Personality:

General Description- Describing Daichi's personality can be put into examples such as Polite, Kind, Firm, Distant, Vulgar, Quiet, Ethical, Determined, Sarcastic. No common set of personal traits are equally displayed within the shinobi as he carries a mixture of qualities causing him to be abstract to others. This can hinder him or help with an unpredictable image, depending on the situation. When it comes to his beliefs, Morals are higher than the laws governed over him. In his older age he likes to be helpful to others but has learned not to give himself fully. As with anyone that learns over time, people take advantage of kindness. His loyalty lies with the Cloud village and close friends but can be subject to change as he goes through experiences.

Dislikes- He Absolutely hates cats. Paper cuts are a Bi**h. Loud talkers can be annoying to Daichi but somewhat bearable. Being an old man, he likes his relaxation time and does not like to be bothered unless someone close to him interrupts or there is an emergency. No one likes to fail a mission and same is true for Daichi.



Likes-SWEEETTTSSSSS! He may have a slight problem when it comes to sweets. He fancies an attractive woman with similar hair but doesn’t discriminate. Till now he hasn’t found a woman to keep him honest and settled. Most would not agree with the bad habit, but he likes to partake a smoke from time to time. Cold beers on a Friday night. Need I say more? Toss in a nice hot spring and level it up a notch. The Sounds of rolling thunder echoing through the darkened sky bring a soothing calm to him in natures chaos.

Physical Appearance: Over the years Daichi’s overall appearance has matured but still kept a youthful look about him. His hair is still shaggy and medium length white hair. In his younger days he had a slim build and still has a lean toned frame from slight weight gain over time. He stands at only 5 ft 7 inches tall making him a bit short. A bit of seriousness usually shows on his face but he has been known to crack a smile from time to time. Specially if there's an attractive lady or random tasty treats to eat.



Clothing Appearance and Gear: The torso is covered by an all-black all-weather poncho that is very finely weaved so that it breathes easily in summer climates but also provides warms in rainy areas and water resistant. Towards the neck area is an over layered stitched dark cloth that is secured by belt bucked straps as well. Underneath the poncho, the shinobi wears a sleeveless black tank top and black arm sleeves that come up to his upper arm. Black partially meshed gloves are worn on the hands. They help with grip and breathe well to keep the hands from sweating.

Along with the rest of his gear and clothing his trousers are colored in black. Simple lightweight no special properties. Very supportive black lightweight steel toe boots of the combatant kind are worn. Daichi no longer wears head gear as in his younger days unless within a cold climate area. He also carries a standard pouch attached to his belt in the middle of his lower back.

History:

Once upon a time in the land of thunder, a man and a woman conceived a child. This child would be briefly gazed with loving eyes before a rain of sorrowful tears drenched the little ones body in a blanket of regret. The mother and father, a young couple, could not keep a stable life with such a responsibility on their shoulders. Thus one cloudy night, the mother of the baby traveled to a near by city and hugged her boy one last time. " Goodbye my little Daichi..", her soft toned words filled with pain whispered into the air. The baby was left on the steps of an orphanage with a note attached revealing the boy's name, Nothing more. Abandoned, Daichi would lead into an unknown future.
He'd be raised in the orphanage till he reached the age of five, when a youthful twenty three year old woman made the choice of adopting Dai. Tsuyu, unknown to daichi at the time, was a shinobi for the cloud village who felt the need to have a child she couldn't conceive herself. Calm and quite, the future young shinobi would follow the woman to a new home. Time strolls by allowing a bond to build between the two. Instead of a mother son relationship, a friend like bond formed. Two years after their joining, Tsuyu decides to enroll Dai into the ninja academy so he can learn to defend himself and possibly grow up to protect his new home. Having a neutral feeling about the choice, the boy would simply go with the flow seeing what it would bring him.

To his amazement, the life of a shinobi ended up as an exciting thing to Dai. He tried hard, he'd practice long, and grew in skill over time. After about three years in the academy, the boy would finally graduate and move himself into genin status as a fresh ninja. Tsuyu as a loving friend, gave her full support and congratulations. Starting on the road of a ninja, Daichi would complete minor missions till he was given a chance to do a mission of big importance. Eger he'd give his all, only to end up in failure. This failure hit him like a ton of bricks and pushed a state of weakness into Dai. His dear friend tsuyu comforted him and explained to the young one that failures would be a part of a shinobi's path, but it was how the ninja took the experience in those failures for his use to grow. If he wanted success then training and learning was the key. Giving a small smile, the young Daichi would kiss her cheek and run off. "Training..Learning..", he'd mutter.
Using the advice, Daichi would steadily move his status higher within cloud and set his mark as the years rolled by in life. The rest of his story will be told as experience in the world is gained.

6 years after the rank of genin was gained.

Vigorous training, and pop-corned missions throughout the years honed the young adult shinobi's skills. This unfortunately came at the cost of never going to chuunin exams and meeting new people of the ninja kind. His personality stayed the same just more sense of maturity surrounded the shinobis aura. Besides these facts nothing more was achieved till now. on the verge of gaining another strength class he walks out into the world so to speak and looks towards gaining himself so much more...

16 Long years later ..

Daichi’s grown into older mature adult..for the most part. The years went quick for Dai but not much progression was made as his adopted mother died few years after his trip to the distant thunder lands. This set him off course for many years more until friends and mentors brought him back on track. Retraining himself took a while but he finally is at a place where he wants to make his late progression upwards. Chuunin exams are around the corner. Many experiences happened during these last 16 years and those secrets will unfold as his story continues..

Effect: A prerequisite technique that allows the user to perform Earth Release techniques.

Description: This technique does not count against the user's Release Training Points. Earth Release is one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques and allows the user to manipulate the surrounding earth for offensive and defensive purposes or create it; be it dirt, mud, or rock. Earth Release techniques have the ability to change the strength and composition of the earth from being as hard as metal to as soft as clay, as well as manipulating their density, making them heavier or lighter. This includes allowing the user to travel through ground and rock in various ways which can be essential for both transportation and for setting up attacks or creating defenses or for offense. Any Save Difficulty mentioned in a technique, whether Fortitude or Will is based off of 10 + 2 per Class Level + Impeccable Will. Some Earth Release techniques need pre-existing g earth nearby in order to be used. Techniques that require a small source of earth nearby is measured between 1.5 to 6 cubic meters. Medium is measured between 6 to 30 cubic meters. Large is measured between 30 cubic meters to 350 cubic meters. Huge is measured between 350 cubic meters to 1,500 cubic meters. Colossal is measured by anything more than 1,500 cubic meters.

Effect: User gains mastery over the earth by dealing better damage while standing on it and higher break checks.

Description: User gains a +2 bonus on Damage if both the user and their target are touching the ground. User also gains a +1 bonus to Saves pertaining to Break checks, and other combat maneuvers. At "B" Class, these bonuses increase to +4, and +2.

The opponent must make a Fortitude save or be staggered for 1 round. While the user is touching the earth the users gains a +2 Enchantment bonus against staggering, knockback, and knock prone effects.

Blinding Mud

Effect: User flings mud into the eyes of the opponent.

Description: Range of this technique is 7 meters + 6 meters per Class level. Target is 1 creature. Duration of this technique is instantaneous. This technique requires a small source of earth nearby. This technique is the very basic of earth manipulation principles. The target must dodge to avoid being blinded by the mud flung at its face. The blindness lasts until the target removes the mud as a move-movement that provokes an opportunity attack and requires at least one hand free, or lasts for 1d6 rounds. After the mud is removed, the subject suffers a -5 penalty to observation checks.

Chakra Stone

Effect: User turns 3 stones into powerful sling weapons.

Description: Range of this technique is touch. Duration of this technique is 30 minutes or until discharged. User transmutes as many as 3 pebbles, which can be no larger than sling bullets, so that they strike with great force when thrown or slung. If hurled, they have a range increment of 10 meters. If slung, treat them as sling bullets. Each stone that hits deals 8 Armour Points of damage, or 14 Armour Points against undead.

By touching their hand directly on the ground, the user is able to determine which direction is north. The user's newfound knowledge of north is correct when using this technique, but they may get lost again within moments if they do not keep track of their movements. This technique gives a +50 to Direction Sense when determining north.

Description: Range of this technique is personal. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level or until discharged. This technique requires a small source of earth nearby. With this technique, the user covers their hand with earth and rocks to form a large weapon, which they use to strike their foes with. For as long as the technique last the user will deal an additional 4 Armour Points of (Weapon Damage depending on the Weapon) damage per Class Level on their unarmed attacks, will count as armed, and deal lethal damage with them. The user will not be able to use a weapon in the hand with which they used the technique, however.

