~*~The door to a broken down home was opened, and entering was Ryukaga. The light was turned on after he entered, brightening the room. He came here to pack up some items as he ventured to the Land of Tea, to participate in the Chuunin Exams. First, he made his way toward the kitchen sink and splashed some water on his face after removing his hoody from his head. Afterwards, he pulled his backpack, the same backpack he took along his last mission and placed it on the bed. Taking out random clothing, even though he probably wouldn't change, folded them up and placed them in the bag. His hygeine materials was placed on the side slots of the back pack, food was being wrapped up and placed in the bag as well. The food mostly consisted of rice balls, ramen noodles, shrimp lo' mein, and chickenm his favorite foods. He had enough to last him for some hours. He made sure he brought along his ninja ID, for he would need to show it to the ship coordinator in order to board. He also brought along his books, and notes, which listed thousands of jutsu techniques, just in case he wanted to train.~*~
~*~After everything was packed, he placed the book bag on his back. Soon, his eyes roamed up until they were placed on a picture frame hanging on the wall, of his father and his mother. Ryukaga's eyes squenched as he began to remember them...Mother...father...I won't disappoint you...I will become a Chuunin...no matter what... After everything was said and done, he found himself turning off the lights in his home, exiting, and locking the door behind him, placing the key into his left pocket. He then walked to the gates of Konoha, where a guard stood there looking down at him. "Let me pass, I'm heading for the Chuunin Exam." The guard looked down to Ryukaga for a few moments before he stepped aside and allowed him to pass. Soon, his feet began trailing down a path, toward a port that he knew which was the closest. In order to get there faster, he leaped on the tree branches hopping from tree branch to tree branch, scaling over mounds of trees.~*~
~*~An hour and thirty minutes have already passed, as Ryukaga had arrived a border coastal city, where his boat was ready. The city was located down a tall mountain, so he would need to hurry up. Pushing his chakra the bottom of his feet, he ran down the side of the mountain, while sticking to the wall to the city. Once he arrived in the port city itself, many people who looked like fishermen, boat captains, beggers walked passed him. A man fell behind him, as his hands clutched the side of his pants, "M-Must...get...money...!" The begger cried out. Soon, two other gentlemen had lifted the man from the ground and turned to Ryukaga, "Do not worry about him, he is drunk is all. Sorry to disturb you." The man said as they took the drunk man away. Ryukaga shook his head at the man, as he heard a man near a boat wave in his hand in the air, "All aboard!?" He yelled out. Ryukaga quickly ran over there and showed him his ninja ID.~*~
~*~"Ah, so, you're a leaf ninja, huh? Heading to the chuunin exams, I see. Well, you're just in time, son, hop on." Ryukaga didn't speak to the man, for once again, he hardly speaks to anyone, with the exception of his team from earlier. Getting on the ship, he explored the bottom deck as he found his assigned room. Opening the door, he walked in, placed his book bag on the floor board, layed down on the bed and rested. He began to dream as the ship finally docked off, heading to the Land of Tea. Ryukaga-San, how much effort are you willing to put within your skill? Heh...I already see you will be a great warrior one day, please, do not give up what you hope to accomplish.....I-I just have something to say...if something ever happens to me...just know that it isn't you fault...it is mine...a choice I made in the past, you understand that, son? Which was a dream where Ryukaga had the night before their home was scorched in flames.~*~
~*~Ryukaga wasn't the type to cry, but during his sleep, without his consent, a single tear dropped on the side of his face to the pillow where his head had rested. Two hours had passed and Ryukaga finally awaken from his rest. By then, the tear drop had dried. Looking up to the sky, the it suddenly turned night. Getting up from his bed, he walked out into the hallway of the bottom portion of the ship, and made his way up on deck, where he stood underneath the night sky. The waters seemed smooth and calm, the atmosphere began to change...a huge difference from the atmosphere from the Land of Fire. He hung himself over on the side, placing his arms infront of him to support him, his eyes looked out into the distance. Suddenly, a young female came and approached him, "Hello there." His eyes turned and looked to the woman, "Mhm..." was all he said, not very polite, but that was how Ryukaga was.~*~
~*~"You can't sleep neither, huh?" The woman said as she came and took a position beside Ryukaga. "Ah...so you're a hidden leaf ninja? You must be heading for the chuunin exams." Ryukaga nodded his head, and found this woman no threat, so he responded, "Yes, you're correct." The woman smirked abit and looked out to the waters, "Yeah, well, I'm not a ninja but I have a family member over there that needs me. What is your name?" This is where Ryukaga froze. He told no one his name, because he didn't like it. The reason why he tells no one his name, is because that name died along time ago. So, giving the answer he gave everyone else, he turned to the waters and responded, "I have no name." The woman risen her eyebrow, "Strange...never met anyone who didn't have a name. Mind if I call you...San? San was my ex-husband's name...before he died, that is." Ryukaga didn't respond to that, his eyes just stared blankly out to the waters. "You're not much of a talker are you?" Ryukaga lowered his head down some. The woman looked at him and sighed, looking back out to the waters. "Cold night...I think I'm finally going to turn in. See you later...San." She said as she walked off back to her room to go to bed. Ryukaga watched her as she walked off, he did the same, heading to his room to rest.~*~
~*~Feeling abit hungry, he decided to eat before going back to sleep, so he took out his shrimp lo' mein box and rice balls, devouring it before dusting off his hands and laying back down, heading to sleep once more.~*~
