Taisuke would sigh, as he noticed the rep came back, and he’d wait patiently only to receive the news that Ryo wasn’t acknowledging his papers. ”What do you mean? I have showed you proof that we are from leafs this should be counted as a document.” Taisuke said, as he pulled out the scroll once again. Inside this scroll would describe the leaf ninja’s mission to go to the hidden villages speak with their kages, and form a treaty of peace or alliance. “Our mission is strictly peaceful.” Taisuke said he hated speaking he was usually a quiet one, but sometimes speaking was important. Sighing he’d look at the sand ninja, as he held the scroll.
Feeling more than annoyed that Ryo hadn't taken the scroll back to the Kazekage, he glared at the Hyuuga with dark red eyes that seemed to glow in the hot sun. He grabbed the scroll, obvious anger showing from his body motions and definitely off of his face. "I will return soon... You better appreciate this..." Ryo said as he made his way far from the rest of the pathetic Leaf ninja. He was tired of running back and forth acting like a goddamn messenger, but it was his job as a shinobi of the Sand to fulfill his mission... Even if the people he was doing it for weren't exactly to his liking...

OOC: Taisuke could you post like the description of the Mission, so we know what's inside the mission scroll. That would be nice and beneficial.
BiC: /20
Nirashi was glad to see Ryo's return, hoping that his mission was near completion, however apparently, Ryo forgot to mention and take the mission scroll of the Leaf Ninja. Nirashi began to wonder their true motives, but seeing they were really sent to the village by order of their Kage, Nirashi began to doubt their motives less. However, one was never to become to trusting or let down his guard, he was always to be weary and stay on his toes.
With Ryo soon departing, Nirashi focused back on his training and getting stronger. This time he would conclude the final part of his training with the Sand Rope. Nirashi had figured how to use it in battle and measured its versitality as an attack in battle. However, now he would test the extents of the jutsu with supplementary things, such as grabbing or tieing up objects. This was really a waste since he could perform such actions with Sand Control, but it could prove slightly beneficial in the future...some how.
Nirashi performed the various handsigns and sent chakra to the sand beneath him. As the chakra circulated and accumalated with the use of handsigns Nirashi focused on an item he saw above one of the capitals buildings. It was a barrel, not a small, nor a huge one, just your average run-of-the-mill barrels. Narrowing his eyes he used his chakra to lift the sand and shoot it upwards towards the barrel. The sand twirled and wrapped tightly, forming a true rope of sand. Nirashi used his sand control skill to curve the rope, so it would wrap around the barrel instead of just smack or crash into it.
The rope wrapped around the whole barrel's circumference, tighting and assuring its hold. Seeing this Nirashi knew he could use the rope to grab objects, but now to test its pull and skill. Nirashi focused his chakra to control the rope further. The rope began to lift upwards, lifting the barrel. Nirashi was shocked and happy to see this, becasue he knew with this he could pick up items and possible toss them, to a further extent to what he could do with Sand Control. However, his ideas and purpose now wasn't to throw and break the object, but to see if he could pull it towards him. Nirashi continue to pump a moderate amount of chakra, keeping the jutsu up and running. He then began to control the rope causing it to retract.
The rope slowly retracting into the ground, pulling the barrel down, but keeping the hold. Nirashi's skill and expertise was increasing with the sand with every jutsu he learned and practice. He was definitely learning more about the sand and how it works, he would soon be an expert Saton user if he continued in the direction he was going. Before he knew it the barrel was on the ground before him, proving his practice successful. Nirashi was glad to see he had excelled and learned how to use the Sand Rope fully. A smile came across his face as he continued to wait for Ryo's return.

OOC: Okay...lets finish this. 3 Point Post!!
BiC: Nirashi continued to wait for Ryo to return so he continued his training. He was preparing to finish up training the Sand Rope jutsu, the only thing left for him to train would be to use it for escape. He had already trained with Sand Rope testing its battle purposes, its strenght, its durability, speed, and versitality so far. Nirashi had a few good ideas for the jutsu seeing it could do so much and with his sand control skills, he could take the jutsu to the next level. Now, was time to finish training and show mastery though.