Earthen Blast

Effect: User releases dirt, rock from their hand to stun and damage opponents in a cone.

Description: Range of this technique is 20 meters. Area of effect is cone-shaped effect. This technique requires a medium source of earth nearby. A cone of earth, rock, and dirt shoots from the user's hand. Any creature in the area of the blast takes 5 Armour Points of damage per Class Level. Creatures hit must make a Fortitude Save or be stunned for 1 round.

Fist of Stone

Effect: User's fist becomes stronger and can deal heavy damage.

Description: Range of this technique is personal. Duration of this technique is 1 minute. This technique requires a small source of earth nearby. User transforms one of their hands into a mighty fist of living stone, gaining a +6 enhancement bonus to Might for purposes of attacks, grapple checks, or breaking and crushing items. In addition, user gains the ability to deal an additional +1 Armour Points of damage per Class Level plus their new Might bonus. User's fist undergoes no change in size or form, remaining as flexible and responsive as it would normally be while under the Jutsu's effect.

Effect: A grease Jutsu covers a solid surface with a layer of slippery mud.

Special: Handseals

Description: Range of this technique is 7 meters + 6 meters per Class Level. Target is one object or 4 meters radius burst. Duration of this technique is 5 minutes per Class Level. This technique requires a medium source of earth nearby. Any creature in the area when the Jutsu is performed must make a successful Fortitude save or fall. A creature can walk within or through the area of grease at half movements with a successful Fortitude. Failure means it cannot move that round. Creatures that do not move on their turn are not considered flat-footed. The Jutsu can also be used to create a slippery coating on an item. User must touch the object to perform the Jutsu this way. Material objects not in use are always affected by this Jutsu, while an object wielded or employed by a creature requires its bearer to make Fortitude save to avoid the effect. If the initial Save fails, the creature immediately drops the item. A Save must be made in each round that the creature attempts to pick up or use the slippery item. A creature wearing slippery armor or clothing gains a +50 circumstance bonus on Escape Artist checks.

Metal Concealment

Effect: User can make a metal object undetectable by scanners.

Description: Range of this technique is touch. Target is 1 metal object weighing no more than 10 pounds per Class Level. Duration of this technique is 5 hours per Class Level. This technique makes a metal object completely undetectable to metal detectors. When any creature or character makes an Observation check to detect the object, it does not gain equipment bonuses from any device that detect metal. This Justu works against Jutsus used to detect metal. A Class Point check determines if an opponent can identify the user's metal. A roll of 1d20 + opponent's Class Points versus 11 + User's Class Points is used to determine.

Rising Rock

Effect: User claps their hands together and then unleashes two huge rocks to send the opponent flying upwards.

Description: Range of this technique is 3 meters centered on the user. Target of this technique is 1 creature. Duration of this technique is instantaneous. This technique requires a medium source of earth nearby. User claps their hands together and unleashes 2 huge rocks within the range of the technique aiming at an opponent. Each rock deals 7 Armour Points of bludgeoning damage per Class Level. When hit, the opponent will be sent up in the air equal to 2 meters per Class Level.

Rock Bolt

Effect: User releases bolts of stones at creatures.

Description: Range of this technique is 30 meters + 15 meters per Class Level. Target is 1 or more creatures no two of which can be more than 5 meters apart. Duration of this technique is instantaneous. This technique requires a small source of earth nearby. The user can create 5 bolts of stone per Class Level. Each group of bolts inflicts 6 Armour Points of damage per bolt in the group on a successful hit. In addition, if hit by a rock bolt, a creature must make Fortitude save or be stunned for 1 round be knocked prone by the impact of the bolt.

Slab Shackles

Effect: User launches shackles at a target to bind and pin them down.

Description: Range of this technique is 7 meters + 6 meters per Class Level. Target of this technique is 1 creature. Duration of this technique is 50 minutes per Class Level. This technique requires a small source of earth nearby. User can shoot 1 set of Manacles at the target from the ground per Class Level. With proper timing, the user can bind an opponent's arms with triangle shaped slabs. This technique is generally used if the opponent is in a vulnerable position, for example on their knees, or in prone position. The user launches Manacles to either pin the target to the ground, or pin their arms together. These Manacles have a break check of 26 + 1 per Class Level. Manacles have hardness 8 with 7 Armour Points per Class Level. Using Escape Artist a target may try to escape with an Extremely Difficult + 5 per Class Level Difficulty.

Volund's Instant Pillar

Effect: User creates a small pillar for cover to deal minor damage.

Description: Range of this technique is 7 meters + 6 meters per Class Level. Area of effect is 2 meters square. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. This technique requires a small source of earth nearby. Upon completing this Jutsu, a short pillar of stone and earth abruptly rises 2 meters from the ground in the target area. The 1 meter diameter column has hardness 8, with 15 Armour Points per Class Level, and break check 25. The pillar grants cover to a Medium or Smaller creature in its area and is counted as difficult terrain. A Medium or Smaller creature must avoid or be shoved upward with force of the pillar. Those hit will be knocked prone taking 4 Armour Points per Class Level of damage.

Volund's Vengeful Grasp

Effect: User creates miniature hands from the ground to impede movements of those it grasps.

Description: Range of this technique is touch. Target is 1 creature. Duration of this technique is instantaneous. This technique requires a small source of earth nearby. This Jutsu causes tiny, grasping hands to burst from the earth to grab and harass the target. When the user touches the target, the hands reach up from the ground and grasp the target, reducing their movements by 1 penalty. This Jutsu affects other modes of movement as well, such as burrow and climb, but specifically does not affect flying and swimming. The movement slowing effect of this Jutsu does not stack with those of similar Jutsus, such as slow. This is an Enchantment penalty.

Description: Range of this technique is personal. Target of this technique is 1 weapon. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. This technique requires a small source of earth nearby. User hardens their weapon with the power of Earth. User sinks their weapon into the ground allowing the earth to fuse with the weapon. When the user brings up the weapon, the weapon has an earthy look to it. The weapon ignores 2 Hardness per Class Level when used.

Effect: User creates a dust storm to stop all senses.

Description: Range of this technique is 7 meters + 6 meters per Class Level. Area of effect is a 6 meter radius spread. Duration of this technique is 5 minutes per Class Level. This technique requires a small source of large nearby. A swirling mass of thick dust spreads out from the point the user designates. This dust severely limits visibility, creates a constant droning noise, and blocks scent, granting concealment against all senses (including special senses such as tremorsense) for anything entirely within its area (but not to Large or bigger creatures and objects only partially within the Jutsu's area). Creatures with concealment gain a 20% miss chance against successful attacks and can make Stealth checks, as outlined in the normal rules for concealment. This Jutsu cannot be negated by high winds, and is fully functional underwater. User may choose to double the Jutsu's radius when performed, at the cost of reducing its duration to 2 rounds per Class Level.

Effect: User can identify creatures within a certain range by touching the ground.

Special: Handseals

Description: Range of this technique is personal. Target is the user. Area of effect is 30 meters radius. Duration of this technique is 5 meters per Class Level. User places their ear to the ground in an effort to determine the location and size of creatures moving above or beneath the surface of the ground. With a successful Observation check (Difficult + 5 per 2 meters of distance) user can determine the size, distance and direction of creatures walking on the ground or traveling beneath it due to the vibrations they create. A separate Observation check is required for each creature. User may place their fingertips on the ground instead of their ear.

Earthen Grace

Description: Range of this technique is Touch. Target is living creature touched. Duration of this technique is 5 minutes per Class Level. User touches a target causing its skin to momentarily take on the speckled gray look of granite. The smell of dust hangs heavily in the air. User grants the subject an affinity for earth and stone. Any damage the subject takes from a stone or earthen source counts as nonlethal damage for the duration of the Jutsu. Natural attacks by creatures made of earth or stone (such as stone golems), natural attacks by creatures of the earth subtype, and attacks by stone weapons (such as a stone hammer or a sling stone) instead deal nonlethal damage, as does falling damage when the subject lands on rock or earth. When the non-lethal damage the subject has taken (from any source) equals the subject's current Armour Points, the Jutsu ends, and any further damage from stone or earthen source causes damage normally.

Glitterdust

Description: Range of this technique is 30 meters + 15 meters per Class Level. Area of effect is creatures and objects within 3-meter-radius spread. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. This technique requires a small source of earth nearby. A cloud of earthly particles covers everyone and everything in the area, causing creatures to become blinded and visibly outlining invisible things for the duration of the Jutsu. All within the area are covered by the dust, which cannot be removed and continues to sparkle until it fades. Each round at the end of their turn blinded creatures may attempt a Will Save to end the blindness effect. Any creature covered by the dust takes a -200 penalty on Stealth checks.

