Description: A Technique where the user makes a contract binding with that of the very Animal like summon. This blood can be used as a contract to which is capable of being used as on a scroll, or perhaps even a tattoo. There are many different types of summons but the most known are the Animal Summons. The Animal Summons are used to help with various tasks within battles and situations that may occur. However one must remember that one must have great respect for the summon, and are known to even fear summons. The summoning Technique however is capable of being used for other types as well such as weapons.
Limit: This is the basis of all Summoning Techniques. Without the capability of this technique all Summoning process is incapable of occurring.

The distillation process can take up to 5 hours. Requires at least 50gm of fresh centipede heads to make 1fl oz of poison. The finished product must be stored in a dark color jar to limit the expose to sun light. Must be stored in a cool and dry area
Description: The poison that is produced is in a liquid form, the liquid has a translucent amber color to it, the user usually only needs one or two drops (.25 fl oz) added to a weapon for the poison to be effective, when the poison makes contact with a person’s skill, after 1 post the venom will take effect, if the venom has been forced in to the body effect will take place rite away. This poison cause swelling, fevers, and if forced in to the body or contacts an open wound, the venom can cause extreme pain, and slight paralyzing effects.
Drawback: If expose to the sun for to long, the poison will start to lose it’s effect, usually after 3 post the poison on the weapon stops working.

Treatment: Can be treated by cleaning the area with soap and water, this helps reduces the swelling and slims the chance of a fever occurring.

However, Naruto figured out the true meaning of the jutsu: it was mainly used with a pointed object (usually a kunai), in order to attack the blindspot of the enemy. When combined with explosive seals, it can even damage Gaara in his semi transformed mode.

Beginning:
Arkai grew up as a normal child, not knowing that his father was killed by rouge ninja. His mother, a medical specialist was only home during the night, so he wandered around the village in his free time. Most of his free time is spent in the training area, as he is not as strong as he wants to be. He wants to be a shinobi very badly and would not be able to cope with not becoming one. He knows the things in school, but he couldn't hold his own in a battle very well. He knows this because once in a training exercise at the academy, he attacked his sensei from a hidden location, but he gave himself away. Then his teacher kinda used a technique that scared the life out of him and nearly killed him. After he returned from the medical area, he was lectured about giving yourself away for an hour. But ever since that incident, he has had a deep distrust of people at least 10 years older than him. He knows a bit about healing herbs because his mother taught him, but not enough to do anybody any good. For quite a while, he wanted to be a medic, because it was an easy job, he thought, and he always takes the easy way out.
When it rains, he always goes outside if he has nothing to do, and practices his jutsu. He loves the rain and his village and would die defending it if he had to.

During his first mission, he was sidetracked. He discovered that the Amekage was abducted, and he and his friends became missing nin and attempted to find their village leader. Their efforts were futile, and he soon returned to Amekagure. They faced a trial, and their punishment was that they had to be tailed by ANBU until further notice.
Meeting with the Mushikazoku's:
Soon after his trial, he resumed training on his own. While training, he discovered a ring that he had found when he had become a missing nin, It was said to belong to an ancient bug family, known as the Mushikazoku. He unlocked the secret behind the ring, and the smallest member of the family emerged, an ant named Ari. Arkai and he don't get along very well, but they secretly are good friends.
Scout the Rainforest Mission:
After his small training session, he began a real mission, one that he intended to complete. He and his friends intended to discover the cause of an outbreak of violence in animals in a rainforest about five miles south of Amegakure. They had initially thought it was rhumoxide, but they discovered that a missing nin from the village of stone had destroyed a waste container from a smoke bomb factory. They confronted the ninja, and would have been defeated if Arkai had not called for help from two ANBU from the village. But Arkai discovered a side of him that he had not before. One that didn't care for anyone, only for himself.
A New Amekage, and a New Rank:
Soon after the mission, Arkai was called back from training to witness the inauguration of the new Amekage, Kininata Hyou. This infuriated him, the fact that his efforts to save Corrin were so easily done away with. And a gennin too! He was angry, but after the parade, he had been summoned to his kage's office. He was then awarded with a Shounin sash, giving him all the responsibilities of a Chuunin. And he had already been given a mission. There was a rouge ninja somewhere whom was gathering an army. He, Tenshin, and Kouushimei, one of Kini's old friends, were to track him down. They set out on their mission, but they didn't get very far.
A B-Rank Failure:
A rouge ninja, who's name Arkai didn't ever discover, had emerged, threatening the trio with death if they didn't show her where Amegakure was located. Arkai heroically told his friends to run, while he fought the ninja. His attempts were futile, for soon he and Kouu were chasing her whom was chasing Tenshin. In an incredible mess up, Arkai was wounded badly. But Tenshin had managed to alert some ANBU and they had saved them. They were recalled to the tower of the Amekage, along with the missing nin. Not one of Kini's smartest moves, by Arkai's mind.
Chaos in the Office:
Arkai, with a bruised ego and body, sadly returned to the office of the Amekage. There, Kininata had the female ninja (By the name of Sayir) brought before him. She demanded the village's kage bunshin scrolls, but Kini said he would give her a copy if she helped during the supposed war (which later died away). She was angered by this, and began a full scale attack against them. Arkai, Kini, and a Chuunin by the name of Hougatsu were the only three attempting to fight her off. In this battle, Arkai was pathetically useless, doing nothing much but annoying the girl. But in a stunning display of power, Kini alerted all the village of his plight, with a weak Suiryuudan. Many other shinobi showed up, and helped fight the girl. But in the end, Arkai got his revenge. He managed to tell the girl, "Die," before attacking her with his signature move, the speedy water drill. His spear was lost in the explosion that killed her, courtesy of Kini. But what happened next was terrible. She had used a lava technique, that had devastated the tower. An unconcious Arkai was rescued by a brave gennin, but many lives were taken by her last act of desperation. But after the fire had stopped burning the tower, Arkai paid a final vist to her body. There he recovered his broken Mizuyari, and forgave Sayir by closing her eyes. He then returned to the center of Amegakure for another suprise...
Tradgedy in the Rubble
When a barely alive Arkai stumbled across the makeshift meeting that Amekage Kininata had called, he witnessed something horrible. A man had appeared, and he had suddenly attacked Anje, one of Kini's team. She was wounded, but not killed. But in her battle, Kouu had stepped forward and attempted to save her. He was impaled on the man's sword. Arkai was going to help them, but Nahi pulled him away.
