On most mundane, boring days such as this one, young Yoru Renka found himself wishing for some activity. He wanted something to keep himself busy, something entertaining and interesting that could occupyat least a few minutes of his idle time. He sat on an empty overturned crate and watched the people walk by, going about their usual everyday monotony and sighed. That is, until his eyes fell upon a frazzled old man stumbling through the light crowd, glancing this way and that. Interested, Yoru leaned forward and studied this man from a few yards away. The man kept mumbling to himself, and glancing skyward. Perhaps a religious type.
Yoru grinned to himself and decided to have a little fun with this one, as well as train a jutsu he had been meaning to learn for a while now.
Yoru knew the handseal sequence well. It was only three, in simple succession. He flashed the handseals casually, keeping his eyes locked on this man for focus.
Tiger...Horse...Ram...
Holding the Ram handseal, Yoru broguth his mind to a clear focus, shutting out all around him except the man, stumbling and fidgeting his way slowly through the crowd. At first, yoru mistook this jutsu for a Sound jutsu, and cleared his throat slightly before whispering the word "hey..". Nothing happened. Puzzled, Yoru reflected back on the book in which he had first seen this jutsu. He sucked his teeth and rolled his eyes at his own carelessness.
It's a genjutsu, silly! There's no speaking involved.
The former Sound Ninja took a deep breath and redid the handseals, not taking his eyes off his target. As with before, Yoru focused his mind on simply theman and only the man. He envisioned a tube connecting himself and the man, obscuring all else outside of the cylinder. Faing black shadows of other pedestrians passed in front of Yoru's vision, but his focus remained fixated on the stumbling old man. Yoru kept the focus, but formed a word in the back of his mind. This one word: "You" was then shoved forward, directed at the man. Almost instantly, the man stiffened, stopping in his tracks. He glanced around frantically, trying to see who had spoken to him. Yoru smirked to himself, keeping his attention on his target. So far so good.
"Do not draw attention to yourself." Yoru spoke into the man's mind. "No one else can hear me. I've...chosen you my son."
The man's eyes widened in reverence. He dropped to his knees and looked skyward, mumbling to himself again. From that range, Yoru couldn't make out what he was saying but it didn't matter.
"Yes, I've chosen you. But i need to know that you are worthy my son. Listen closely."
Yoru instructed the man to steal four oranges from the nearest fruit market, and an apple, then stand in the middle of town square in his underwear and juggle the fruit while singing his alphabet backwards. At first the man was skeptical, which was to be expected. Yoru as a result, focused more chakra into the genjutsu, projecting his mental voice and making it seem louder. He yelled into the man's mind, trying to establish some deitic authority, and it worked. Tha man, basically petrified at the thought of his god's wrath, made haste. Needless to say, Yoru watched with great interest as the man did exactly as he was told.

Sasayaki no Jutsu (Whisper Technique)
Rank: “D” Rank
Skill: Genjutsu
Effect: Creates a whispering voice in the target’s mind, that only they can hear.
Special: “Hand Seals”- Tiger, Horse, holding the Ram seal
Drawback: The user must hold the Ram seal for the voice to be continuously projected towards the target.
Description: The user performs the handseals, ending with the Ram seal and holding it. This projects chakra towards the opponent, stimulating the part of the opponent’s brain that translates the messages sent from the ear drum into actual voices. What this can do is create a whispering voice in the opponent’s mind, with the user choosing what is being whispered into it.
Limit: Universal Genjutsu
