The Issue: Ten Finger Bullets

Effect: User launches bone at a target through their fingers.

Description: Range of this technique is Special. Target is 1 or more creatures no two of which may be further than 10 meters apart. Duration of this technique is instantaneous. User launches bone from their fingers towards an opponent or opponents. To properly use this technique, the user must have at least 1 hand free per 5 bullets (maximum being usually 10, 1 per finger). Each bullet fired from 1 finger counts as a ranged attack with a bone weapon that, if it hits, deals 12 Armour Points of Piercing damage. The bullets have a range increment of 7 meters. These bullets are treated as Marksman for the purpose of applying Range techniques (Can only be applied by the user). The skin and bone tissues are regenerated instantly and no penalty for the creation of bone weapon incur.
Limit: Must be a Kaguya. Must know Bone Weapon.
Which marksman techniques impact this jutsu?
Raise Skeleton jutsu: Says it basically common skeleton. Well, the skeleton in question text narutoforumrp.proboards.com/thread/114279/undead?page=1&scrollTo=1110980 is daunting. There's so much information and text that's it hard to find information that's needed. How many movements does the skeleton have? "Skeleton loses all Skill possessed with the exception of Observation." How would you know the previous body have? "Skeleton's Fortitude is 1/3rd of their Class Points. Skeleton's Will is 1/2 +2 of their Class Points." I am not sure how much this is.