Description: Range of this technique is 7 meters + 6 meters per Class Level. Target is 1 creature. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. This technique requires a medium source of earth nearby. User conjures dense tendrils of earth that drag and impede the user's target's movement. If hit, the target is staggered and entangled, and it can no longer take move movements, use items, or perform Jutsus, though it can defend flat-footed. The target may make a Break Check or Escape Artist check to remove the entangled condition. The Difficulty for this check is the Difficulty for the Jutsu +4 (20 for Skill).

Underground Displacement

Effect: An advanced form of Underground Displacement allowing the user to move without creating a hole. May be used as an offensive technique.

Description: Range of this technique is touch. Target of this technique is 1 creature. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. The subject can glide through stone, dirt, or almost any other sort of earth except metal as easily as a fish swims through water. Its burrowing leaves behind no tunnel or hole, nor does it create any ripple or other signs of its presence. A move earth Jutsu on an area containing the subject flings it back 10 meters, stunning it for 1 round unless the subject succeeds on Fortitude save.

Earth Shift

Effect: User can shift at extreme distances moving from one location to another so long as it is earth.

Description: Range of this technique is personal. Target of this technique is the user. Duration of this technique is instantaneous. When performing this Jutsu, the user chooses a location within 100 meters that they have either traveled through or can see. The ground appears to swallow the user at their original location and then expels the user at the specified location. If the user is on anything other than natural terrain (i.e., a floor, stairs, a boat, etc.) at the time of performing, the Jutsu fails. If anything other than natural terrain occupies the destination point, the Jutsu fails.

Description: Range of this technique is 30 meters + 15 meters per Class Level. Area of effect is 2 meter radius, 6 meter high. Duration of this technique is instantaneous. This technique requires a huge source of earth nearby. With a shout, the user calls down a rain of spines upon their foes, piercing their flesh and pinning them to the floor. The user causes a veritable storm of small, piercing earthly projectiles to rain from the air. This Jutsu deals 15 Armour Points of damage to each creature in the area. In addition, each creature in the area is knocked prone and immobilized by spines pinning it to the floor. A creature immobilized by spines is considered entangled and cannot move from its area for 5 rounds per Class Level; a 20 Break check or Extremely Difficult Escape Artist check allows it to break free and end the secondary effect.

Vampire Mud Dome

Description: Range of this technique is 7 meters + 6 meters per Class Level. Area of effect is 6 meter radius circle. Duration of this technique is concentration up to 5 rounds per Class Level. This technique requires a large source of earth nearby. This technique traps every target caught in the area of effect in a mud dome that rises from the ground. The walls are 1 foot thick, have a hardness of 8 and 95 Armour Points. User may increase the Armour Points by relearning the technique as a "D" Rank. Each time learned increases armour points by 10 Armour Points. User may learn this technique maximum 10 times. If damaged, the walls will regenerate completely in 1 round. The victims stuck in the dome will suffer "D" Rank of Chakra damage per round until they are freed or dead. In addition, maintaining the dome leaves the user vulnerable; if the user takes damage while concentrating on the dome, they lose the technique. User also absorbs 1 "D" Rank of Chakra per 3 rounds while maintaining the technique.

Effect: A prerequisite technique that allows the user to perform Wind Release techniques.

Description: Wind release is 1 of the 5 basic elemental nature transformations. Most offensive Wind Release techniques are performed by making chakra as sharp and thin as possible, however, wind can also be generated as a large, concussive force to overwhelm a target. Wind-based techniques are mainly short to mid-ranged offensive techniques that combine brute force and keen precision to deal slashing damage. Wind Release also specifies in deflecting and even reflecting attacks. Wind Techniques come in 7 Wind Effects, which interfere with ranged attacks, or impose penalties on some skill checks. Wind Effects are described in the Combat section of the Player's Handbook under Weather in the Movement and Position section. Any Save Difficulty mentioned in a technique, whether Fortitude or Will is based off of 10 + 2 per Class Level + Impeccable Will.

Air Current Detection Technique

Effect: While in light wind the user can identify north.

Description: Range of this technique is personal. Duration of this technique is instantaneous. Target of this technique is the user. As long as there is a Light Wind in the area that the user is occupying, he is able to determine which direction is north by means of this technique. The user's newfound knowledge of north is correct when using this technique with normal winds, but can easily be fooled by techniques, and may be lost again within moments if they do not keep track of their movements. This technique can help the user identify an environment-affecting Genjutsu if there is one, and cannot be used if no winds are present.

Air Kick/Punch

This tech applies an air blast in the sense that involves the firing of compressed or solidified air at an opponent in a distant fashion. This technique may be applied in conjunction with TaiJutsu techniques. User may apply this technique to the ground, spewing the compressed air within a radius. Radius of the technique becomes half of the user's range. These blasts deal 6 Armour Points of bludgeoning damage per Class Level.

User creates a light wind that blows against the target, from a direction of their choice. The breeze grants the subject a +2 bonus on saves against very hot conditions, severe heat, breath weapons, and saves against cloud vapors and gases (such as inhaled poisons). This Jutsu does not function without air or underwater. The user can only have 1 breeze active at any one time. If the user performs this Jutsu while another performing is still in effect, the previous performing is dispelled.

Circle of Wind

Light Wind encircles the user, leaving them in the center of a mild vortex. The user receives a +2 deflection bonus against ranged attacks. The user also receives a +4 bonus on saves against very hot conditions, including the negative impacts of mundane heat, and saves against cloud vapors and gases (such as inhaled poisons). This Jutsu does not function without air or underwater.

Cooling Breeze

Description: Range of this technique is 20 meters. Duration of this technique is 5 hours per Class Level. User creates a Light Wind (approximately 9 mph) that originates from a point they designate, affecting all creatures, gasses, clouds, and fogs in its path. Any airborne vapors, fumes, clouds, smoke, and gasses drift away from the point at a speed of 25 meters per round and dissipate in 1/4 the normal time. In addition to the effects noted, the cooling breeze can do anything that a normal breeze would be expected to do. It can move wind chimes, scatter pieces of paper or parchment, cause candle or hearth flames to flicker, and so forth.

Deep Breath

Description: Range of this technique is personal. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. Target of this technique is the user. User lets out a quick cry and instantly feels their chest swell with air, as if they had taken a deep breath. Strangely, the user feels no need to exhale. The user's lungs instantly fill with air, and continue to refill with air for the duration of the Jutsu. When the Jutsu's duration expires, the user can continue to hold their breath as if they had just gulped down a lungful of air. The user can perform this Jutsu with an instant utterance, quickly enough to save themselves from drowning after being suddenly plunged into water.

Flying Weapon

This technique can be used up to twice in a row, when the user is in mid-air, to allow them to jump further up, but cannot be used while falling.

Upon completion of this technique, any creature caught in the area of effect take 6 Armour Points of Slashing damage per Class Level and must make a Fortitude save to avoid being blown upward 6 meters. Falling damage is dealt normally if the creature is blown high enough. Wind speed is treated as Windstorm speeds.

Description: Range of this technique is Personal. Duration of this technique is Instantaneous. Target of this technique is the user. Detritus and loose debris on the ground beneath the user begins to spin about, caught in a small vortex. The vortex quickly coalesces into a column of dirty gray-brown air thick enough to hold the user aloft. Updraft conjures forth rushing air that propels the user upward. The user gains 15 meters per Class Level of altitude, and then gently float back down to the ground. At any point during the user's descent, the user can move up to 2 meters laterally.

Wind Churn

Description: Range of this technique is 7 meters + 6 meters per Class Level. Duration of this technique is 1 round. Target of this technique is a Flying Creature in range. User causes the air around and above the user to churn. While creatures on the ground merely feel a breeze, the chaotic winds buffet those in the air. All flying creatures that are in range must either land or spend the next full round keeping themselves righted. If a flying creature does neither, it falls. Creatures flying with Chakra do not fall but merely suffer a -4 circumstance penalty to Attack Damage, -2 to Saves, and -10 to checks during that round. The Jutsu also inflicts 6 Armour Points of Bludgeoning damage per Class Level to all flying creatures in range.

Wind Scythe

User responds to an attack by briefly becoming vaporous and insubstantial, allowing the attack to pass harmlessly through them. The user gains DR 10/Chakra against this attack and are immune to any poison, sneak attacks, or critical strike effect from that attack. The user cannot use windy escape against an opportunity attack they provoked by performing a Jutsu, using a Jutsu-like ability, or using any other Chakra ability that provokes an opportunity attack when used.

