Compatibility between Jutsu Enhancements?

Support Issue: Basic Rules
The Issue: Can One Handed Jutsu and Somatic Jutsu be combined for somatic components to spells performed with only one hand? Somatic Jutsu states that it requires both hands, but perhaps One Handed Jutsu could supersede that?

Description: User must use both arms. Somatic movements can be an advanced form of Handseal Jutsu performing. A somatic movement is a measured and precise movement of the hands. User must have two hands free to provide somatic movements. Many Jutsus require handseals, somatic allows motion to perform the Jutsu. If the user is unable to make the correct motion, the Jutsu cannot be performed. Somatic becomes a weaving movement and any penalty applied to Handseals applies to Somatic Jutsus. Jutsus without Handseal components are not affected. Jutsu Handseal/Chakra Increase: 0 Rank. Note: This Jutsu Enhancement Technique may be applied to all Chakra Jutsus.

Thank you loki. Next question:

Does Spectral weapon do normal jutsu based damage (20 per rank) or damage equal to the weapon its being used to make due to it "acting like a normal weapon of its type" like an 8 damage longsword or a 3 damage kunai?

And if the latter, can it still be Empowered to give it a little more output?

Spectral Weapon
Rank: "C" (Shadow Perception: 10/400)
Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: Using the power of Shadow GenJutsu, the user can fashion a quasi-real weapon of any type with which they are proficient.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Striking techniques with special properties do not work with the attack that deals with background damage.
Description: A Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects anyone who sees the user. The user is able to perform this technique on themselves. The duration of this technique lasts for 5 rounds per class level. This technique may be disbelieved once interacted with. This spectral weapon appears in the user's hands and behaves as a normal weapon of its type, with 1 exception. Any foe the user hits is entitled to a save to recognize the weapon's shadowy nature. If the save is successful, that opponent takes only 1/5th normal damage from the weapon on that attack and all subsequent attacks. User can maintain only 1 spectral weapon at a time, and only the user can wield it (since it's an Illusion). The weapon dissipates when the user lets go of it or when the Jutsu's duration expires, whichever comes first.
Limit: Must know the Shadow Perception.

It functions as a weapon of it's type. So however much a longsword would do is what it will do. Of course this means it can be used to perform taijutsu techs, as well as recieve weapon damage bonuses, and be subject to the same boosts a normal weapon would be able to.

Also, since its chakra based all things that increase chakra damage will effect this.

Also also, the 1/5 damage when seen through will only apply the the weapon damage and bonuses it receives, not the taijutsu techs used with it.

Given the rules about limiting the potential number of enhancements on a jutsu:

" A Jutsu may not be altered beyond the highest rank possible—"S" Rank Jutsu"

Are these just literally impossible on a ranks and s ranks?

Imbue Illusion
Rank: "B"
Skill: Supplementary
Effect: User can grant illusions they create the ability to perform Jutsus.
Special: ---
Drawback: Must know the Jutsu they wish to imbue. Illusion may only perform what User knows.
Description: User can transfer some of their Chakra, and the ability to perform them, to a Figment, Glamour, Pattern, Phantasm, or Shadow they are creating. User must actively direct the illusion to perform the Jutsu or set a trigger condition of the Illusion (which may be a special word) when performing the Jutsu. The event that triggers the Illusion can be general or as special and detailed as desired, but must be based on an audible, tactile, olfactory, or visual trigger. The trigger may not be based on some quality that is not normally obvious to the sense, such as alignment. Only Jutsus from the following categories can be used by Illusions: Releases, Universal NinJutsu, and GenJutsus. Jutsu Handseal/Chakra Increase: "D" Rank Jutsu +1, "C" Rank Jutsu +2, "B" Rank Jutsu +3, "A" Rank Jutsu +4, "S" Rank Jutsu +5.

Effect: User can grant Illusions they create the ability to Perform Jutsus.

And if that was intended to be the case, why even bother describing the cost? I had initially thought b ranks as well, but there are enough reductions that its possible.

Trademark Illusion

Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: User has practiced a specific Illusion so often that it is now 2nd nature when they perform it.
Special: ---
Drawback: May only learn 4 times.
Description: When the user learns this Jutsu, they must choose a Jutsu from GenJutsu that they can perform (such as using Persistent Image to create an Illusion of a sleeping ogre). Once Per day the user may perform this technique with a "D" rank Weaving movement. In addition, the save for disbelieving the Illusion is increased by +4. By practicing a new Illusion for 1 month (1/2 month Real Life), the user can change 1 for their Trademark Illlusions to the new one. However, during that month, that Trademark Illusion is unavailable to the user. User may learn this technique up to 4 times. Each time learned user may apply to a different GenJutsu.
Limit: Universal GenJutsu Technique. Must know the Jutsu an Illusion Perception.

Interact with enhancements? Such as say i wanted to make a trademarked shadow genjutsu more realistic with enhanced shadows for +1 rank?

Would it be cast as a d rank weaving movement (because of the trademark effect) +1 rank for a total of a c rank weaving movement?

Or would it be cast as a d rank weaving movement regardless?

Or even would it be impossible to benefit from enhancements and trademark illusion simultaneously at all?

I'm assuming that the limit on enhancements, if any are even allowed, is determined by the original rank (correct me if im wrong!), so this is purely about the actual act of casting.

#1: There are ways to make it work, that involves the use of 8 gates. Very niche and not really worth it, but possible.

#2: The trademark effect will act as the baseline, not the finished product. And it will only effect the handseals not the chakra cost. Most only use it for the added save difficulty.
