Of the two brothers, Tenryu is silent, and often more prone to branching off on his own, hungry for exploration and combat alike. Though withdrawn and antisocial in the Academy and other public places, the Kushinada displays an alterego when he steps onto the battlefield.
Timeskip: Death, obligation and pain have defined seven long years; expected to surmount into a crazed monster, Tenryu escaped his clandestine fate with sheer determination. The matured Kushinada is more open, socially and mentally, and has established a balance between work and pleasure. There are a few comical developements in Tenryu's life, and a genuine friendliness in his smile--though such things are always absent upon the eve of battle.
Appearance:
Bloodlimit: Kaguya Clan - Mastered.
History:
Born anew; born into sin, for the two--so innocent and youthful--were raised in a time of chaos. A time in which children were trained to become assassins. A time of inhumanity; a world for demons. How could one ever find happiness when the angel of death loitered the lands in merriment?
Akibane and Tenryu's mother was an Elite ninja who constantly exhibited her superb work ethics. Inspiring younger entities to be just like her-- absolute idolism. Their father was practically a nobody, but stood out due to his uncanny presence which complimented an unearthly beauty bestowed by his tranquil visage. The two had come across one another many times over and over again until one day, Akuma Kaguya--the father--had approached her and announced his love for her affront a massive crowd.
As time progressed, the two gave birth to two children, brothers: Akibane and Tenryu. The two Kaguya brothers were raised in a manner similar to any other child, and the truth of their bloodline was never revealed to them. However, as they matured, they began to experience the subtle shifts in their bones. Soon the anomilous changes in their very structure became overwhelming. Children ridiculed them. Alone, they were prisoners of the involuntary spasms of the Bloodlimit they had yet to harness.
Unfortunately the boys never got the chance to actually conversate with their parents, for both were slain on an A-Ranked mission. Rumors point within the direction of conspiracy; a setup due to jealousy. But all of such was nonsense to the boys, for they knew nothing of the killers or such claims.
The brothers Kushinada--a name they took from their mother, a suggestion by their father, claiming it to be a more reputable name in this world--would turn to each other for support, for it seemed the outside world turned a blind eye to the disease ridden siblings.

Outsider.
Other than his brother, Akibane, the Kushinada--Tenryu--had no friends. With a mother and father who died early from disease, he was forced to look to his brother for guidance: soon, Akibane became an embodiment of idolism, to which Tenryu eagerly looked up to.
Without the friends with whom to spend his time, Tenryu was left with only his brother, and their training--the two soon became so well acquainted with the others abilities that they became complimentary opposites: where one lacked, the other had blossomed, creating a duo of despondancy unlike any other.
Often ridiculed by his peers for the involuntary spasms of his flesh and bone--the everlasting urge of Kaguya Bloodlimit--Tenryu became both ashamed and enthralled by his odd ability. Unaware of where it came from, or how to fully control it, he felt he was a freak--until he noticed his brother suffering from the same ordeal.
Unknowing of what lay ahead, the Kushinada put his mask on, and stepped into the world--with his brother alongside him, they would learn of this odd ability, of their parents demise, and of the trivial pursuits of the world.
Given the birthright of a Kaguya, and the name Kushinada, Tenryu and Akibane were not the common individuals their parents had raised them to be. Training to become Shinobi Hunters--poachers of the Missing Nin populus--they were gradually refining themselves. However, neither new fully of their power, and the questions of how and why perplexed them, even in their dreams.

Over the span of Seven Years, Tenryu devoted his time to training, learning the arts of his land and the arts of his heritage; before long, it became clear that he would excel in the arts of his blood, but when his teacher died from calcium poisoning, Tenryu was suddenly forced to stop his use of the ability.
For some time, he devoted himself solely to Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, hiding his heritage once again, until he came across a strange woman, who recognized his curse, and offered him an exit to its disdain. She taught him a method of refusal--a means of removing the poison within, and allowing him use of his innate power. Pain, strife and torment followed, but Tenryu Kushinada was able to master the power, whereupon he finally learned the secret to this lady: a long forgotten friend--a harlot, even, of his fathers: long before he had met Tenryu's mother, he had bedded this mistress.
Teaching Tenryu this technique was her final amends, to pay homage to a deceased man..a man she loved.
A man who fathered her unknown child. . .
