Isamu flashed out of the clutches of the wooden hands, narrowly avoiding their grasp. He reappeared surrounded by trees. As soon as he flashed back to this plane he was targeted again by the undergrowth and giant hands. Isamu sighed internally. It seemed like he had no choice but to turn the terrain against his opponent.
Isamu's left hand reach into his vest and pulled out a jutsu seal. The tag glowed and released a massive burst of chakra. The ground all around Isamu began to rapidly turn to sand. Within three seconds all of the ground, as well as the light undergrowth, within one hundred meters of Isamu would be converted to a fine desert sand.
Not knowing if the undergrowth would be affected, and doubting the hands would be, Isamu dropped the tag and followed up with a quick series of one handed seals. Turning towards the giant hands Isamu opened his mouth and a massive gust of air shot towards them. Zuruel was well clear of the cone, but anything within it would be subject to its full force. At the very least Isamu hoped it would slow the massive hands down.
After releasing the blast Isamu rose up off of the ground. Watching for any trees that might be falling in the newly loosened soil. He would be sure to avoid them. More importantly though he was scanning the newly cleared undergrowth looking for any sign of his opponent. If he had the time he would reach down to his vest and pull his goggles free and donned them, flipping them to thermal vision to better aid the search.

Its maneuverability is dependent on the performer of the Jutsu. Clumsy at "D" Class, Poor at "C" Class, Average at "B" Class, Good at "A" Class, and Perfect at "S" Class. Using Flight requires only as much concentrating as walking, so the subject can attack or perform Jutsus normally. Should the Jutsu duration expire while the subject is still aloft, the Chakra fails slowly. The subject floats downward 20 meters per round for 1d6 rounds. If it reaches the ground in that amount of time, it lands safely. If not, it will fall the rest of the distance, taking 6 Armour Points of damage per 3 meters of fall.

Description: The shield is capable of withstanding considerably strong attacks and projectiles, and can be hardened to a point where it's stronger than many creations. The shield is so strong that it has earned the name "Absolute Defense" (絶対防御, Zettai Bōgyo). The sand will react regardless of the user's will, even protecting them from self-inflicted injuries. User may also completely surround them in the shield to further increase the defensive capabilities. Strength and Speed of Technique depends on the rank of the Technique.
"B" Rank - Capable of stopping 8 movements. Capable of stopping "C" Rank techniques.
"A" Rank - Capable of stopping 10 movements. Capable of stopping "B" Rank techniques.
"S" Rank - Capable of stopping 12 movements. Capable of stopping "A" Rank techniques.
Each Class the user is higher than "C" the shield's strength increases by 1 Rank giving a full capability of stopping "S"+"C" Rank techniques. The amount of movements is an accumulation over the amount of enemies attacking. This is a mastery and doesn't take up much Chakra when activated. Effect: After performing a string of hand seals, the user will slam his hand into the ground releasing a mass amount of chakra into the ground, converting the soil, rock, and a portion of the vegetation into sand.

Drawback: The technique cannot be used on top of water, or extremely wet ground. Can be used in rain, just as long as the ground is not to wet.
Description: User will complete a string of hand seals, focusing chakra into their hands as they do so. Then, they slam their hands into the ground immediately after doing so, pushing their chakra down into the earth, and spreading it out all around in a 100 Meter radius. In a rather quickly (3 Seconds) manner, the earth in a 100 meter radius is turned into sand. This technique utilizes the users knowledge in Soil Conversion turning all soil, solid rock, and even small vegetation (Grass, plants, flowers and etc.) into a mass of sand, virtually creating a small desert at the users disposal.
Limit: 1,000 TP into the Sand Release, Soil Conversion "S" Rank, Must be a Ninjutsu Specialist or Master to Learn.

Description: The duration of this seal is permanent after performing the Seal. Performing the Seal is a Weaving Movement. This is a Touch based seal; meaning the user must touch the Scroll, Parchment, or Jutsu Tag in order to activate the seal. Performing this Seal uses up the Ritual; meaning user must perform the ritual again in order to perform the Seal. The seal appears and stays on the Scroll, Parchment, or Jutsu Tag for the duration of the seal or until a Jutsu has been performed on the Scroll, Parchment, or Jutsu Tag. To release the Jutsu the user first perform a Use Chakra Device (Difficult Difficulty + 10 Rank of Jutsu), and then must perform a weaving movement with Handseals while holding onto the Scroll, Parchment, or Jutsu Tag (This does not take up Chakra). If the check succeeds, the Jutsu sealed is released and acts in the same statistics as the Jutsu intended from the previous performer. Saves are dependent on the original performer. The Jutsu sealed acts the same way. If the Use Chakra Device check fails then a Scroll Mishap occurs.