Nirashi took in a breathe of air and surveyed the capital land, making sure all was okay, and nothing was going on. He kept a keen eye on the happenings of the area and a sound ear to be alerted of anything going on. Seeing all was well, the young shinobi shrugged and began to perform a series of handsigns. The sand beneath him twirled and swirled around in a circle and rose slowly, as Nirashi looked for something high and stable. Nirashi noticed a pole atop a building and chose that as his target. The sand shot upwards twirling and wrapping around itself forming a thick rope of sand which wrapped snuggly around the pole and stayed.
Nirashi smiled and grabbed the rope of sand with his hand, pulling with a little force to tests its strenght. The rope was solid and had a pretty good hold. Nirashi hoped upward and stood upon the thin rope balancing himself out. With that he began to progress upwards, but soon jumped off, not able to maintain his balance all the way up. Nirashi smiled because he now knew the rope could be used to get across a pathway or to climb high. The rope dispearsed as Nirashi stopped the flow of chakra and ended the mold, now he only had one more thing to test and see.
Nirashi repeated the handseals and once again shifted his chakra to the ground causing the sand to rise and create a rope of sand, which shot towards the pole once again as he planned. He knew the sand was firm and solid, but now he would tests it ability to lift himself...up. Using his sand control he had the end of the rope rise and wrap around his waist, tightly. Nirashi pumped a lot of chakra into the rope causing it to retract in an upward manner, sending the young shinobi up. He kept the mold and continued to apply chakra as he was lifted and hoisted into mid-air. The ride wasn't easy and not entirely free of pain, but it wasn't bad. Before he knew it...he was atop the roof of the building overlooking the Capital City of Kaze no Kuni.
Mission Statement: In the wake of the deaths of two Hokages, the Leaf Village has been left almost friendless. You must travel the world to try to acquire alliances and friendship agreements from every Ninja Village and Country you come across.
Treaty:
The Hokage of the Leaf Village pleads with the Lord Kazekage of the sand village to become our ally and friend. We wish to share our culture and customs with the world and we wish to learn of your culture and customs. The only way we can do this is through peace and not war. Thus with malice towards none, and charity for all, the Leaf Village pleads that you accept the terms of peace.

OOC: Great now that's all settled, I'll do a little more training.
BiC: Completing the his training for Sand Rope, Nirashi quickly became bored. The young shinobi of the sand village sat down in the sand and began a deep meditation, making his body sound and alert. He did this to raise his awareness and rest a little for the training he wanted to continue. As he meditated he reflected on his previous training and all he learned with training his proficiency in the Saton Release. So far he hand only been training in C-Rank Jutsu with the release now was time to advance and train with higher ranking jutsu.
The young shinobi opened his eyes and rose looking over the capital. All seemed to continue as it was, calm and flowing still. Nirashi smiled and prepared to learn Suna Shigure.
Suna Shigure (Sand Shower) Rank: "B" Skill: NinJutsu Effect: A Hail storm of Sand that is created by an amount of sand. A technique in which is created to an extent that each raindrop of sand is more towards the fealing of that of hail. A Rain Drop of sand that has enough power to leave that of a bruise upon its enemies. When the user creates this they are capable of letting the rain down for as long as it is needed creating a powerful and somewhat torturous technique. Special: "Hand Seals" Drawback: This technique may harm the user as well Description: The user uses a large amount of sand in which they create a massive like storm to work against the opponent. This technique concentrates harshly on each particle of sand creating small like rain drops and using the very weight of the drop though small, combining the chakra of the user and gravity to where the opponent feels great pain among the technique. Limit: Must have the Sand Release. User Must know Sand Control C Rank 0/70
Okay this is a B-Rank jutsu, so I already know I'm going to have to increase the chakra used for the jutsu, I'm also going to have to mold and utilized my sand better and faster. I guess the best thing for now would be breaking up training for this jutsu just to get a feel on how to use sand with a stronger and higher ranking jutsu. Nirashi had a nice little training session planned for this jutsu and now was time to put it in action. Nirashi's chakra circulated throughout his whole body as he focused and began to form handsigns. The sand from Nirashi's gourd was lifted and began to circulate around him as he performed the handsigns.