Zephyr's Wind Technique

This technique creates a sudden blast of Strong Wind from the user, which can clear out dust, smoke, mist or fog and extinguish out small flames, such as candles, as well as fan larger fires. Diminutive or smaller creatures must move out of the way to avoid being knocked back 3 meters.

This Jutsu creates a severe blast of air (Severe Wind) that originates from the user, affecting all creatures in its path. All flying creatures in this area take a -1 penalty on Fly maneuverability. Tiny or smaller flying creatures must make a Fortitude Save or be blown back 2d6 x 3 meters and take 9 Armour Points of damage per Class Level. Small or smaller flying creatures must make a Fortitude Save to move against the force of the wind. A Tiny or smaller creature on the ground is knocked down and rolled 1d4 x 3 meters, taking 6 Armour Points of nonlethal damage per 3 meters. Small creatures are knocked prone by the force of the wind. Medium or smaller creatures are unable to move forward against the force of the wind unless they succeed at a Fortitude Save. Large or larger creatures may move normally within a gust of wind effect. This Jutsu cannot move a creature beyond the limit of its range. Any creature, regardless of size, takes a -1/4 Range Increment penalty on ranged attacks and -20 Observation checks in the area of a gust of wind. The force of the gust automatically extinguishes candles, torches, and similar unprotected flames. It causes protected flames, such as those in lanterns, to dance wildly and has a 50% chance to extinguish those lights. In addition to the effects noted, a gust of wind can do anything that a sudden blast of wind would be expected to do. It can create a stinging spray of sand or dust, fan a large fire, overturn delicate awnings or hangings, heel over a small boat, and blow gases or vapors to the edge of its range.

The user activates it by bringing chakra in their right hand, and then swipes a slicing chakra wave. Each Chakra wave deals 11 Armour Points per Class Level of slashing damage. Each wave has a width of 2 meters. User is able to release 1 wave per Class Level.

Binding Winds

Effect: User creates a force of wind around a target to stop them from moving and speaking out.

Description: Range of this technique is 30 meters + 15 meters per Class Level. Duration of this technique is Concentration. Target is 1 creature. Calling upon the power of elemental air, the user encircles the target in whipping winds. The subject can act normally, but it cannot move from its current location. The winds carry its voice away, so it can speak but cannot be heard, and it cannot hear anything but the roar of the winds. This Jutsu distracts Chakra Users, and so a Fortitude Save is required to successfully perform any Jutsu. Furthermore, no sonic or language dependent Jutsus or effects can be performed into or out of the winds though Jutsus performed by the user upon themselves function normally). Ranged attacks made into or out of the winds are subject to Hurricane-Force Winds. Binding winds holds flying creatures in midair.

Small creatures are checked and cannot make headway against the wind. Small airborne creatures are instead blown back 1d6 x 2 meters. Medium and larger creatures can move normally within the effect. A Breakthrough cannot push a creature beyond the limit of its range. Targets of the blast take 8 Armour Points of Bludgeoning Damage per Class Level. It can fan a large fire, disperse gases and vapors to the limit of its range in 1 round, and make sailing difficult for small craft nearby.

Description: Range of this technique is Touch. Duration of this technique is 5 minutes per Class Level. Target is the 1 creature touch. User coats the target with wind chakra allowing the target the ability of flight. The subject can simply fly. It can ascend and descend. Its maneuverability is dependent on the performer of the Jutsu. Clumsy at "D" Class, Poor at "C" Class, Average at "B" Class, Good at "A" Class, and Perfect at "S" Class. Using Flight requires only as much concentrating as walking, so the subject can attack or perform Jutsus normally. Should the Jutsu duration expire while the subject is still aloft, the Chakra fails slowly. The subject floats downward 20 meters per round for 1d6 rounds. If it reaches the ground in that amount of time, it lands safely. If not, it will fall the rest of the distance, taking 6 Armour Points of damage per 3 meters of fall.

Gale Crusher

The user creates a small but powerful gale in the form of a beach ball-sized sphere of spinning wind. The user directs the gale at a creature or thrown weapon. If it hits, the creature takes 9 Armour Points of Bludgeoning Damage per Class Level and is knocked back 2 meters and prone. To target a thrown weapon, the user must ready a movement to use this technique and choose to either hinder or aid the attack. If the attack is hindered and the gale hits, it is thrown off course 2d6x2 meters in a random direction and misses. If the ranged attack is aided, it gains a +4 meter range increment and deals an additional 8 Armour Points of damage per Class Level on a successful hit.

Description: Range of this technique is 30 meters + 15 meters per Class Level. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. Area of effect is 15 meters per Class Level Long and 7 meters high per Class Level. An invisible vertical curtain of wind appears. It is 1 meter thick and of considerable strength. It is a roaring blast sufficient to blow away any bird smaller than an eagle, or tear papers and similar materials from unsuspecting hands (Windstorm Winds). Tiny and Small flying creatures cannot pass through the barrier. Loose materials and cloth garments fly upward when caught in a wind wall. Arrows and bolts are deflected upward and miss, while any other normal ranged weapon passing through the wall has a 30% miss chance. Gases, most gaseous breath weapons, and creatures in gaseous form cannot pass through the wall (although it is no barrier to incorporeal creatures). While the wall must be vertical, the user can shape it in any continuous path along the ground that the user likes. It is possible to create cylindrical or square wind walls to enclose specific points.

Air Flow Manipulation

Description: Range of this technique is 30 meters + 15 meters per Class Level. Duration of this technique is Concentration (up to 5 rounds per Class Level). Area of effect is 15 meter radius per Class Level, 18 meter high cylinder. Using this rare technique, the user is able to send their Chakra to manipulate the flow of wind in a certain area. User can make the wind blow in a certain direction or manner, increase or decrease its strength freely, as long as it is within the area. The new wind direction and strength persist until the user stops concentrating on the technique or chooses to alter their handiwork, which requires an additional move-movement spent in concentration. User may create an "eye" of calm air up to 25 meters in diameter at the center of the area if they so desire, and may choose to limit the area to any cylindrical area less than their full limit. The user may choose 1 of 4 basic patterns for the wind to follow over the entire area.



A downdraft blows from the center outward in equal strength in all directions.



An updraft blows from the outer edges in toward the center in equal strength from all directions, veering upward before impinging on the eye in the center.



A rotation causes the winds to circle the center in clockwise or counterclockwise fashion.



A blast simply causes the winds to blow in one direction across the entire area from one side to the other.



The user can chose to increase or decrease the strength of the wind by 1 category every 2 Class Levels per Round.

Beast Tearing Gale Palm

This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. It uses chakra to infuse with and condense a mass amount of wind-chakra to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect weapons or attacks. Depending on its use, the user can manipulate the size and length of the claw to attack. Using a free movement the line cannot alter beyond an angle of 45 degrees. This technique deals 14 Armour Points of Slashing damage per Class Level and can bypass Hardness/Natural Armour equal to 4 + 1 per Class Level. This technique may deflect attacks equal to the damage of the attack however will become weaker as it deflects damage.

Blade of Wind Hurricane

User releases Beast Tearing Gale Palm to the ground which then creates hurricane-force winds. All creatures within the first 2 meters of the cylinder attack must make a Fortitude save or be sucked into the Hurricane. Within the next 5 meters subjects must make a Fortitude Save -5 or be sucked into the Hurricane. This technique deals 14 Armour Points of Slashing damage per Class Level and can bypass Hardness/Natural Armour equal to 4 + 1 per Class Level.

Shield of the Wind Count

Description: Range of this technique is personal. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. Target is the user. A self-proclaimed invincible barrier; using a move movement and using hand gestures, the user is able to create a protective barrier of wind capable of repelling incoming attacks, and any attack they perceive back on the original user with equal force. As a free-movement the user may deactivate the technique. Using this technique, the user covers themselves in a shield made entirely of Wind. Winds become Tornado speed but do not affect the user in terms of technique performing or weapon throwing. User however does suffer Observation penalty. Technique automatically removes all range increments of incoming ammunition attacks. The user may activate and deactivate the technique without removing the Jutsu. This shield will protect the user 30 Armour Points per Class Level. If the user sees the attack they may deflect the attack back at the opponent. This shield dissipates once the shield rounds out of Armour Points and the technique ends prematurely.

