As the boy hit the ground Daichi found herself with her bones retreating into her body, this was more of an involuntary motion than any. She was breathing heavily but she didn't show any other sign of being bothered by his jutsu. Daichi put her head down, Her body was normal again with no bones sticking out and with her soft white skin visible again.
She almost expected what was coming so she let out a soft, slow sigh. Instead of arguing with him she wanted to just finish off the job. She had killed almost 25% of the people that she had come across and it would be awkward for her to just let him go but as much as she wanted to respond and continue her attacks she was frozen in her motions and just kept her head down with her hair falling over most of her face. Left alone again. It didn't matter, it was bond to happen
"But... I'll be back, I promise"
She bit her inner lip. The rest of what he said didn't register, and it didn't have to. The girl sat in the midst of the tree letting her body relax and her muscles become less tense. He was there to train with her, but he seemed to want to train alone more than he wanted to train with her this wouldn't mean that she would stop though. She'd continue by herself. Alone, as she had always done it
Moments later she was on her back watching the clouds roll by for about fifteen minutes before she began to talk to herself, or more to the voice that always spoke first. "Why don't you say anything?" She asked bluntly and for a long time she was left to listen to silence
'By the time that boy comes back, You'll be gone' The voice said finally on another note though. What the voice said had nothing to do with Daichi's question
"I know" She mumbled
Daichi, even in her tranquil state still felt fueled up by the mini spar that they had before. She wanted to be in a real fight now maybe it was because of that voice that was persuading her again or maybe it was just because of her blood. Kaguya's were prone to start fights and wars for almost no apparent reason. Daichi brought herself to her feet, she let a sigh escape her lips as she started her jutsu again and began to move around as well too. Her body felt sore though for some odd reason, she felt that she should either keep training for a bit then stop to set up camp or continue traveling and then camp up. She decided to train a bit more, and if she felt like she had enough energy she'd advance further into the forest
When she had most of her bones prepared she felt as if her body was lighter, getting rid of those old calcium deposits that she kept pulling and pushing in and out of body, now that they were out again her muscles felt looser, or maybe it was that she was getting more comfortable with the jutsu. She began her dance, moving around against the wind and around a couple of tree's a couple of times. Moving around, jumping and hopping over invisible objects and finally throwing jabs and hard punches into the emptiness of the air... This was indeed dull training but it had to be done
She twisted about sending kicks into the air with her spiked knee. It wasn't that moving this way bored her, it was that she had nothing to be up against. It all felt like a wasted effort. Soon she decided to test out her bones more. When she had fought Kaijuu she had actually hit him with her bone however it didn't pierce him. Either the bone wasn't pushed out far enough or it was just simply not sharp enough
For the bones that were out, would be pushed out further as she absorbed calcium amounts from her body and used it to form bone at the base of the bone that was already out. Then she would push those bones out further, but for some reason what ever it was, some of the bones that were pushed out more came out loose. And a few even fell off to the floor, leaving stubs of bone at the base. Daichi looked at herself and exhaled slightly. She didn't know why that happened, maybe the new bone that she had created at the base didn't connect right with the other bone.