In an instant a hord of sand began to rush upward and circulated mid-air. Nirashi was pumping a large amount of chakra into the jutsu to support the sand and keep it circulating alone. Nirashi had no problems with molding the chakra or using it to attack, but keeping it circulating high above him was something he didn't think would be as hard as it was. Nirashi didn't focus on using the jutsu or following up with the next step, he was going to take this jutsu one step at a time and first see exactly how much chakra he needed to support the jutsu. Also with training such a thing he could test how long he could supply a jutsu with a constant amount of chakra and how many times he could perform the jutsu. That was the true purpose of the first step in this training.
Nirashi slowly began to lessen the amount of chakra he was pumping into the jutsu, and luckily, the sand stay afloat and circulated. Nirashi soon came to realize that he didn't need to pump the great sum of chakra he pumped into the jutsu at the start to lift the sand and keep it circulating. He did know that he would need to keep a stocked and channeled amount of chakra inside the jutsu to keep it going and so it could perform its true intents to the fullest. However, the point of this training wasn't to see if he could perform the whole jutsu, but to see what the right and most accurate amount of chakra was needed to support the jutsu.
Soon Nirashi found his grove and how figured the measure of the correct amount of chakra needed to use the jutsu or rather hold and circulate the sand in the air. After a few more minutes the sand fell and returned to Nirashi's gourd. Nirashi laid down from exhaustion of holding and maintining the jutsu. He now knew how much chakra he needed to hold the sand in the air, so now after he was well rested and felt up to it, he would take the next step in training, and soon it would all come together...very soon.

[2 Hours Later]
Nirashi rose after a nice long rest, his chakra had definitely returned to him and he was now ready to get back to some hard training. He had completed the first step of his training, learning the needed amount of chakra to lift the sand above and circulate it for the jutsu, now he would take what he learned and move forward and now train on molding the sand and channeling chakra into the cloud. Nirashi took in a deep breathe and then proceeded to perform a series of handsigns.
As he performed the handsigns sand rose upward in a large mass. The sand circulated around and around mid-air as Nirashi used his chakra to maintain the sand and keep it high and rotating. From previos training he had become more keen and precise with the amount of chakra he was using for the jutsu so far. Nirashi stood upright as he continued to pump chakra into the sand, keeping the amount steady and small, just enough to get the job done.
He was now ready for the second part, now he prepared to mold and form the cloud and prepare the chakra for the jutsu. Nirashi apparently had the jutsu down to a science and measured as steps, all he had to do was enact and train the science he apparently had conjured up. As the sand circulated the sand seemed to compact and become closer and more like one. Apparently, Nirashi was using his chakra to pull in the sand and tighten it. With this the cloud of sand seemed to become more apparent and take form. Nirashi's breathing became a little quicker as he became exhuasted from the heavy chakra use. This was his first time with the jutsu and he still was yet to find a groove and complete the jutsu in a speedy matter.
Soon the sand formed into a cloud and now Nirashi's second part of training was complete. He had successfully molded the sand into a cloud figure, now he was ready to practice and train with the jutsu. It was time to move on and use the jutsu true ability, the launching of sand. This jutsu would definitely prove helpful to overwhelm opponents or relocate sand quickly if needed. Nirashi ended the jutsu causing all the sand to return to his gourd once again. The young shinobi stood and meditated, visualizing his further plans with the jutsu.

