A small 10 meter in diameter Circular area sorrounded by mountains with 1 meter gap in the Cliff-Faces which leads to the Camp, around 5 meters from the back of the camp. The cliff faces are rocky.

Effect: A technique in which a user creates a form of black clouds that may be used in conjunction with a Fire type of technique do to the flamible components.

Description: : This is a water based technique. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto the targets. The oil is easily flammable and can cause Katon techniques to backfire, hurting the Katon user with the technique instead. Affects Katon attacks used after this technique is used and lasts for two turns or until a Katon technique is used that burns the oil.

I would be walking back from the fight in the mist, i was slightly dissapointed. I had come back home with the thirst for vengence on those who had hurt my people by taking there very blood from them, with my own hands, yet unfortunantly. The first wave of attacks have been pure push overs. It had meerly cute itself open on the small knives attached to my body. The knives were wtill ony my body, still contianing the speacil chakra and still invisible. I would think back on the city as i walked, the screams of the people. THe tang of hope you could see in the survivors eyes and the shinobi came. It wasn't a wise move to attack the msit in a full on assult, but it wasn't a wise move for all of the team that aided me to leave back to the village. It was now that i wondered if Sasha had seen tatsu yet, i would find out soon. As i reached the setting camp i continued to walk through it, checking over everything in the camp as i went, I was alone.

As i walked through the vilalge my mind continued to wander over what had happened. I slowly made my way back through the back of the camp and up the small path to ym traning area. it was a short 5 minyute walk if even that. As i arrived at ym training area i looked up and noticed that the higest point in the cliff faces was above me. i snet thew chakra to my pals and quickly climbed to the top. Once i was there i looked out over the battle feild, scanning for any survivors. Humans were to small to see properly, but there was deffiently no mosters left. THis made me smile, then i remembers, they were only the first wave, there will be move. With this thought i jumepd off the high cliff abck into my training area were i landed with an almost silen t thud. As i did i would thi9nk back to the book back home in my study. I remember one about a mist skill which could cause the clouds to rain Oil, i would smile at ythe idea and walk ito the cneter of the circle and lower myself down into a ready stance, smiling to myself as i did so.

As i fianly lowered mysl4ef down into my combat stance i would slowl my breathing right down to normal and reminise back to what i had read. I remembered the pages perfectly. It describes eminating a form of Chakra from your body via a set combination of handseals and via moving your chakra in certain way throughout your body prior to the release. I thought back hard, straining my meory emencly in the process but it was worth it. It took time but i did remember all the handseals in eprfect order avenchly. I took a deep bearth and slowly thought of the chakra control sequences, it again took time but again it did work. In time i remembered the chakra control sequences in a perfect order. I slwoly opened my eyes, remembering the process of both hand-seals and chakra control. I would once more smile to myself as i prepeared myself for the next step in the process.

I would slwoly take one last deep breath before slowly finding the chakra throughtout my body, it took less then half a second to gain complete control over all of the chakra throughout ymsystem, this was due to emence amounts of practise in this area. I would then harness that chakra and flow it up to my mind were i would cuirculate it over and over though my head, strengthening it and making ti stronger. I would then flow it to all of the pores throughout my body, as i did so i would raise my hands up slowly and form them through the sequence of hand seals, i would do this perfectly, timing the last hand seals to be completed at the exat moment taht i would realese all of the chakra from the poures over ym body into the atmosphere around me.

There would be no pause, it would be instant, a small amout of black mist would eminate from my body, flowing from all the pours. It was enough mist to engulf my body, yet i did not choke or stutter as it isntantly moved up in the sky, i found that i could direct it using ym chakra so i moved it two meters away from ym body so i could watch the effect. As soon as it reached this destination a drizzel of oil splatter4ed down from the cloud, a small sushower like sprinkel of rain, it wasn't perfect but i smiled none the less, it was a start, a good start. I would raise myself back up to full hight, the shower would stop after around 45seconds of sprinkling. As it did i would glance down and notice a reasonable thick coat of oil over the ground which the clouds hovered. I would smile once more, reach into ym pocket and draw a match, i would scrape the match over my pants on the way up, this would cause the match to light. I would raise the match up waise height before flicking it up into the air and catching it in my teeth liek a toothpick, a habbit that i had unintentionaly gained from my master. I would then spit the match out towards the flame and turn as i did so. I wouldn't see it, but i would hear and feel the heat from the erruption of flames behind me. I would smile as at that exact moment a downpour of rain would fall, dousing the flames.

