[Take Over] In the Name of Mist!

With every man that fell to my blade, three stood in his wake to serve me; I was certain Sudo and Genkaku had similar fortune, and so it was without doubt that I thought we would lay waste to this land by sunrise.

Many fell, and many more joined the force of Mist.

A man charged me in my thoughts, and I slit his throat with little effort. My fury was placed two fold upon a small cluster of shinobi that followed this man, and they too, fell lifeless without throats through which to breathe.

"This land," I began, walking through the remnants of town, "will be ours."

I stopped, and turned to my comrades.

Such a small country. I assumed news would spread fast. Perhaps they would give in this very instant?

Ka-boom Ka-boom

In one foul swoop they all fell before my unnerving countenance as sulfurino induced embers wrought the surrounding lands with ruin; neither woman nor child were spared from the aftermath of my wake, as far as I was concerned their demise marked the dawning of a new age, hallowed craters were all that remained of those that bore the burden of my hate. “Too easy.” Though life had been stolen that day I bestowed purpose upon the living, their fleeting memories forever engraved within my psyche-----for art is a bang.

"Anyone else?"

"I would think not, Kyoichi." Genkaku stepped beside him in the mist as it left them, the Demon Dog mask still upon his face, blood dripping from his Chinese Ring sword that finally made the traditional clink sound of all the rings moving. His eyes were on Kou, who had previously declared his foreseen dominance over Nami no Kuni, and it would soon be time to move on to bigger and better things.
"I suppose that it is time for us to be leaving." Wiping his sword on the cloth of one of the fallen, he began to move forward, placing the sword upon the holster on his back. He had seen what befell some of the villagers at the hands of Kyoichi, they had exploded without contact from anything, not even an exploding tag. Strange...he would remember that. But for now he had bigger things to deal with, namely their travel. It was time to move on.

I didn't wait for them to catch up. Simply through observing them during our voyage over here, I had grown confident in their abilities. They were both men that could hold their own in battle, and I needn't babysit them.

I charged through the town, allowing my sword of bone [Yanagi no Mai] to singe the flesh of any that dared stand in my way. It wasn't long before I had left the bounds of this port town, and led by one of the men who had joined our remote cause, I came within bounds of Wave's largest—their capital?—city.

Two guards, who wore masks, thought they'd stop me. One moved before me, and the other behind me. They lunged within a second of each other, thinking to best me with Taijutsu. They were coordinated, I will admit: one struck high and the other struck low. However, they underestimated me.

I lifted off the ground, turned my body until it was parallel to the earth, and removed both of their legs in a single swipe. When I landed, and they began to tumble, I removed their heads, and made my way into the newest town.

"Stand, join, or fight," were the only options I gave them.

Upon the eve of war did the Crow make his passing, strewn at his feet did a sea of corpses lie, it was most unfortunate that this village lacked the prowess of the supernatural. “What a waste of my talents, I thought there’d be more entertainment, however I now know that I was wrong to assume such.” A heavy sigh pushed forth through inflating lunges, it was apparent that boredom was steady upon the approach.

"Canis permoveo..."

"Bored already, Kyoichi? Idle hands, my friend...idle hands..."

Several men lay lifeless at his feet, more lay dead behind, and he would move forward from the carnage with nary a stain upon his clothes. He passed Kyoichi and Kou, moving to the forefront to stand before the many that opposed the few, and his hand would reach for his white blade, Zenoudou no Sakabattou. The blade was black on one side, white on the other, a balance of yin and yang if you will. A lady chained and nearly naked was carved on the white side where the hilt began, a demon bound and chained on the other...good and evil perhaps?
"You all will live in a land such as this should you succumb." He lifted the weapon, turning it so that the lady was face up and the blade was down, her eyes beginning to glow. Only a moment passed, but soon everyone was on their knees, and he placed Zenoudou no Sakabattou back within it's sheath.
"They have joined us, Kou." He would not explain what had happened, it was not for them to know, just as they kept secrets of their own.

"Onwards."

My words were poison, seething from ivory fangs; they struck the unworthy with bitter aspirations, and drew them under my spell. Together, they raised sword and dagger in unison, pledging their power unto my own. Together, they marched, and with Sudo at my side, we stormed the Capital of Waves.

Halt! Exclaimed the guards, demanding we show proper presentation; I grinned, and introduced them to my disdain. Baku Suishouha consumed them, destroyed their gates, and allowed my entry into the land.

My soldiers stormed the city, and my companion and I began towards the capitol building.

My sword of bone glistened devilishly.

My hands drew themselves once more from the vast depths of obscurity, the faint chill of metal leaving their embrace as my fingers untwined; those who would not submit to the will of the Mizukage would be executed with extreme prejudice. They fell just as easily as the rest as my art manifested with but a simple bang, that melodious hymn of war had always intrigued me, the explosions that befell the capital were a true sight to behold.

[—suzaku.]

N-n-no!

As a testament to my own will, I carved the kanji of my village upon the torso of those that stood before me; 'pon this waking bellum, I cut many a men and women down, and the children? They were not spared. Any that opposed my word was belittled and blood-stained.

The alleyways were filled with carcasses, and a growing militia filled the city with cries of savagery and victory. In our march, we came upon this nation's leader, and he glared at us, and then:

I was the first to voice our reason behind this wake of bedlam, the methods used merely justified by the reins of prosperity, the calm came with but the rousing of the melodies chime of my voice. “Fellow Nin, we’ve come here today not as tyrants but as redeemers, those who choose to bow their heads underneath the banner of his Excellency shall rise to reap the offerings of their hearts desire, and those who choose not to shall join the fallen.” Slowly but surely I was earning my keep at the Mizukages helm, the gift of the silver tongue would surely be of further use sometime in the near future, no?