Tempest Hammer

Description: Range of this technique is 30 meters + 15 meters per Class Level. Duration of this technique is 5 rounds per Class Level. Area of effect is a 2 meter column of focused air. Immediately upon completion of this Jutsu, and 1 per round thereafter, the user may call down a 2-meter-radius, 10-meter- tall vertical column of gale-force winds. The column of air slams down in a vertical stroke at whatever target point the user chooses within the Jutsu's range (measured from the user's position at the time). Targets in the area suffer 24 Armour Points of bludgeoning damage. User needs not call a column of air immediately; other movements, even Jutsu performing, can be performed first. Each round after the first the user may use a weaving movement (concentrating on the Jutsu) to call a column. User may call a total number of columns equal to 3 per Class Level. While performing this Jutsu provokes opportunity attack normally, subsequent attacks made with it do not. If the user is outdoors and in a stormy area—a rain shower, clouds and wind, hot and cloudy conditions, or even a tornado—each column deals an additional 36 Armour Points of bludgeoning damage. This Jutsu functions indoors, underground, and underwater.

Description: The user's body's chakra is ready at anytime the user need it to. When hit by any lightning the user is able to absorb the lightning as their own for chakra. When the user is hit by any form of lightning (Includes Jutsu or Natural) the user is able to absorb the lightning as their own, they can transfer the lightning they absorb into more chakra for them or may have the option to combine that with a jutsu they have that have the same principles of what they absorb to increase the strength of the rank. By doing this the user is unharmed by any damage that it was suppose to be done to them when they where hit with the lightning.

Limit: Lightning Release Skill (Raiton no Jutsu), Must have 500 TP in Raiton no Jutsu. Once you obtain 500 TP in Raiton no Jutsu, this is automatically learned



Raiton: Hirameki no Jutsu (Lightning Flash)

Description: After forming handseals, the user creates a wave of electricity in their hands and shoots it into the ground. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Drawback: If used to 5 times in a row the user's hand's start to get electrical burns making it impossible for the use to close their hand.

Description: When the user knows that they are about to be hit by lightning they start to channel their chakra threw their body to impress the impact, when they are hit the chakra then quickly lead's the lightning their the open channel way then made to send it out threw their hand. Depending on the rank of the technique means the rank that the user may deflect and redirect. When the user learns the "C" Rank they are capable of redirecting "C" Rank techniques. When the user learns the "B" Rank they are capable of redirecting "B" Rank techniques. This continues on till "S" Rank.

Every human, except for the user of this jutsu, in this field, being ten meters per time this jutsu is learned, gets a painful electrical surge launched through their entire body. Not only does the field this jutsu covers expands per time this jutsu is trained in, the damage done to the body also increases.

Raiton - Raikyuu (Lightning Ball)

The technique is used to where they create a small ball of lightning to where the user is capable of hurling it towards the opponent. This technique is weak however and is only capable of paralyzing an opponent for approximately one round no matter how strong the opponent may be.

Charged Projectile

Effect: Charges a metal throwing projectile with lightning adding lightning damage.

Drawback: Can only do enough to slightly numb and paralyze (Only for a quarter of a post), if the user tries to make it stronger, it will end up backfiring and paralyzing their hand. Can only charge up to 5 slots at once

Description: The user holds as many kunai/shuriken, or metal projectile for that matter, as they can, up to 5 slots in their hands, and charges them with electricity. Extra lightning damage is added which will slightly paralyze or numb. The projectiles will shock the opponent weakly even if they don't make contact, but at least come close to.

Raiton • Raikou Yama No Jutsu [Lightning Release • Lightning Bullet]

Effect: The users fingertips begin to glow a light blue as they fire off lightning bolts from the fingertips.

Drawback: After being used multiple times they begin to numb the user’s finger making it very difficult to use weapon’s such as Bows, Swords, or even Kunai. Can be trained multiple times to increase the amount of times that it is capable of using without making finger’s numb

Description: Once the user has performed the required handseals the user will outstretch his hands and his fingers. Chakra will be rapidly gathered their and suddenly each finger will begin to emit electricity. The user will then move their hands back and fling them forward releasing the Lightning Bullets at the opponent. The Bullet’s look like small marble-sized balls of lightning with is giving off a constant discharge. The balls travel as fast as a person can throw a kunai or shuriken.

Duration of this technique is as long as the user can hold the "Bird" Handseal. Each bird does 8 Armour Points of Electrical Damage. Range of this technique is 30 meters plus 15 meters per Class Level. Each bird is made from pure lightning, discharging a shock of electricity when striking an object. Each bird has a 2-foot wingspan. User may learn this technique multiple times. Each time learned the user may create an additional 5 small birds per performing of the technique. When the user can create 50 Birds the difficulty of the technique increases to "B" Rank and the damage per bird increases to 10 Armour Points Electrical Damage. User may learn this technique until they can create 100 birds. Technique uses an additional "C" Rank amount of Chakra per 25 Birds.

Kunai rashinban (Kunai compass).

Effect: The user channels a little chakra in a kunai to make it point towards north.

Special: Bird and dragon.

Drawback: Have to know how to use a real compass, or else, the jutsu will be useless.

Description: By using the magnetic forces in the earth, a shinobi can use it to their advantage if they are lost. They lay a kunai on the ground, and channel a little chakra in it. The blade will then point towards the north, while the handle will point to south. This jutsu can be extremely useful when lost or if you don’t have a compass to use.

Effect: The user creates a steady stream of electricity against a single target.

Description: After forming the needed hand seals the user will create a fist sized orb of electricity and thrust it at a single target as a steady stream of electricity. At "D" Rank the lightning is only capable of knock a target back and inflict minor burns, and could reach a maximum range of 5 meters. At "C" Rank the lightning is able to cause first degree burns and numbness to the affected area, and reach a maximum range of 10 meters.

Effect: Creates a small, somewhat weak, lightning bolt that will fly from the users hand and shock the opponent and the next 2 closes things (people or object)

Drawback: This jutsu will also hit the first 2 closest things to the target. This means that it may hit another opponent, or it may also hit a close by ally. The lightning that hit the 2 close things to the target are only as half as strong as the initial lightning (D ranked lightning as opposed to C)

Description: The user does the handsigns then points their hand or finger to the target. Lightning will fly out at an undodgable speed. The lightning will shock the opponent, and the next 2 closest things to the opponent, weather they are other opponents, friends, plants, or a stray squirrel...

Effect: The jutsu will stun and immobilize a person by sending an electrical current through the air. The people affected would be immobilized for one turn.

Description: The user makes a series of hand seals and stops on the last one, charging electricity into their hands. The users spreads his hands out wide and claps them together. An invisible electric current is sent out, radiating outward from the user. It will stun and immobilize anyone in a 3 meter radius, long enough for the user to attack or escape.

At "B" Rank the light will blind the target(s) for two rounds and also two rounds of blurred vision.

Effect: The user creates two electric orbs connected by an electric chain.

Description: Bu-ro Kusari is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Release. When the needed hand seals are formed, the user would curve both hands into cups and use his/her chakra to create an orb of electricity in each hand that are sizes of the user's fists. Between each orb is a one foot chain made of lightning. When used in a ranged attack, the chain grows by one foot per three feet traveled. If the attack makes contact with a solid object, the balls would swing around the object and use the chain to ensnare the object. Once caught, the orbs would collide and release their energies by sending a strong electric current throughout the object ensnared, resulting in damage to the nervous system which leaves the target stunned for two full rounds, while inflicting minor burns to exposed flesh.

Musenki Bougai (Radio Jamming)

Effect: By sending out a stream of chakra, the user can jam a certain amount of radio signals by messing with the receiver.

Special: Dragon, snake and ram (hold last hand seal).

Drawback: There is always a chance to be caught. User cannot control complicated devices like computers.

Description: By using knowledge, the user will turn their chakra into waves that are not very different from radio waves. These chakra waves will enter an apparate that has a receiver of a sort, since they will pass for radio waves (i.e. radios, communication devices, wireless telephones, walkie- talkies and to a certain degree cell phones). The chakra will block out other broadcasting signals as soon as they have entered the device (if you have aimed the jutsu on a phone and another person calls the number to the phone, the signal will be completely blocked out for example). However, the user has a chance of being caught if someone has a device that can track radio signals. Higher rank = longer range. The length of the jutsu will depend on how long you hold the last seal.

Ichiren Raikou (Chain Lightning)

Effect: Release a devastating lightning stream that can chain up to the maximum of three opponents.

Special: Handseals

Drawback: Must be standing in place to perform.

