Xango lied, loudly. She could find the disguised demon. He was attempting to stuff seven monstrous spiked arms back into the stump of bicep he'd just had removed by an unexpected Demon Hunter. Crouched behind brickwork cover, shielded by a stack of corpses to hide his scent...his childform's shoe was visible poking from behind its withered rot wall. Xango stood atop the raised guard station encircling the aflame houses of Kazechuushin. The Multiple Sword Holster and it's 20 Hiltless Longswords strapped backpack-like, lining of a stomach pouch full of pills and herbs. She smelled so many people. She approached, five meters from the demon, which now only had three oversized limbs carve a jagged smoke outline against the towered bodies lean. In one of her hands was a sword, made of water. In the other - someone tiny, childlike, covered in a cloak and walking swiftly to keep up.

"By Order of Clan Tarrasque, Your Crime is Existence, Your Judgement is Guilty, Your Sentence is Death."

Only a shriek, streak, a shine seek linearity, seem to draw itself on the world as air, a burst, a breaking. Xango's blade vibrated in the aftermath of being swung. Congealed demon bits brittled a faux human skull split as if space were ignored. The already destroyed building behind the ex-demon; also cut in half.

She giggled, her off-hand held, gently, a young boy's wrist. He smiled at her. She smiled back - "See? Told ya! If any other Scirocco survived, I'll find em, demons or not!"

Treacherous turmoil, laced with the repulsive sight of unhinged madness. That is all the once, healthy and quiet Kazechuusin District looked like now. A smokey red blister on Yomazu's normally well-mandated surface. The last time this city saw the fire spread amongst its streets, terrorist gangsters attempted a wild and large-scale act of treason. This was only one district, but the damage was irreversible. Those caught in the mild, are most likely doomed to suffer until releasing their final breaths, ad demonic forces taint the place with their evil. The enemies of old simply taking century-long grudges out on land, that had dealt with them already before.

At least that is what it would be if it was any other place in Yomazu; let alone Yuki no Kuni. Not too far off from the pandemonium, a lone white/silver-haired woman stood on a rooftop observing the destruction. She was not a civilian. Not a hero. Nor a Demon Hunter. She was Kahimi Scirocco Inuzuka. One of the many who were humanized since the clan's mysterious and unnatural DNA culling.

Many clan members perished immediately, others died during the humanizing process, and the rest were left to now deal with the effects of having a fleshy body in replace of their once windy ethereal one. Having to live in a body truly of blood and bone, instead of one in the model of an experience most grow crazy from. Others secretly or openly elated for. Few in between. Kahimi has had her opinions accordingly.

Through those experiences, she had taken it upon herself to help the Kazechuushin natives that migrated to Yuki no Kuni. Giving them a new home after the otherwise mythic genocide. Since then she had tried to distance herself from the "family". Feeling out of place even more than she did as a true Scirocco. And now? She has the view of said family burning away in a spontaneous act of planned murder and chaos. She hoped that she would be able to arrive on the scene...emotionless.

But even from a distance...it was as if she could feel every Scirocco under her care, perishing an unjustified death every passing second. Her already thin connection with them bring ripped right from her heart. She never thought that she'd cared so much for family ties until now...

Kahimi would have a hard time believing her eyes as she watched her own home being threatened on a personnel level. Someone surely had planned this. And they knew enough to strike her directly... And they were succeeding. Through failing bravery, anger, and suppressed sadness. The Yukikage wept tears as she forced herself to watch in silence. Refusing to look away from what was being done. To look away at her failure to protect the Scirocco she promised to protect. The pain was crushing. Eventually, she wouldn't be able to take the blatant disrespect any further. There was no moral code keeping her in check at this moment. Everyone...everything even remotely responsible for this by association was going to hear from her.

There would be no time for thinking on another way. Only time for vengeance, Only time for wrath and unfiltered rage to spill out against all of her enemies. Even if it costs her life...

Fueled by desperation, anger, and determination the young Yukikage traveled across the Yomazu rooftops to reach the Kazechuusin district as fast as possible. Any available ANBU Operative was going to be tasked to keep a very tight perimeter around the crime scene to avoid leakage. The whole ANBU Force was to be active during this Emergency Operation, with full jurisdiction to act accordingly to any given threat.

As usual, this operation would be lead by the Dragons unit, and its captain in HQ.

- The Falcons Divison were to hunt down and exterminate any and all demons, devils, crooks, and any other ugly piece of garbage that attempts to exit Kazechuusin. Then work their way forward with coordinated sweeps across every area. 

