Description: Client - Kusheol Rama, Necromancy Representative of "The Forces of Evil." The world would be better off without them, and it is important to undermine their societal power structure as we seek to get rid of their kind once and for all. Your goal is to demonstrate to humans their inherent weakness. Fight and defeat any humans you encounter and make a spectacle of their demise. This mission can be repeated an infinite number of times.
Objective: Defeat a single PC in PVP Combat within a DE Thread. PC Combatant may be substituted with a staff GM'd NPC of any class level.
Reward: 35,000 Ryo

(The Introduction)

"Nothing less than pure destruction. Pure pandemonium. Utter terror, and spectacular bloodshed. Most of all, Rememeber... No Human." that was the only main quote one would need to remember.

Today was a very beautiful day. The sun shined with vigor and pride. Arcing over the luscious landscapes, and green coated plains of the country effortlessly. As if watching all that, felt its presence and asking them one question. How are you feeling today? Ripe with new blooming life, the Country of Fire would be one of the most beautiful places throughout the world will in the midst of Spring. This season always provided this forest-riddled land, with a plethora of new things. All of which tend to be beautiful, and rememberable. The wildlife here would go about their days, exploring everything possibly could. Nothing that soon enough Summer will be right around the corner and Winter had departed only so long ago.

The birds & the bees were taking to the air, and returning to all the respective lands they once inhabited openly now that the cold temperatures have eased. Simple, and welcoming warmth would be all one could find today. Especially while traveling through the landscape of, The Land of Fire. It would be quite a while before anything other than, a hefty supply of greenery would be seen.

The grasslands, in particular, were miles long but tended to bridge themselves from variously different landscapes; which may only be a few hundred feet in circumference, or multiple meters far and wide. Going in any one direction was bound to make you run into something. However with, The Land of Fire it is far more common to find a random small town or deposit of people than most think. Especially if you just walk the common path, and avoid the enormous twisting forests that can be easily misdirected in. Still with all of that aside it is generally perfect for the wandering bandit, or angry rouge ninja looking for trouble. Or...

A soon-to-be Supervillian looking to make a name for themselves...

Over the most common paths she flew, goaded on by the wind. Like an oversized bullet, deliberate barreling patterns that allowed her to best scan the area for humans. She would look at the guild request one more time and laugh with joy. It was the perfect mission! Minutes became hours quickly, but with enough movements up and down, occasionally dropping close enough to run her hand along the ground, she conducted a survey of the disturbingly cheerful morning.

The evidence of people along the path, people congregating in clustered village hubs crowding heaps of straw and stone, it sprang out at her limited senses from all directions, pulled her northwards at maximum speed possible while allowing for periodic adjustments of altitude. She sniffed at the air current rushing towards her and shifted to match the scents of prey it carried.

She contemplated how best to approach her mission objective as she flew. Ideally, she would run into the largest amount of humans who believed themselves to be strong, and defeat them in front of other humans. Destroying morale was important, after all. But a random village was likely to hold nothing but commoners; warriors tended not to settle down unless they had to. It would be best for her to find a place fighters would naturally gather, some type of military outpost or guard station or even a...

SMACK.

A piece of paper hit her in the face, the wind making it cling. She reached up and grabbed it, prepared to shred it for having the audacity to strike her, but the word 'power' written on the scrap stopped her. She read it carefully.

JOIN THE #4 WARRIOR'S GUILD IN THE NATION! GRAY DRAKE CONLAVE INVITES THOSE WITH THE POWER TO PUSH US TOWARDS #1! SUITE 66501.

Some sort of advertisement. She should ignor...

Another scrap of paper. It read

CAUGHT BETWEEN A PHILOSOPHERS STONE AND A HARD PLACE? JOIN THE ALCHEMIST GUILD 'FROTHGROG'! NOW ACCEPTING NECROMANCERS!!! SUITE 2030.

What the hell....

More paper. Each professing the merits of a different guild and inviting others to join. Each bearing a suite number marking a building in a different part of somewhere called 'Central Guild City - Fire Country. The crude maps drawn on the back mentioned geological points of reference sufficient for the Amazon's flight to carry her towards this city. This meeting of human warriors. This feast.

The world around them can be cruel and unusual sometimes. As if an unnatural force was driving the gnawing need to create destruction. Pieces were in motion, and the cogwheels were turning. It was only a matter of time now.

Today was actually the Dark Amazon's lucky day. Central Guild City, was having its Annual Collection. A week dedicated to letting the guilds advertise their tushes off in a fight to grow themselves with new and blossoming members. All in a fight to push themselves to be the #1 guild. Reaching that spot means you have influence, and having influence means you have power.

Central Guild City is a place where ninja villages and Great Nation politics are ignored to the highest extent. Here only the free, and the willing go and survive. Thus the Dark Amazon was going to have a banquette of capable fighters on her hands. One can only wonder how they will feel about the selections to come.

The flight would be relatively unhindered. The day was far too clear, and beautiful for something besides relentless advertisement papers to become a nuisance. At their pace, it would only take about an hour and a half at best. The view of the city would come into range fairly quickly once they scaled over the seemingly endless supply of oversized forest trees.

