After letting go of the basket, she nodded in approval, agreeing. “I am glad that you like them. I will have Essa bake some more,” Stallaluna said politely, proud of her friend, "My companions appear not to be home at the moment, but if you stick around, perhaps she can share the recipe. Mind you, I know nothing about cooking or baking, although I am eager to try. Having said that, first I need to master something." She finished saying, peering out at her yard. The task seemed daunting now that her panic attack seemed to have passed. But she was determined to complete it and quickly. “Orange is it.” She reached into the fridge and pulled out the jug of freshly made orange juice. She poured the juice into a glass, placed the jug back into the fridge and picked up the lemonade and poured herself one before closing the door.
However, before she could hand over the glass, she was momentarily caught off guard. She shrugged her shoulders as a question was posed to her. "So...at the time, it sounded like a good idea. I found that pounding something improves my mood. However, now that I look at it, it looks like all I did was make a mess. Nonetheless, I cannot stop now, it is an eyesore just by looking at it." She replied casually, placing one glass on the countertop while with the remaining grass in her right hand, she examined the knuckles of her left. Despite the fragile skin, they were bruised and purple but no longer painful. “You like roses, I see. Good. We got good taste.” She took a sip of her drink before placing that too on the countertop.
She glanced over at Crya's untouched glass and shook her head. "Don't drink it if you don't want to, but please don’t waste my food. Oranges are not cheap.” She picked up her glass and retraced her steps, walking back out the door and into the yard. By now it was starting to spit and in the distances, she could hear thunder drumming. The Kamyuja placed her glass on the outdoor table under shade before walking toward her lawn. It seemed she was annoyed after all. But she couldn't blame the female. If in fact, the female had been a hostage as she claimed, then trust must be earned. She didn’t know if the female had followed her out or not as she didn’t turn around to find out. Instead, she approached the two fist indents in the ground and hit the area without pause.