- The Owls Division, are to scout for any and all information regarding how, and why demons were running rampant in the district.

- The Bears, would keep a vise grip of defensive formations around the entire district. Aiming to slowly retake each area, and evacuate any survivors. Transporting the wounded to ANBU Frog medical stations.

- The Cats, were to assist the Owls in case of high-priority targets being identified during the mission.

- The Frogs, were priority number one in having established stations for crisis control and medical operation space for healing the wounded and keeping Yukigakure ninja casualties to the lowest minimum possible.

- The Wolves, would be waiting to happily torture all targets captured, and brought in for VERY serious questioning if at all possible. All captives will be disposed of permanently.

- The Yukikage would be on her own until further orders were given by her.

Upon arriving on the scene, the lone Inuzuka would not let herself waste time on observing the damages. She couldn't afford distractions nor, hiccups. She wouldn't be able to stomach the sight of seeing the faces of distant relatives dying in front of her. Not like this.

She also didn't want to bother running into enemies unprepared. Kahimi as carrying a small, but extensive arsenal of gear:

Protective gloves(gauntlets), her recurve bow, short sword, & a bundle of assassination wire. Within a standard quiver would be the arrows she'd need for her bow. A few of which have specialized arrowheads. Then in short supply of pouches, she carried secondary items such as Hira-Shuriken, Kunai knives, Smoke Pellets, named explosives, and explosive tags. All of this spread out and carried in their respective holsters. Minorly concealed by her Yukigakure, branded robe which she wore over her Kunoichi gear and clothing.

Kahimi kept herself moving at a rushed pace. Simply looking to get a good read of the current situation, once she found a suitable vantage point within the area. For now, though she would keep herself off the streets if possible. Her heterochromatic eyes watched her surroundings with a surgical precision level of focus. Her mind remaining clear, as she was preparing to search for tracks to investigate.

However; before stumbling across anything of note, she would catch the glimpse of the false injured human hiding behind a destroyed building, near the stacked bodies. She'd be 25 meters away and unable to hear anything being said, but her view of the scene would be clear enough to watch the human be slain. Which of course initially sparked her interest as a live threat harming children, until she had taken a closer look to fully notice the truthful details.

That was no human. But a gross imitation that rightfully was taken care of.

But despite her mistake, her attention was carrying on towards the next most important thing. That woman what slain the demon...

The attack used to commit the kill was clearly powerful, and yet effortless. Kahimi understood that much. However, she cared not to overcomplicate the matter. Either this person was a friend or foe. Nothing more. So whiling scaling across the rough terrain, the Yukikage closed the distance, before leaping into clear view of this complete stranger. Aiming to make her arrival sudden, but very obvious. Assuming there wouldn't be an attempt to split her in two out of reflex if she made it clear she was even here.

Without any hesitation, Inuzuka looked the woman up and down so she could remember what they looked like. Her general expression would show that she was far too pissed to care why a heavily armed black woman with a funny hat was slicing up goons in the capital. So she'd cut the introductions with quick questions.

"Hey, you! With the oversized kitchen knives. I don't have time to play questionnaires so I want simple answers. Why are you here, and who do you work for if anyone at all?" she'd outwardly say. Half asking, and half demanding a response.

As the water returned to it's natural dripping form, Xango sat suddenly on top of a medium sized hunk of stone nearby and instructed the child to hide behind it. NoXango,'s foot tapped impatiently against the handle of one of her many Hiltless blades, wondering if a demon were finally hunting her.

Intentionally or not, a strange newcomer would cut their distance down to a mere 1/2 a meter while Xango observed, before she would stop moving to address Xango with questions. As the woman's mouth opened to speak, not even a movement would betray a sword being drawn....with one of Xango's feet. Held impossibly between two toes, her blade streaked across the paltry distance between them as she leaned back, relaxing, the blade coming to rest with aggressive pressure against the stranger's throat to displace it's minor wave of force, threatening greater violence. If the woman did anything other than calmly reply, Xango would end her immediately. She felt the energy build within her as she replied.

"I'm here to kill Demons disguised as clueless humans. I don't "work", I live to carry out the orders of the Venator Clan Tarrasque. Now it's my turn! Question; how many pieces do you want your body cut into, Demon?"

As no one ever approached her so casually unless they were a disguised enemy, she was almost 100% confident that she was dealing with a Demon.

The growing irritation from the Inuzuka could be felt for miles. Now that her life was being threatened in the oddest of ways possible, Kahimi felt like somehow and somewhere she deserved this level of blatant disrespect. And for that, she was pretty pissed about it. As much as she wished to just tell this chick off, she'd continue to play this game of friend or foe since she got herself into it anyway. Only based on the assumption it would be even worth her time.