Description: After forming the last handseal, a stream of lightning will release in front of the user's hand and chain through the user's targets. The lightning is weaker after it chain through every opponent, the first opponent receive the full damage(B rank damage)of it, the lightning is still quite powerful when it touches the second opponent(C rank damage) but is not really powerful when it hits the last target(D rank damage). The lightning travels at the speed of 45 meter/second so it is quite hard to avoid. The first target must be in front of the user and the angle that ordinary human eyes can see when the lightning is released. The lightning can travel up to 30 meters so the distance between the user and the first target, the distance between the first target and the second target and the distance between the second target and the third target must be within the traveling range of the lightning for the jutsu to work. This jutsu has a radius of 40 meters, with the user being the mid-point of it; the lightning will not make it out of the radius. The user must hold the last handseal for the duration of the jutsu.

Raiton – Soudoki no Jutsu (Thunder Style – Double Protector Technique)

Skill: Ninjutsu

Effect: Allows the user to disperse to quick lightning vortexes from their hands, shot out in a cone like fashion that opens up as it progresses. Ideal when the user is being flanked by opposing sides, as both hands blasting could ward enemies from multiple direction. The blast radius is twenty meters long, with a cone like shape that's twenty meters wide towards the end and ten meters at the narrow base/source. Anyone caught within receives severe ninjutsu and shocking damage that results in a numbed and unresponsive body, as well as a five meters knock back. Lasts until deactivated within turn.

Special: ‘Handseals’

Drawback: Once per turn, and cannot stay activated longer than a single turn before needing rest. If used for a whole turn, cannot be used the next turn as the arms are recovering. Cannot use handseals whilst using the blasters, as they encompass both hands. Does not discriminate between friend or foe. If used more than ten times during a fight, arms become unusable for five turns afterwards.

Description: An ideal jutsu designed for whenever the raiton user is being flanked. After the necessary handseals are done, the palms of their hands are imbued in pure lightning, allowing them to shoot a powerful blast intended to stop an enemy dead in tracks, as well as push them back. If the user is coherent and aware enough, they could even more around with the blaster, felling multiple assailants at once.

Raiton – Myaku (Thunder Style – Static Pulse!)

Effect: Allows the caster to send a wave of high voltage chakra in a thirty meter radius with the caster in the center. All caught within the technique are shocked and paralyzed, as long as the user holds the ‘snake’. The longer someone held within the pulse range remains without escaping, the more damage their body suffers, until they can take no more.

Special: ‘Handseals’ – hold ‘snake’.

Drawback: Cannot do other jutsu during this one as it requires the user’s hands to remain on the ‘snake’ seal. Does not discriminate between friend or foe. Can cause other surfaces to charge/light up involuntarily, bringing potential harm to the user.

Description: As its name implies, the ‘Static Pulse’ allows the user to deliver several quick pulses of shocking raiton chakra, intended to latch onto any living chakra networks, invade them, and shock away until nothing is left. This is allowed because the caster coats the region of the technique, thirty meters, in a thin layer of his refined raiton chakra. It spreads perfectly along the ground at fast speeds unless one has special eyes to pierce through such movement. Although brief, several can be shot at once, repeatedly, keeping the enemy at bay in a last minute ditch effort. Excellent when outnumbered.

Raiton – Tokeidai Boueisen no Jutsu (Thunder Style – Clock Tower Defense Technique)

Skill: Ninjutsu

Effect: Allows the user to create lances of pure lightning, spanning three meters long, to be formatted around the user in the form of the twelve hours on a clock. From there, these lances shoot out in all directions at high speeds, able to penetrate all barriers ‘A’ rank or lower and even go through multiple bodies. They can also explode at any given time and emit blinding light to those within close proximity, no more than five meters, all within a fifty meter radius for traveling. When first learned, the user can only form four lances. Each ‘B’ ranked training the person does adds a single lance, until all twelve are attained.

Special: ‘Handseals’

Drawback: Unless tag detonation handseal is held, lances blow up at the end of their flight. Lances cannot be controlled once launched. Once out of the fifty yard range, the lances explode. Does not discriminate against friend or foe. Lances can only travel horizontally, in a two dimensional fashion.

Description: As its name implies, the Tokeidai allows the user to use lightning to create powerful lances that position and attack like the hours on a clock. The user proceeds to form the necessary handseals, and when all is charged, whatever amount of lances possibly created now came to life around the caster. After confirming their target, they let the lances go, hopefully striking whatever it is that had surrounded the user, and thus prompted the emergence of such desperate measures in the first place.

Description: This technique does not count against the user's Release Training Points. Water is one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques allowing the user to manipulate pre-existing water by turning their Chakra into Water. It takes much more ability to create the water outside the body than to manipulate what is already available or expel it from their mouths (Need Water Creation Technique from Jutsu Enhancement Techniques). Water Release techniques can not only change shape but state as well. Moreover, the water becomes more solid in the process as well, and certain techniques can even allow the user to increase the water's density or viscosity, making it a suitable element to capture the targets. Offensive water techniques seem to inflict harm from the sudden force that they exert, which would cause massive internal damage to a human. Any Save Difficulty mentioned in a technique, whether Fortitude or Will is based off of 10 + 2 per Class Level + Impeccable Will. Some Ice Release techniques need pre-existing ice, snow, or water nearby in order to be used. Techniques that require a small source of water nearby is measured between 1.5 to 6 cubic meters. Medium is measured between 6 to 30 cubic meters. Large is measured between 30 cubic meters to 350 cubic meters. Huge is measured between 350 cubic meters to 1,500 cubic meters. Colossal is measured by anything more than 1,500 cubic meters.

Duration of this technique is 5 minutes per Class Level. User senses the direction and distance of a body of water such as a lake, stream, or ocean, even if it is underground or beyond the user's sight. This Jutsu cannot be used to sense the presence of water in a creature's body or small amounts of water such as that contained in a flask, cup or barrel. This Jutsu is blocked by even a thin sheet of lead, but it will pierce illusions.

Effect: The Crystal Release is a specialized field of Ninjutsu that can create crystal, (providing the user with an unlimited supply of melee weapons,) as well as manipulate already-existing Crystals and crystalline structures.

Special: ---

Drawback: Crystal Release cannot crystallize either raw energy or chakra as they have no physical mass to crystallize, allowing a person with either energy-based jutsu, such Wind Release, Fire Release and Lightning Release, or good chakra control to properly counter it. Crystal Release is also susceptible to a specific sound wave frequency; because crystal requires a very precise build-up of molecules, the proper sound waves can break down the build-up before the crystal can properly form.

Description: This technique does not count against the user's Release Training Points. Using Crystal Ninjutsu, the user can crystallize any physical material and even the moisture that is present in the air around them, turning them into a weapon. In the case of human targets, Crystal Release can solidify its targets down to the cellular level, imprisoning and even killing the victim should the crystal ever be struck, reducing the mass of crystal and the victim down to crystalline dust. Earth Release, Water Release and Wood Release are all useless against the Crystal Release style: Because the Earth, Water and Wood styles all have physical mass, they can be crystallized, and then turned against the Crystal user's opponent. The Crystal style does this by influencing the arrangement of minerals and the structure of molecules. Liquid, mineral or organic; if it has physical mass, then the Crystal style can effect it.

Limit: Must have Mastered Earth Release or Must have gained 250 training points in both Lightning and Sand Release.



Shōton: Kesshō (Crystal Release: Crystallization)

Skill: Ninjutsu

Effect: The user learns how to arrange the structural lattice of their crystal techniques. The more the user learns Crystallization, the more crystal can be produced, and the more durable that crystal becomes.

Drawback: ---

Description: The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 120 meters plus 60 meters per class level. The Duration of the Jutsu is 5 hours per Class Level. Crystals draw their strength from their precise structural integrity. The user must learn Crystallization before all other Shōton techniques, to grasp how to keep their crystal in a solid mass. The user infects substances with their chakra, then rearranges their structure into a rigid crystal lattice. Crystallization destroys substances used to create crystal due to this rearrangement. This technique can crystallize solids, liquids, and particles in the air to generate crystal. The user may dismiss any of their own crystal creations with a movement. Crystals vaporize into nothingness as they are dismissed. At first, the user's crystals are no more durable than standard crystals, having a hardness of 10 and only able to withstand 40 armor points of damage before breaking. Only 5 cubic meters of crystal can be created at a time when Crystallization is first learned. The durability and quantity of crystal can be increased with additional training. Each time learned, the user can create an additional 5 cubic meters of crystal.

After learning this technique a total of 10 times, the crystal will have a hardness of 15 and 80 armor points. Crystallization requires an additional 10 TP per tech to learn.