After a short meditation Nirashi once again was ready to start training with Suna Shigure. He had, well in his eyes, perfect the first two steps of his training. The first step of Suna Shigure he trained was lifting the jutsu and keeping it afloat with the correct and less stressing amount of chakra as possible. The second step of the training was forming the cloud for the jutsu and stockpiling chakra inside. With all those steps trained fully, he was now ready to focus and train on performing the Suna Shigure jutsu.
Wasting no time the young ninja in the making began to rapidly perform a series of handsigns. In each handsign he channeled and built up the chakra which would be needed and used for the jutsu. In an instance sand shot up from his gourd, shooting straight up above and floating mid-air. Nirashi maintained a calm and focused look on his face as he performed the task. Using his chakra he caused the sand high above to circulate and compact tightly. Soon the circulating sands began to resemble a cloud which showed that Nirashi was ready to perform the final step in the Suna Shigure jutsu.
The Hail of Sand...
Nirashi knew this is the time in which the stockpiled chakra would become most useful. Now he would have to use the chakra charged into each particle of sand and drop each grain with immense power and with the impact of a piece of hail. The only way to do this was with his chakra and the luck of gravity. Nirashi smiled and was now ready to release and enact the final step of the jutsu. "Suna Shigure!" He said as he aimed the jutsu loosely at a barrel in front of a building. The particles of sand slowly descended, each barely noticable from so high and being so small. However, the came down in a blink of an eye, each grain crashing into the barrel. The attack was definitely an onslaught and barrage, something hard to dodge especially once the first grain hit. As quick as the jutsu started, the jutsu was over. The barrel, now covered in sand not even visible. Nirashi wanted to see the results of the jutsu so he quickly recalled the pile of sand, returning it to his gourd.
Once the sand which once veiled the barrel was returned to his gourd all that remained was a broken barrel. The barrel was destroyed, however the wood pieces did remain. Nirashi slowly walked over to the rubbish and leftovers carefully examining the wooden pieces. The wood had small dents in them showing that the grains carried the weight and ultimately performed as it should. However, all things can use work...always.
Walking down the streets of the Capital City. The Large Buildings. The Stands. The people. Some of them were good. Some were Dumb Arses. Passing through the crowd, a man would run past him, a bag in his arm. Taiki knew that this man was a thief. And would not let it go unheard. Shunshin-ing right in front of the criminal. Where they were, It was raining. Sand? Well, whatever. Pulling his sword out, he stabbed the man in his neck. Blood Splashed backward at the sand. No one was around now. The people that were there had ran in fear. So sad.
"Dead."
Ripping the Blade from the neck, Taiki sheathed the blade then walked to Nirashi. He had noticed him when the Rain of sand had came. His good friend was training. And he might has well stayed there just because. And maybe train. But meh, Taiki was showing no emotion. But he was overjoyed. Placing a hand on Nirashi's shoulder, he smiled at his friend.
Post by N I R A S H I on Feb 17, 2008 19:52:35 GMT -7
Nirashi sighed as Taiki placed his hand upon his shoulder. Taiki and Nirashi were definitely associates from the Sand Village and fellow nin, seeing Taiki was definitely a sight, however, Nirashi remembered that they were supposed to train. Knowing this and seeing he was training Suna Shigure maybe his fellow countryman could train together.
"Sup, bro. Long time no see, it seems like you just up and dissappeared for a while, eh?" Nirashi asked chuckling and turning around to face Taiki. It had definitely been awhile since the two had seen each other, both have grown and matured in many ways seen and unseen.
Ryo came running up to Nirashi, another Sand ninja, and the Leaf ninja with the mission details in hand. Without even thinking, Ryo just tossed the scroll toward the Leaf ninja and looked at everybody. He first looked at the other Sand ninja and nodded, quickly introducing himself, "Yakuta, Ryo." He then continued with what the Kazekage told him. "Basically what's going to happen is that as long as the Sand ninja in the Fire Nation aren't attacked then Leaf ninja in the Wind Country are safe. We are then to escort you out of the country." Ryo turned to Nirashi. "And, if you want, there's another mission for us. Just defending the Capital City. I'll be training while I do it so... You can tag along if you want." He shrugged. Finally, it was done...

