Drawback: Most of the user’s attacks are ground based, limiting their airborne range.
Description: A fairly underrated stance that was developed in Iwa sometime ago. Due to the crouched position the user must take to perform this, many ninjas and other interested people find it uncomfortable and unwieldy. This stance focuses on heavy movements based on focused momentum behind every blow. Users of this stance have found it helpful to wear shoes and gloves that slide easily on many surfaces, but still do not slide off of a target.

Harson walked outside to work on a stance that should be easy for anyone to do. Harson said "Ok here we go". He formed the slippery fist stance not perfectly but close. "What?" Harson said as he tryed to form the stance again. "There we go" he said as he performed it perfectly.

"Let's try something else". Harson did a backflip and landed in the slippery fist stance. He did it once more and landed perfectly. "Let's try the front flip" he said. Harson did a front flip and landed on his back. Harson cursed as he got up to try again. Harson did another front flip and landed in the slippery fist stance again.

"One more thing" Harson said. He flipped to the side and landded in the stance. He flipped to the other side and landed in the stance. "Wow this is actually pretty dang easy," Harson said smiling. "I wonder if i can jump off of a tree and land like this,"Harson said daised by his own movements.

Harson ran toward a tree jumped toward it did a backflip off of it and landed in the slippery fist stance. " Once more and I'm finished for today," Harson said running toward the tree again doing the same as before. "I can't help but feel that this is very uncomfortable," Harson said grimacing. "Well I guess I'm finished for today."

Harson was thinking "Ok time for another day of training in this certain stance," Harson walked out from under the tree and performed the slippery fist stance. "Alright now the next one," Harson said doing a backflip and landing in the stance. "I hope I get this one right this time," Harson said before doing a front flip and landing in the stance. "Yes! Now the sides," Harson said flipping to one side and landing in the stance and flipping to the other side landing in the stance. "Now off of the tree and I'll repea the cycle a few times," Harson said. He ran toward the tree jumped foward did a backflip off of it and landed in the stance.