I would walkaway from the doused flameing oil over to a small moudn of rocks which looked reasonable comfortalbe considering the terrain. AS I reached the rocks I spun on my heel and sat down on them, reaching into my pack and drawing out an apple. I would throw the apple high into the air, drawing a Kunai as it was in mid air. As gravity pushed it back to my im would mack two clean cuts with the Kunai as the apple feel. I would catch the apple, it looked as if it wer still whole, I would then pocket the kunai. I would then open my hand, the apple would keep tis shape for a few moments before collpsing into four perfect quaters. I would now smile to myself as i began to ate. As i ate i watched the smoledering oil, this would be very handy, its just a shame i can't carry matches with me everywere. After i finished eating i would climb back to my feet and drop the apple core to the floor, I would strech dramaticly and start walking ab ck into the center of the training ground.

I would walk quickly and quietly, it was only a few meters so it took a few seconds at the msot, once i reached the spot i would look around, checking if anyone was watching me that i didn't know of, as far as i could tell i was alone. I qould make fast hand seals and channel my cahkra perfectly, doing this i made a perfect simple clone whom i instructed to stand still around 5 meters away from me, ofcoure he obeyed without question and just gave me a sort of trusting, nieve look, this made me smile. I gave him the thumbs up and had to force myself to not burst out laughing, he amy be my clone, but he can't read my mind and he had no idea what was about to happen. I would take a deep breath and remember back to what had happened alst time, i didn't know waht i could ahve done wrong so i decided that maybe i jsut had to force the chakra harder and faster, yet maybe that wasn't it at all. I pondered to ymself for several seconds before the realization occoured to me, there was only one legitemant way to find out.

I would smile quietly as i lowered myself down into my combat pose, surprisingly i still had almsot full chakra, I knew my astanima had been increasing rather dramaticly but i didn't expect this amournt of ease from a C rank jutsu. As i lowere myself i took a deep breath and hekld it for a few seconds before slowly releasing it back out, calming my body down even further as i made myself truley ready for the next momvments that would occour that may over stress my body. I thought back to what i ahd done previously, I had gethered perfect control over the chakra and eased it thought my body with reasonable speed but always keeping 100% control over it, i assumed this was a good thiong and i stuck with this realisation for now. I then thought that it must have been the speed and which i amdde it travel, this was ofcourse wrong but i wouldn't admit taht to ymself at the time, I hated not ebing in perfect control of a situation.

I would reach out into my body for all of my chakra, i agian made the msitake of spending the time to gain complete control over it (It was only around ahlfa second but every unit of time was crucial in battle). I would thewn move the cahkra through ym body, fast then before, alot facster. But still I could feel that this wouldn't help in the way that i wanted it to, but ofcourse i moved it in this way anyway, not wanting to loose control. As i move teh chakra I made thaq handseals at normal speed which was lightling fast, basicly un-seeable, definentle to fast for them to be read and understood. I again completed the final handseal as i pushed the chakra down from my mind and out of my pours all voer my body at an insane speed. For a second i felt mroe power, i was wrong. Suddnely a blinding pain hit eveyr pour in my body as if hundreds of Kunais were stabbed into ym all at once.

I feel to the ground in a heap letting out a deafening roar of pain, as i withered in pain a Black mist smaller then last time, that looked somewhat weak emmitd from my bodya nd drizzeled oil all over me. It last only around a minute but it still sopaked me from head to toe in oil. It took around 10 minutes for the pain to fade and to regain ym strength. I slwoly staggerred back to my feet and out of the oil tot he rocks i had been on earlier, I reached them anbd collapsed onto them, gasping. Struggling, i raised my hadn up to ym outh and wiped away the oil and took a deep gulp of breath before cursing loudly and colourfully at no-one imperticualr. I would then look back at the oil and think to myaself, Fine, it's not about fucking forcing it. One posertive had come from the monumental, near-death stuff up, it had amde this personal which would give me a deep bruning will to perfect the technique and to master it in everyway possible. I would narrow my eyes and push myself off the rock, walking back into the circle itself.

I would walk myself back intot he center of the trianing circle one last time, determination in my eyes, i was going to beat this. Once i arrived i tok a deep breath, held it for severla secons before slowly exhaling it back out. I thought to myself, I need to let go..., obviously meaning taht i was reluctant but i knew that i had to let go of the control on ym chakra and allow it to move naturaly through my system to complete this. As i finaly admited this to myself, i smiled as i realsied that i ahd always known this and that this simple fact would make all of ym Jutsu's more powerful, I had simple been to stubborn and unwilling to admit it and to frther myself, pride ahd always been one of my major weakness's after all. I resented it, not the pride, but the fact that i had a weakness. As i thought on this my eyes narrowed and my muscles tensed. I took ione lat depe breath, relaxing myself complety. I held the air and allowed it to circulate my lungs the gentle realased it. I felt the tension leave my body.