OOC: Taiki, I'm like on a mission currently as I stated. This can be hectic, if you want you can leave, and I'll hit you up when I return to Sunagakure.
BiC: Nirashi nodded as he heard Ryo's statements. He basically was taking in all the young ninja had to say before he would respond and assure he had and knew all he needed. "Okay, so now we escort these ninja out of the country and we go on border patrol? That sounds okay with me, no problem. That'll just increase my mission log and make my resume better, which is sweet." He said with a smile across his face, however, the young shinobi wasn't yet done.
"Oh and Ryo. I tag along with no one, if anything you're the one tagging along with me." He said winking his eye at the kind fellow. "Also, if you want me to prove so, we will on border patrol. Some say sparring is the best way to train you know." Nirashi added a smirk coming across his face. It was easy to tell Nirashi's was eager to finish his training with Suna Shigure and practicing on Ryo would definitely make it a whole lot more fascinating and fun. Most definitely.
"Well, My Brotha. Imma see you when your done your mission. I am gonna start training. I am so week compared to you guys."
Taiki laughed lightly as he started walking away. Waving his hand in the air is what he would do as he walked into the crowd, leaving Nirashi until the next time the saw each other.

Nirashi nodded and waved his final wave as Taiki departed from the area. It was great to see him and to know that he was alive, but none he had to go straight back to Mission Mode. He was on a Mission and had to keep watch of the Capital City along with continue his harsh training. Training alone wasn't as easy as it seemed either, having a sparring/training partner would definitely benefit him more, but you can't get all you want, all the time. The young shinobi sighed not knowing what to do in the meantime, he could always ask Ryo for help, but he took an educated guess and expected Ryo probably wanted to do some training of his own.
Soon an idea came to Nirashi, he always had his summons. However, so far the only one he's ever summoned was Yanguhebi, and Yangu wasn't pretty powerful when it came to brute strenght. So he knew that Yanguhebi wouldn't be ideal for helping him with the Suna Shigure jutsu. That means he had a few other options such as trying to summon higher ranking members of the Kagehebi Clan. Nirashi had recently purchased a 2 Scrolls, so now would probably be the best time to complete the contracts. Reaching into his left scroll pouch he pulled out a scroll and began to write out the contract, making sure everything was precise and correct. After he finished making all the marks, he was ready. Nirashi lifted his hand and sand began to seep from his gourd. He molded the sand into a shuriken and hardened the sands to make the object steel like and enforced. Taking the shuriken his slit his thumb, causing blood to seep from beneath his skin. Ready to go, he pushed chakra down to his right hand...
"Summoning Jutsu!"
Nirashi slammed his right hand down on the scroll his blood seeping onto the scroll and splashing onto his name which was written. A light blue light flashed from the scroll as the contract finally became complete and literally marked in blood. The scroll suddenly poofed away in a large cloud, however there was a shadow seen in the cloud, one of a large, slender figure. One of a snake!
"Who dare summons me and awake me from my beauty sleep?" The huge snake asks looking around and finally down upon Nirashi. The snake stood high and straight, towering feet above the young shinobi, however, he feared nothing. He knew how to handle members of the Kagehebi family, especially if he was one to tame Yanguhebi. Taking a large gulp Nirashi smiled and chuckled. He could tell by the voice the snake was female, now to work his magic.
"I am the one who summoned you? My name is Nirashi Cora, I am a Genin of the Village Hidden in the Sand. I've formed a contract with your relative, Yanguhebi as well. I now would like to ask of your name. You seem to be one of high pride and beauty, Miss..." He said awaiting the snake to give him her name. Nirashi knew giving any female compliments, no matter what species was always a plus. He knew it would take him a long way...always.