CGC (Central Guild City)

Her flight speed slowed as she neared the open waterway leading into Central Guild City. At its center was a massive bell, surrounded by portico walls still in the process of being assembled; what is like a moat attaches to the city's primary harbor and branches out into similarly designed buildings arranged like baroque dominoes. Here and there, spirals rose high, suggesting a heavy religious influence, ensconced in gilded circular walls elevating the architecture of richer areas of the city above that of the poor. The city was a cacophonous eruption of smell and sight and everywhere she looked, Athena saw humans or fish-men or witches ad every Class in between moving in blurred lines of interest deeper into the urban throng.

She considered wantonly destroying things until people started showing up to stop her, but that would likely not give her the opportunity to defeat that many humans before large enough reinforcement groups arrived to make her relocate. What she needed was for the humans to willingly allow her to fight them over and over, a set up something like her home dungeon. She began flying around the city, noticing that there were even other flying creatures taking to the air, exploring.

After a little more than an hour, she found something promising.

It was a sign above a door leading into something that could barely be called a structure at all. It was an enclosed area with marble floors, a large empty chest with its lid open, and a bored looking human adventurer of some kind pacing inside. Reading the posted instructions on the door; this was a 'Qualifying Room' for those who wished to join the 'best' monster hunter guild. A single path lead from where one entered to the exit directly behind where the human paced. From his clothing, Athena could tell that the man was already a member of the guild - a fitting person to conduct this test. Potential Members only had to enter onto the path and exit, by any means. If they got past the adventurer, they qualified.


So far, no one had qualified. The human adventurer must be strong! Athena reasoned that she could kill the man and 'take his place', then she would get to face every adventurer that arrived to qualify! Praising herself for her genius, she stepped along the path until she was brought to within 15 meters of the adventurer.

STAND PROUD, HUMAN! FOR TODAY YOU FACE A TRUE AMAZON!

Other humans had entered behind her, but they seemed only to want to watch ad wait for now.

Central Guild City.

A place where groups, clubs, factions, and ragtag parties live and chase their own form of glory, and opulence. Here rules are simple. Be either one of the best, or be a part of the best. Anything else is secondary. Most would think that a place like this, would have dwindled into chaotic mayhem by now. But in all actuality, this place is potentially one of the most structured cities around.

The strong govern, rule, and guide over the weak selectively. Those with enough reputation and strength to have backing, gain power. Those with power make the rules. And if the rules are broken without a valid reason, consequences are always paid in full. One does not need to fully live here to be a part of the CGC Collective. Once you step foot and take part in something, your name gets added to the list for good or worse.

Collect debt? 

The only way out is to pay your dues and earn it. Simple right?

Location: Collapsed Bazaar - "The Qualifying Room"

The unidentified human man paced back and forth rhythmically. His footsteps were evenly paced, and his posture was practically proper and alert. And yet... He would seem to be practically completely detached from the scenario at hand. Both of his hands were tucked into the deep pockets of his red-colored pants. The fabric looked to be quite flexible and spacious. Too wide to be able to tell how much leg muscle or otherwise that he had.

From amazon's position, she would be able to get a good look at his appearance and notice some details. The obvious information was he was wearing a custom Black Kasa hat on his head. He seemed to have short black hair, and one golden earring on his right ear. Along with this, his torso was between slim to average for the male body. Covered in a black and grey Gi. He'd have black slip-on style shoes on his feet and seemed to have no real visible weapon other than the medium-sized black fan he had lazily gripped in his left hand.

Upon the arrival of the challenger, this young man would come to an abrupt but calm stop in his calculated pacing. Neglecting to look over to the tall Amazonian that had taken the dare to step forward in a space where assumably none could succeed. And in an ironic fashion when there was previously nobody around; there was now a small, but a noticeable crowd of onlookers.

The unnecessary shouting from the dark-skinned titan, would echo throughout the large square space around them. Most likely gaining more attention to the upcoming ordeal. With that said the man, gently tilted his head to the side so his hat wouldn't block his view of his challenger. His eyes slightly widening, but then falling into a mellow narrowness again... Clearly, something about her caught his attention for a second.

With a casual raising of his right hand, he'd give a simple "thumbs up" gesture before he'd open his mouth to speak. His voice consisting of almost tiredly relaxed characteristics.

"True Amazon huh? That's a cool call sign I guess." He'd say in a rather genuinely complimenting manner. Then while putting his hand back into his pocket he'd continue speaking.

"So Ms. Amazon you mind doing me a favor? See that red bucket next to the sign behind you? Pull a ticket out of it and tell me what number it reads. Its real important." he'd then add.

-- If she complied with his request she would find that the small red bucket only had one ticket in it, to begin with. This one ticket would have a single bold display of numbers printed on one side...

The Amazon never got the chance to reach into the box.

Through her chest, from the back out to splay her ribcage - six swords emerged as if natural growths. The wind billowed through the building as golden light spilled feverishly over and onto a giantess soaked with her own blood. Behind her; a golden ball of sharp slices plows through her body in a swirl of violence, eviscerating Athena entirely, leaving behind only far too much gore.

A dark skinned woman of similar, yet shorter freakish height sheathes her blades, holds up a scrap of paper bearing the Venator seal.

The guild member relaxes.

A demon has died.