There was a lot to question about this scenario. But she'd focus on the main details for now which is what this person was even up to. Although once, the propositions of a question came back around. Kahimi's eyebrow would twitch in agitation as she was asked what her death sentence would be. The nerve on this girl she'd grumble in her own thoughts.

At this point, she was seriously fighting back the urge to just walk away and act like this person doesn't exist.

"Demon? That's a bold assumption coming from someone wielding a weapon with their toes. But sure let's make it three pieces. I like odd numbers." She'd say in a deadpanned and yet calm manner. Although most definitely intended to be rude and dismissive.

For just a second, a massive and malevolent six armed aura of dark chakra infused Xango's body, clinging to her skin in a frenzied outline that carried swords of its own and lunged towards the stranger before disappearing suddenly in a fizzle of dispersed chakra. She allowed her toes to sheathe her blade at her side once more, looking the white haired woman up and down. She sniffed a few times to be extra certain, but the woman smelled more like dog than a denizen of the abyss worlds.

"...most demons don't have toes. Or swords. Or know how to count to three...but I guess if You were a demon you'd know that."

Xango replied almost hesitantly. She supposed since this was just some human she'd have to let them live. Such a drag. Still sitting, she called out to the young boy hiding behind her and the rock.

"It's okay, she's not one of them."

A small boy stood, slow and hesitant, short, pale skinned with light blonde hair covered by a ratty hood. Most of his body was bandaged. From a few random spots along his wrappings, his body was completely transparent and leaking small gusts of air like blood. He didn't speak, only nodded at the stranger, before running back to hide behind the Demon Hunter. She smiled; out of place, mouth fanged, and the stranger would be close enough now to see that she had six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot. A third arm would reach itself out from between her shoulder blades and remove her hat as the dark skinned woman gave a modest seated bow.


"The kid is named Inieta, his family hired me to protect him from some sort of Demon Lord blah blah blah, and then these stupid Ninja Execution Teams showed up.  It's been hell ever since.  I'm Xango, a Demon Hunter, if you couldn't tell. So. Who the heck are you?"

Not a moment later after commenting the hat wearing weirdo began to emit a presence of energy that could only be described as bad news. It would be foolish to take it lightly anymore than she already has. The chakra being displayed was not pure and warm. More so sporadic and relentless. As if the chakra itself was hungry. By now, the silvery haired Inuzuka was going to expect the worst for her own protection. Her body preparing itself for defense. And when the dark, bladed wielding, energy dispersion charged her she made a jolting movement to dodge the assumed attack.

Then everything stopped. In visible confusion, Kahimi was a little taken aback, but the sudden change. Fully expecting the attack to follow through and even have to take damage. But once she fully reconnected with the situation, she would watch as the stranger had put away their weapons.

Worst case scenario she was too slow, and was about to have a rude awakening. With hopeful judgement that this wouldn't be the case she allowed herself to continue without taking arms. The verbal response given furthered her assumption. Although she wouldn't necessarily drop her guard.

'Could have come to that conclusion sooner, but I'll take it.' she'd jest in her mind.

With the close call of an introduction carrying out to a less blade heavy engagement; Kahimi would try to relax her spiked nerves so she could access things much more clearly. Her hips now tilted to the left side, with her corresponding hand rested on it. Her eyes momentarily looking over at the little child that had reappeared upon the woman's call. 

The visage of the bandaged boy, was a bit of a fraught for her. Nothing more than a little draftling, and yet was becoming more of ghost. So many were just like him...

With one look over the tawny skinned hunter, Kahimi could manage to notice the extra details such as their appendages. She wasn't put off by such things more than she was taking note of them. Confirming her own crude assumption that something about this girl must be different. Regardless if its mental, physical,...or both. She only assumes this because it takes a special kind of person in theory to willingly want to come to a place like this. Even if it is their job...

All of that aside, she would attempt to undo her minor disrespect and return a small nod of acknowledgement towards the woman in return for her bow. Then listened closely to the small details she gave about Inieta, and the given situation and why she was here. With that tucked away, Kahimi didn't see a reason to worry about much. So she'd in turn answer her question in a straight forward tone.

"Around these parts I am called Kahimi. I'm the resident kage for this entire region. Which means those teams belong to me. I had sent them in response to the emergencies here." She'd answer.

"I hope their work won't interfere with yours in protecting Inieta." she'd then add.