A smile came across the snake's face as she heard the young man's kind, strong, and uplifting words. "My name is Shinjuhebi. Apparently, if you were able to summon my brother Yangu and still be here on this earth, you must be something special. You called on me for something, so whatever it is lets get it underway."
Nirashi smiled and was delighted to hear her words. Apparently, she had ate into his words, like a worm to an apple. Now, with a snake of this size he would really test out the strenght of his Suna Shigure. "I called you to train, but more importantly to tighten our bond. As a summoner of the Kagehebi Family, I take it as my responsibility to train with and get to know you all. However, I never really expected someone of your beauty to come from this family. I truly am delighted." He said in a low, caring tone. Yanguhebi once again smiled and even chuckled a little. Nirashi nodded and knew he had Shinjuhebi now. "Ready?" He kindly asked.

Nirashi stared a Shinguhebi and narrowed his eyes. The 12 foot snake did the same as she prepared to test Nirashi and actually see what he was made of. "Don't hold back kid, becasue I won't. If you want to summon the Kagehebi family you have to be strong, and since I like you kid, I'll definitely whip you into shape." Shinju said winking her eye at him. Nirashi smiled and nodded signalling that he was going to go all out against her. Now...he would test his strenght with Suna Shigure.
Wasting no time at all, Nirashi performed a series of handsigns. Sign after sign after sign. Quick and precise, it showed he was dedicated and true to the art. With each performed sign he stacked chakra throughout his body and especially through his gourd of sand. "First step, maintain sand in air and maintain circulation." He said as he finished his series of handsigns causing the sand from his gourd to rise high and straight into the sky. Nirashi carefully measured the correct amount of chakra for the jutsu this time, not wasting one ounce. As the sand rose into the air, Nirashi used his chakra to control its rotation. He knew if he added rotation to the mix, when he drops the sand they'll not only carry the power from the gravity pulling them down, but power from the speedy rotation as well. Nirashi knew now with all that going on and he maintaining it, he was ready to move to the next step.
Using his handseal channeled chakra he supplied the sands above with chakra. With the chakra that was applied to the jutsu being his he had full control over the actions of the jutsu. "Step two! Mold the sands into a cloud and stockpile chakra inside each grain." He stated. The sands seemed to start growing near as Nirashi tightened the sand. The sand slowly compacted and came together forming a visualizing a cloud more and more. Nirashi had definitely become sync with his sand to a further extinct, however, he knew he still had a long way to go. There was always more he could do with the sand, he would just have to push to achieve such. Once the cloud of sand was completed Nirashi focused on supplying the sand with enough chakra to perform the final step. Nirashi eyes narrowed as he maintained his focus on performing the jutsu as well as keeping his eye on Shinju.
Now the second step was complete. It was time for the third and final step in performing the Suna Shigure. "Final Step! Sandy Rains!" He exclaimed as he smiled at Shinju. The female snake looked upward and stared directly at the cloud of sand, wondering what would be next. Nirashi finally was ready and released the sand. The sand simply began to descend as a speedy rate, however, it was hard to tell they were lowering at first seeing the size and mass, but soon it was visible. In an instant the sandy grains came crashing down upon Shinjuhebi in a glorious furry. Nirashi smirked, proud of his performance, seeing she had no time to dodge. In an instant it was over and then 12 foot snake was for the most body covered in sand. Nirashi was a bit scared wondering if he overdid it seeing Shinjuhebi wasn't moving one bit. Soon the sand began to shake and what rose from under...Shinjuhebi.
"That's it? That was to slow and had no strenght to it. Work on that. It felt like someone was tapping me repeatidly. Shouldn't it feel harder and actually cause some minor damage? I could've easily dodge, heck anyone could have. We need to work on that speed buddy." Shinjuhebi stated rising and staring at Nirashi ready to continue. The young shinobi sighed and was in shock. Apparently, he eally though he was doing something that time with Suna Shigure, but to find out he wasn't was a let down. However, this would definitely fuel him to become stronger and better.