After learning this technique a total of 20 times, the crystal will have a hardness of 20 and 120 armor points. Crystallization requires an additional 10 TP per tech to learn.

After learning this technique a total of 30 times, the crystal will have a hardness of 25 and 160 armor points. Crystallization requires an additional 10 TP per tech to learn.

After learning this technique a total of 40 times, the crystal will have a hardness of 30 and 200 armor points. Crystallization can no longer be retrained further at this point, the crystal lattice is considered perfected.

Kessho Saga no Jutsu (Custom Crystal Technique)

Effect: Allows the user to create their crystal in any color they desire.

Drawback: Cannot alter the color of crystal of other people.

Description: Allows the user to create crystal of any color, including solid colors or completely transparent by allowing certain impurities to remain in the crystal to change their color. Also allows existing crystal to be modified as well. Creative users may make entire buildings and sculptures out of their wonderfully colorful crystal.

Shōton: Kageboushi (Crystal Release: Silhouette)

Skill: Ninjutsu

Effect: Creates a flat, 2-D replica of the user which is incapable of moving.

Drawback: It is not a true clone, because it cannot move, and it reflects light.

Description: A technique mostly used to confuse or trick people where lighting is an issue. Mostly for use in dark places. The user will perform the handseals, forming a crystalline apparition of themselves within a meter in front of them. The silhouette is about an inch thick, and as such can be grown rapidly. The resilience of the Silhouette is that of the user’s Shouton: Crystallization technique. Once created, the Silhouette will last for up to three rounds, until it is broken, or until the user dismisses it. The Shouton user can create up to ten Silhouettes at a time.

Limit: Must have Shōton: Crystallization.





Shōton: Odoriba (Crystal Release: Dance Floor)

Skill: Ninjutsu

Effect: Creates a thin layer of crystal over an area.

Special: “Handseals”

Drawback: The user must apply chakra to their feet in order to be able to walk or run on the crystal with ease.

Description: A technique mainly meant to mess with an opponent’s footing. After performing the handseals, the user will then place their hand on the ground. A thin layer of incredibly smooth crystal will then cover the ground, making it very slippery. This technique can be very easily overcome by applying chakra to the feet, but can prove devastating against non-ninja opponents who have not mastered this ability yet. Due to the nature of Shōton, this ability can even be used on top of water, or over sand. The user can expand this floor up to thirty meters, plus fifteen meters for every rank above C Rank the user obtains.

Limit: Must know Shōton: Crystallization.



Shōton: Kesshō Fukkatsu (Crystal Release: Crystal Resurrection)

Skill: Supplementary Ninjutsu

Effect: Allows you to reform destroyed crystalline structures after they are damaged.

Special: Does not require the forming of hand seals, though an equivalent amount is still deducted from a user's amount of hand seals per round when used.

Drawback: The structure must be fixed within one round of damage or else you will be unable to reestablish the bond it had with the rest of the structure.

Description: Using ones skill with the crystal release the user is able to reform an area of crystal that been destroyed. As soon as it is damaged the user may elect to activate this, reforming the section damaged. The user is able to reform an area equivalent in size as their knowledge of Shōton: Crystallization.

Kesshō no Yoroi (Crystal Release: Crystal Armor)

Skill: Ninjutsu

Effect: This jutsu allows the user to become encased in a thin sheet of crystal to protect them from blunt force trauma. This armor can also aid the user in performing stronger physical attacks. The crystal is transparent and can only be noticed by light reflecting off it.

Description: Forming the needed hand seals, the user encases themselves in a crystalline armor. It is transparent, but is able to reflect light. The armor has a hardness and has the ability to block damage equal to the user's skill in Crystallization before it breaks. This armor lends itself to enhancing punching/kicking taijutsu damage by a 20 armor points worth of damage due to it adding a slight amount of weight to the strike.

Shōton: Shinjōkesshō (Crystal Release: Crystal Needles)

Effect: The user creates senbon-like crystals that shoot at the target at extremely high speeds.

Description: After forming the handseals, the user is able to take some of the crystal from an already formed creation and produce crystalline spikes out of it. These spikes can harm people touching the structure with piercing damage. The user is able to have these spikes shoot off the structure, creating senbon-like projectiles that travel at speeds equivalent to a tai-master of equal rank to the user. The user may create 20 spikes for every 10 times Shōton: Crystallization they know. The duration of this jutsu is 5 hours per class level or until they decide to use the spikes as projectiles.

Shōton: Haridesasu Hito (Crystal Release: Needler)

Rank: C

Skill: Ninjutsu

Effect: Encases the user’s hand in crystal which can then launch senbon-like projectiles which explode.

Special: Handseals

Drawback: Renders the hand encased in crystal useless until the user ends the jutsu and removes their hand from the crystal.

Description: The user forms the handseals and channels chakra around one of their hands, forming a crystalline “gauntlet” around it. This gauntlet has 14 senbon-like spikes jutting out from the top of it that are roughly six inches in length. At the user’s will, they may channel chakra into this gauntlet and send a small shard of one of these spikes flying out of the front of the gauntlet at speeds equal to a tai-master of equivalent rank. These spikes home in on their targets, following them to a limited degree. Once the spike pierces a target, it will explode after 1 second has passed. These shards deal 10 points of Piercing damage plus an additional 40 armor points of Exploding damage. The user may fire up to 60 shards per use of this jutsu at a rate of 9 shards per second. These shards will shatter on their own if they do not hit something, giving them a range of 7 meters plus 6 meters per class level. This jutsu may be learned a total of 3 times. When first learned, the user learns the base form of this jutsu. When learned a second time, the user learns how to form two “needler gauntlets” instead of one, one for each hand. When learned a third time, the user learns how to double the amount of shards fired, totaling to 120 shards per use of the jutsu per hand.

Limit: Must know Crystal Release: Crystal Needles. Must know Kesshō: Hōmingu Shuriken (Crystal Release: Homing Shuriken).

Description: Forming the handseals the user creates a crystal construct on covering one of their arms and extending out past their hand for 6 feet. It is in the shape of a large spike, and with it the user is able to deliver 40 armor points of piercing damage should they be able to make a solid hit with it. Its bulk does not slow the user down, due to the chakra they have imbued in it.

Effect: Sends the giant dart around the user's arm after using Crystal Release: Giant Crystal Dart flying like a missile

Description: Once the user has formed the crystal around their arm, they point their crystallized arm in the direction they wish to fire at. Placing their free arm on their opposite shoulder, the user sends chakra through their arm an into the giant dart. The dart detaches itself from the user's arm and is sent flying in a straight line, traveling at a speed of 10 meters per second plus 5 meters per class level. This flying dart deals 50 armor points of damage due to its speed.

Effect: User can quickly form a blade made of crystal on their arm, and use it almost similar to how a person would use a Tanto. Blades can be formed on both arms if needed.

Effect: The user forms a large mirror in the shape of a snowflake, which they can then use to perform the Jade Crystal Clone Technique.

Description: After performing the handseals, the user will then release a bit of their chakra which will look like an outline of a hexagon. This will expand outwards, until its roughly 1 meter in diameter. Then it crystallizes, forming a perfect mirror. The mirror is used mainly for the Suishō Bunshin no Jutsu, but can also be used as just a regular object for whatever the user can think of. The mirror has a harness of 5 and 20 armor points.

Taiyō Furea (Solar Flare)

Effect: Using the reflective abilities of the Crystal Mirror, the user is able to increase the brightness in one direction effectively blinding any who see it for a time.

Description: The mirror will reflect the light in the air, and enhancing it by reflecting/refracting it within its crystalline structure will let a radiance emanate from its surface. Anything in that can see this light will generally be blinded if they are within 40 meters for about 1d3 rounds, with a turn of spottiness afterward. During this turn of “spottiness” the affected eyes will be unable to see with any kind of definition, and there will be tiny black spots causing blind spots. Anyone outside the 40 meter range who sees the light will generally have just the 1 round of spotty vision.

Drawback: Requires an open area to use or else one won't be able to throw it as needed. Needs to be thrown.

Description: Forming the handseals, the user is able to expand their chakra outwards, creating an enormous Shuriken. The shuriken resembles a snowflake in shape. This shuriken is 1 meter in diameter and increases in size by 1 meter based on the user's knowledge of Shōton: Crystallization or a maximum of 4 meters. The user is able to throw this shuriken without issue. Its bulk does not slow the user down, due to the chakra they have imbued in it.

