Effect: The user turns themselves into another person or a person within their own image. Once performed the user is unable to change their appearance permanently ever again. This appearance messes with their DNA structure changing them permanently into a new form whether it is sex, height, or weight.
Special: User must create a circle made out of Rocks as a Medium to focus the chakra in order to allow the transformation. Seal of Rocks :: start by holding Handseals, Handseals, Handseals, Handseals, and hold Handseals
Drawback: Once you have transformed there is no way you are capable of ever turning back to your original self. You are only capable of performing this technique once. This technique can not be performed during battle.
Description: The user takes multiple small rocks and forms them into the circular formation. They hold their hand and form it into the Handseals handsign as they concentrate their chakra. Pushing their chakra through they focus on the new design that their body shall be taking in. After they are done they perform the remaining handseals. Afterwards the medium circle of rocks lights up vibrantly as visions of ribbons shoot out from the user's body and slowly wrap around the user's body. As that occurs their body takes the complete shape as that of what they imagined. In this new form they have a new identity, they are capable of changing their appearance to anyone they know and have seen. They are capable of changing any size if they wish as well as long as it is a normal size which is up to seven feet in height. This technique takes an amount of four turns in order to have done properly and the user must not be interrupted.
Limit: Must know Henge-nin (Transformation Endurance) 3 times, Must learn how to mold their Chakra correctly by learning the Handseals for the Shadow Mirror Shapeshift technique.

The limit says: 3 times learn Henge.

I would be inclined to say you can just learn this, given that its requirements have been removed. Might be worth touching base with 👺 Usiel, because I do remember some weird stuff about this old tech at some point.

Hello Lucretia,

In regards to this technique, its limit section is in need of editing. The wording is only referring towards the Transformation Jutsu Technique Tree which can be found: Here in Universal Ninjutsu.

The Transformation Jutsus used to all fall under their accurate Naruto dubbed name: "Henge" aka transformation. However, during the remodeling of that tree, some of its jutsus and the variants tied to them such as Shadow Mirror were lost. Instead of taking all the limitations that were created from the series, they were simplified and made easier to utilize.

And so the TP for it would be placed under Universal Nin as such. The requirement for endurance training is null and void, but the handseals one will be necessary still.

Conclusion/TL;DR
- Ignore the endurance training portion as that is no longer in effect.
- Do the B Rank handseal training first
- Then finish with learning the intended jutsu afterwards.
- Dance and wiggle as you have now learned a new jutsu.
