Continuation from here!
Kaidoku walked over to a random person and showed her the flier. With only a point towards a direction, he looked upon a mansion-like building and awed his way over there. Whoa, now that's a big house... the young Uchiha said as he walked over to the entrance door. Showing evidence that he was going to be part of the Chuunin Exams, the guards let him in. The rooms were the size of his actual house he exaggeratedly thought as he walked over to the center of the Entrance Hall. For a couple of minutes, he took a tour of the massive house and thought it wouldn't be smart to waste time like this and needed to find a most logical area to train on his new release. He walked in the Great Ballroom and took a wild guess and took a left and went straight up to where he could walk any further. As he looked to his right, he saw a door opening to a very large garden which he thought was the biggest room in the house. He wouldn't really call this this a room but he thought it would be a good training area for him to work on.
He went to the center of the garden to see a very fancy water fountain the size of the pond he was once training on and thought this would be the most logical place to train on his water release.

Hoping to meet some new friends since there were alot of ninja's around training their butts out, he didn't want to embarrass himself and mess up in an idiotic way. He began his training and placed his right hand into the water as his skin was soaked in water which made some small bubble type water spots. Since this was a continuation of his last training, might as well work on what he failed on doing. He focused chakra into every water spot and tried to sustain its place to the spot it was in preventing it from dripping down. Trying not to move his hand, he placed his elbow on his stomache to stop his little vibration problem which his plan helped a lot.
A couple of minutes later, the water drops were shaking of anticipation of wanting to drip down like a tear drop. After each failed attempt, Kaidoku learned something new from every try about water release and how it should be focused a certain way much different than other releases. I must find a way to control the water from not dripping in an instant...this will be mastered by me! he said as he placed his right hand into the water again and attempted once again which then he pulled his hand out and focused chakra once again. Concentrating chakra into each center of the visible water spots, it was inserted to hold all sudden movements of that specific water.
Having gained experienced of sustaining the water with his chakra, he was able to extend his pausing time for about 3 minutes. He was still confused on what he was doing wrong and thought that he wasn't even close to learning the true essence of the release. Wanting to try again, he thought it would be better off to try the same procedure but with his left hand.
Since he wasn't the left handed type, he would need some help with his right hand. He placed his left hand into the pond and rose it and faced his left hand with his palms towards his face and focused chakra to his left hand. Since he had some trouble doing this, he took his right hand and grab hold of his left hands wrist and focused chakra from both hands and maintained the position where the water spots were located. Slowly, with every success, he began to understand the true meaning of water release. How calm and soothing it was, and how it was not meant to use a forceful attempt in releasing it like his earth release. He would soon learn that, but it was too early now so he just went along with his intelligent plans. As he held the water spots for about 2 minutes, he thought of a theory that might help his problem.
With this, he thought it would be smart to focus as much chakra into the water as much as he could without forcing it too much. His plan was since maybe focusing chakra into the center of the water, it could only hold as much as it could since there was more water than chakra. Now maybe evening the about of water and chakra, he might be able to keep it from not falling for a long time.
Upon returning to the Hotel where he would go and rest in one of the guest rooms on the second floor, he collapsed on the bed. Waking up a few hours later, he did not know any information about the matching, only that he won the first match. Mostly full with the pill he had took, the side effect of it had slowly began building up every second. He walked outside of the mansion leaving a note that he would return and he was outside training. Outside, he walked a couple of meters to the right to see a pond where he could train in peace with no interference from any others that wanted to spar or even talk with him. He was still upset due to that long match he had fought in against Kininata and even when he was stronger than him, Kininata still managed to pull more tricks than him and he wasn't even a Genjutsu user.

Suiton no Jutsu (Water Release Skill)
With this skill, or release, the user is now capable of using, and performing techniques that deal with the element of Water. This means that any NinJutsu or specialized TaiJutsu that deals the Water Release will need this in order to be performed correctly.
