Lazy Waterfall {Raburu VS Kazetora}

Area

A nice river bend resides to the east, along with a nice waterfall. The forest covers most of the landscape with nearly few bushes, and rocks. A perfect area for a battle!

Me' Entrance

Raburu enters the peaceful area, dispised at its colorfulness. He looks around waiting for a character known as Kazetora. There seemed to have arragneged a battle in this peaceful forest. "Where the hell is he?" mummered Raburu as he sat down on a boulder awaiting for the arival of his opponet. He hummed for few minutes then laid back, waiting for anything seemingly intesting to happen.

[Kazetora Kotonashi]

Kazetora, whom had been hiding in wait for his opponent, had set four exploding tags on the rocks of the area, when he saw Raburu sit down, on one of them, he activated the tags from the safety of behind the waterfall, he then made a string of handseals, took in a deep breath and echoed in his mind "Katon - Ryuuka no Jutsu!!!!!!!!!" He then instantly made more handseals and watched as the area was covered in a thick fog, he made sure that he had an advantage, of strength, and arena.

Katon - Ryuuka no Jutsu (Dragon Fire Technique)

Effect: The user quickly performs a large creation of blindinf fire into the form of a large Dragon form. The Dragon must be used in the same concept as the Goukakyuu no Jutsu in which must be thrown by placing a hand in a circle form over the mouth of the user.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: This type of technique is better used if the opponent is binded down and unable to be moved.
Description: A Large creation is created as the user performs the neccessary handseals for the technique. As the user does so they raise their hand up over their mouth. By taking in a deep breathe the user fills their lungs with chakra to in which egnites the moment they blow the air out. As the user blows out the creation of fire is made taking the form of a giant dragon like creature. The Dragon is quickly hurled towards the opponent as the dragon swivles and swirves moving like that of a Chinese Dragon. When first learned the Dragon does not explode forth but the very flames oozes out spreading out in all directions that would wrap around the opponent in a blaze of glory. When the user learns the "B" Rank version the user is capable of pushing so much power into the technique to where when it touches the target it is needed it is egnited in a mass blaze of glory, creating a grand explosion.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Skill)
Rank: "C" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A Skill where a user uses the water around them to create a massive mist to fill around the user.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: ---
Description: A skill which creates a very dense fog that descreases the surrounding visibility to near zero. It produces an environment perfect for a silent assassin who follows an opponent through sound. This mist can not be blown away by any type of Wind Jutsu.
Limit: Water Release

Unaware of the exploding tags, Raburu was hit by one though he flew out foward landing in the edge of the lake. Making a nice splash, as well as the fog quickly closing in Raburu smirked just as he noticed a large dragon-shaped thing of fire hurl towards him, he leaped out of the way dodging the dragon of fire as it steamed out when it hit the ground/water. Now somewhat knowing the direction of where the jutsu came from Raburu had a overall plan to conjure this stragety of stealth. First, he held the tiger sign with his right hand as he began to whisper in the guessed direction of which his opponet was, if he was then the opponet would've heard this right behind him: "I've got you now...". Awaiting some sort of shreik or rattle in the area for his next planned move.

[Kazetora Kotonashi]

Seeing his opponent dodge his attack, Kazetora used Shushin no Jutsu, to appear at the top of the water fall, he then made a series of handseals and released the Suiton - Kokuun no Jutsu, the oil covered the top of the surrounding water, and surrounded Raburu, he then made another string of hand seals and inhaled greatly, and echoed in his mind while putting his left hand to his mouth for better control "KATON - GOKAKYUU NO JUTSU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![/i]" he then watched as a ball of flame came from his mouth and hands towards Raburu, and with the oil, even if Raburu managed to dodge the ball of flame, he'd be stuck in a circle of fire. Then the moment he finished the Jutsu, he move to a different area, so that Raburu could not get a lock on him.

Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The user is capable of performing a few handseals in which gives them the capability of blowing a large body of fire in size of a large sphere that has great fire proportions and explosive capabilities.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu.
Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is can not be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fieiry explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing even more devastating damage.

Suiton - Kokuun no Jutsu (Black Clouds)
Rank: "C" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A technique in which a user creates a form of black clouds that may be used in conjunction with a Fire type of technique do to the flamible components.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: ---
Description: : This is a water based technique. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto the targets. The oil is easily flammable and can cause Katon techniques to backfire, hurting the Katon user with the technique instead. Affects Katon attacks used after this technique is used and lasts for two turns or until a Katon technique is used that burns the oil.

Raburu was amazied at the speed of the genin with such stragity. Upon, this he noticed the large overhead fireball rushing towards him once agian. Though now surrounded by oil not much to defend with unless he was able to weaken the ball of fire slowly within seconds to impact. Thinking quickly Raburu shouted, "Your quick, so I'll have to try to actual fight you starting now...". In a matter of seconds Raburu managed to complete to jutsus while simtanueoulsly dodging the great fireball. Two large waves of water about 5 ft in length and going 10 mph collided with the fire dragon, weaking the impact it had once it created the circle of flames. Now that his opponets actions were now simple enough to calulate Raburu, then took out his canteen of water poured it over himself and hurled his body in a small ball through the ring of flame. It barely scorched his clothing let alone his skin had a few small burn marks, though nothing major. Now concentrating drasticly Raburu somehow managed to hilt some chakra into his ears and heard small footsteps dodging across the area aground him. Now chasing the sounds, with no reassurince of the opponet he activated his lighting jutsu and as it sparked in his hand as he jumped limb from limb chasing his target.