Kesshō: Rokkaku Shuriken: Ranbu (Crystal Release: Hexagonal Shuriken Wild Dance)

Description: Using their knowledge of Shōton: Weapon Creation, the user is able to expand upon its usage. Crystallizing particles in the air around them, the user forms levitating shuriken (as many as your weapon creation technique allows). These shuriken are able to float due to a combination of chakra and their general light weight from being made of crystal. Pushing forth a small burst of chakra will send these shuriken soaring through the air at their opponent or opponents. Senbon and other secondary weapons can be substituted for the shuriken, but many believe the shuriken work easier due to their more damaging nature. You do not control these weapons after they are initially “shot” off. Once “fired” they move at the speeds of a thrown kunai.

Kesshō: Hōmingu Shuriken (Crystal Release: Homing Shuriken)

Effect: Using their knowledge of the Kesshō: Rokkaku Shuriken: Ranbu (Crystal Release: Hexagonal Shuriken Wild Dance) technique, the user it able to coat the flying shuriken with chakra to link them with the target, effectively turning them into homing weapons.

Drawback: If blocked or stopped by another object, the shurikens lose the homing ability. The shuriken will not “go around” other objects, they move in the straightest line possible to get to the opponent.

Description: After using the Kesshō: Rokkaku Shuriken: Ranbu (Crystal Release: Hexagonal Shuriken Wild Dance), the user may form another string of seals and send an extra bit of chakra to the initial burst of the shuriken, making them continue to fly under their own power towards the target they were designated to hit. This homing will last for 3 rounds or until the shuriken hit something. The user is still not in control of these shuriken during flight. The shuriken simply follow the shortest path to their target, which can lead to being blocked

Description: Crystallizing the air around a subject the user is able to create a dome of angular crystal over a 5-meter area plus 5 meters per class level the user is above C. It is transparent, but light will reflect off of it. The technique has a hardness of 10 and is able to withstand 40 armor points of damage plus whatever the users' rank in “Shōton: Crystallization” allows. This dome has to begin forming somewhere within arm's reach of the user. It is very useful for protecting oneself or an ally. Limit: Must know Shōton: Crystallization.



Shōton: Kurisutaru Yaei-chi no Kabe (Crystal Release: Crystal Encampment Wall)

Description: The user makes the seals and releases a wave of chakra that is invisible to those without some sort of sensory skills such as doujutsu. As is cascades out, the chakra itself begins to crystallize, covering the user completely in a transparent structure that reflects light. This technique completely encases the user, and only the user, but is capable of being as large as their Shōton: Crystallization technique allows. This wall has a hardness of 10 is capable of withstanding 60 armor points of damage plus whatever their Shōton: Crystallization technique allows.

Shōton: Suishō Rō no Jutsu (Crystal Release: Crystal Prison)

Effect: This technique is one where the user completely encases an opponent in crystal. If the crystal is shattered, the victim disintegrates along with the crystal particles.

Special: "Handseals"

Drawback: If an opponent is able to surround their body with chakra, or cover themselves completely with another technique, such as a chakra based elemental armor, they will be able to avoid being shattered if the prison breaks. Only characters that have mastery in medical ninjutsu can cover themselves in a strong enough coating of chakra without a technique.

Description: Forming the handseals, the user is able to produce a rather faint glow to one of their chosen hands. While this glow is active the user is unable to perform any other handseals. To activate the actual crystallization the user must touch the designated target. After doing so, one must allow for the crystallization to take effect. How many movements it takes to encase your victim, as well as the prisons durability is determined by the targets size. Medium sized creatures and objects or smaller require only a round to crystallize while creatures or objects one size larger than medium take an additional round to crystallize. This pattern continues up until Titan sizes. Once encased if shattered, the target within the prison will essentially be destroyed as well, almost as if they were made of the crystal. As always, the user may designate to effectively disintegrate their crystal construct effectively acting like the structure was destroyed should they so choose.

This crystal expands outward aggressively in spindly spires, splitting off from one another at random angles. These spires seek out chakra sources that do not belong to the user, moving and converging on these sources as though to impale them. These spires move at a rate of 10 meters plus 5 per class level.

Shōton: Kesshō Gokakurō (Crystal Release: Crystal Pentagonal Prison)

Effect: The user completely encases their opponents in crystal. When the crystal is shattered, the bodies of the victims disintegrate along with the crystal particles.

Drawback: All drawbacks stated within Shōton: Suishō Rō no Jutsu (Crystal Release: Crystal Prison) apply, except elemental armors no longer allow for enough protection to avoid being disintegrated if caught and medics may no longer create the chakra barrier strong enough without a technique. One must actually coat themselves in pure chakra for them to escape the prisons effects.

Description: After performing the handseals, the user will focus their chakra at the ground below the target. Over a circular area with a 15 meter diameter, a glowing hexagonal shape lights up. After 1 movement the crystal appears to burst forth in the hexagonal pillar 20 meters tall, trapping anyone within it. Multiple people can be caught in one pillar but it must connect to the ground.

Remember that everyone within range perceives the same thing. Everyone smells the same type of fresh-baked pie, for instance, and reacts appropriately for them; a fresh-baked meat pie attracts carnivores and repels herbivores.

Description: Affects anyone who sees the user. The user is able to perform this technique on themselves.The duration of this technique lasts for 5 rounds per class level. This technique may be disbelieved once interacted with. In order to flush ambushes the user projects a duplicate image of themselves and companions. This technique creates an illusion complete with visual, sound, smell, texture and temperature. It mimics exactly what the user and any of the allies within 15 meters diameter do. If the terrain differs significantly between that of the illusion and that of the characters, or if any character takes an action the illusion can't duplicate (for example climbing a tree if none are present for the illusory duplicate to mimic), onlookers automatically gain the ability to have a die roll to negate the Illusion. In addition, if any person moves out of the technique's effect disappears from the illusion.

Lure

Description: A Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects target touched. The user is able to perform this technique on the target they touch. The duration of this technique lasts for 5 rounds per class level. This technique may be negated. If failed the target becomes infatuated by the illusion and follows it until the technique expires, or until the user mentally wills the jutsu to end. Typically, these illusions are something highly desirable, such as a cart of gold, or a comely figure beckoning the affected target. Only the affected target of the jutsu can see the illusion. The user who performs the technique must determine the specific path that the illusion must take. This path cannot lead into any obviously dangerous areas, if so, the target immediately receives a second save to escape the effect. If the affected target of the jutsu is restrained from following the illusion, that target will still struggle and attempt to follow the illusion, and may not take any other action apart from trying to follow the jutsu for the duration of the jutsu.

Visitation

Description: Affects anyone who interacts with the image. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of different boards within the same thread. The duration of this technique lasts for 5 minutes per class level. This technique may be disbelieved once interacted with. At the beginning of the Jutsu, the user must write down the target’s name or some title that leaves no doubt as to the target’s identity. The target then receives a telepathic announcement that someone is trying to contact them (the user is not identified). If the target declines to accept the contact, the Jutsu immediately fails. If the target accepts the contact, an illusionary image of the user appears before the target, and a similar image of the target appears before you. This figure is life-sized, and replicates the appearance and movements of its original precisely. These images can be seen and heard by others, but do not include the figure’s surroundings or other living beings in the area. The images move with the user and target, always remaining within an unoccupied space. For the duration of the Jutsu, both characters may converse and observe the other freely. Either the user or the target may end the Jutsu at any time. The Jutsu functions only in the same board as each other are in, and if the target leaves that board, the Jutsu automatically ends.

When the user learns this technique the 1st 2 times they train it as a regular "D" Rank Jutsu. When the user learns this technique the 2nd 2 times they train it as a "D" Rank Jutsu +10 Training Points. Break Enchantment can reverse even an Instantaneous effect. For each such effect, user make a Class Point check (1d20 + Class Point, maximum +15) against a Difficulty of 11 + Class Level of the opponent, maximum +15. Success means that the creature is free of the Jutsu, Curse, or Effect. If the Jutsu is one that cannot be dispelled by Dispel GenJutsu, Break Enchantment works only if that Jutsu is "B" Rank or lower.

Description: User is able to move forward in a straight line along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by focusing the user's chi along the ankles and foot. User mostly moves just with their ankles and feet. Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down. Example: User has 5 movements, user is able to perform Jutsu 2 times per round.

When the user learns this technique the 1st 2 times they train it as a regular "D" Rank Jutsu. When the user learns this technique the 2nd 2 times they train it as a "D" Rank Jutsu +10 Training Points. When the user learns this technique the 3rd 2 times they train it as a "D" Rank Jutsu +20 Training Points. This Jutsu does not stack with other Focus Jutsus (GenJutsu Focus, Clan Focus, etc.).
