Support Issue: Basic Rules
The Issue: 1. Does a Bloodlimit Change Voucher eat up a scrap when used? Or does it allow you to change up your character without needing to lose a scrap?

2. Some Bloodlimits require specific details in the history - plus I'm sure you'll need to explain how your Bloodlimit suddenly changed, so I'm sure you're allowed to modify or at least add extra parts to your history. However, are you allowed to change major parts of your appearance and personality when using a Bloodlimit Change Voucher?

I'll just go about this the easy way which I don't think anyone will have a problem with (but would still be good to get a answer from you Tieren in case anyone else is wondering).

Appearance: Seeing how I'm a Kedoin at the moment, I should be able to at the very least, make some adjustments to my appearance anyway and then end up locked into the new appearance once my BL changes.

Personality: I'll keep the same.

History: I'll just keep the same, but add some paragraphs to the end to explain how the BL change occurred.

As the bloodlimit voucher states, it provides you with a scrap for the intention of changing out bloodlimits in that way. So you don't need to spend a scrap to use it.
