from the detached training room, which had been built in the backyard in the same way that the average citizen would put in a shed or a garage. It was a spacious area, more than enough room for the giant to conduct his training in the coming weeks and months. The old owner had even left the training dummies behind, although they were a little worse for wear after the countless blows they received from the hands and feet of Seisui's youth. Oros doubted they would withstand his sword once it came to that.
"Does it meet your needs, sir?" The woman asked, looking around at the empty space.
The giant grunted in affirmation, pulling his focus away from the room to glance down at the woman. "Work on the paperwork with them inside," He said, nodding towards the house behind the woman. "I'll be there soon."
The woman nodded, backing out of the room, leaving the giant alone. Returning his focus to the space, Oros slowly walked to the center of the room, taking it in. Who knew how many young men and women were trained in such a space, bettering themselves to their desired end. He doubted any of their motivations were commendable; they trained because their parents wanted them to, or because their friends were already enrolled. Oros could feel the potential that such a space held within its walls, and he knew it had not been tapped yet. That would change, though. His training would start soon, and he had every intention of outdoing those that came before him a hundred, hundred times over.
And it would begin here. Soon.