I would smile to myself as i felt my body, tension and stress free. I could feel each indervidual muscle operating on its own, yet in unison with the rest of my body, it was an amazing feeling that i love to experience. I would smilet o ymself and gentle lower my body down into the combat stance that i was trademakred to, I did this very slowly due tot he fact my body was deprived of strength due to the previous attempt which almost killed me. As i readche dmy pinicle of position i held still and thought back for a second. I reminded myself, Just let go... It sounded simple, but for me it would be one of the most challenging things in the universe, yet it was necercery. For my planned combo of this move and a Kannton Jutsu, learning this Jutsu was a Must, not an option. I took one last deep breath, it was now or never. I would smile and my eyes would bolt open, determined.

I woulds earch my body, quickly this time, Lightning fast yet not in a forcefull manner, i made noa ttempt to grip hold of my chakra and force it to do certain things, Chakra controlls the body, the body dosn't control the chakra. I would direct the chakra in the way of my minda dn then to my pours. i was shocked by the reaction. It moved at Insane speeds, faster then it ever has before and i didn't even have to use any effort, i just had to trust myself and let go. I felt the chakra in ym mind, circulating over and over, as this happened i quickly raised my hands to ym waist and com,pleted all of the necercary hand-seals in eprfect order with absolutley no errors, it was ll about perfection. As always, I released the chakra through my pours on the fial hand seal yet this time, i didn;t force it out. It went out on its own accord without me having to do a damn thing, and it was amazing.

A Huge black mist errupted from my body, it took ionly milliseconds but a massive cloud of blakc mist ocovered the sky for atleast a 500meter radius. I then guided my chakra to shrink the could down and reconfigure it, I moved the clouds so it was the perfect size of ym traning area and i made a small hole in the cneter of the cloudk, eactly were i was standing. i would then release the chakra, the rain poured down as a thunderstorm with one diffrndce, tehre was no water, just oil. I remained completly dry without a drop of oil touching my clothes or body, it was tryuley an amazing thing. I smiled to ymself and began to laugh, there ahd been no pain and basicly no pain now that iv completed the jutsu, it was perfect, i had mastered it. I would casualy flick the hair out of my face and glance around as the oil poured down and clided with the earth itself.

I would smile once mroe and reach down ino my pocket again, grabbing the final match that i had on me at this time. i would grip the but of the amtch and birng it out of my pocket, striking it on my pants as i went, lighting it. The rain ahdn't stopped yet, i didn't care, i was dry. I would smile and flick the match up to my mouth, cathing it bu the but. i would then spit the match out into the rain infront of me. What happened next was insane, there was a COLLOSAL erruption of flame as the flames spread down the rain into the oil that covered the floor and up the rail into the clouds made of pure oil. I looked around me, it was literaly raining fire, i looked at the ground near me, the ground was fire. THne it struck me, i looked up and there it was, the sky itself was burning up in flames. The sky burt for a further 30 seconds before the clouds finaly burnt out. The rain stopped and the ground continued to burn for a further 10 minuts until all of the oil was burnt out and what i assumed was probably a layer of kindling on the ground.

I would continue to look at the burning ground taht was slowly burning itself out over the minutes that passed by, it had been utterly amazing. When the ground looked cool enough i slwoly made my way back over to the rocky sevction were i had sat and collapsed previously, it was a quick walk but the heat that was imbeded in the ground was very warm against my feet and made it an even faster walk then before. As I reached the rocks i spean arounda nd jumped up onto them, luckily the oil ahnd't touched them and they were only mildly hot due to the emence heart around them. As i sat i let my mind wonder, I wondered if Sasha, my summoned dragon had spoken to Tatsu yet or if she had even managed to reach him. I figureed it was best not to worry about it to much. As i thought this i would slwoly lie back and drift off into a deep sleep.

As i drifted into sleep i started to dream, ym dreams took me abck to when i was first sitting in my home studying throughout all of my jutsu and technique books long itno the night. i thought back to the time when i was studying a book i had picked up back in the sand from my old menotor who had him-self acuried it through various lengths in the fire country. Obviously it was a book of fuire jutsu's, or Kanton Jutsu's. I rmembered reading through it and the certain jutsus that it practised. It was no coincidence that i was thinking back to this, it was just reminding myself of Phase two of my new combination. Oil+Fire=Boom, this was my simple yet effetive theroy. As i thought on this theory it occoured to me, I had stood in the middle and under walls of intence fire, and i had done it myself on purpose. Realising this only one thought went through my mind, I am seriously a Dick Head...

I awoke witha start as Sasha the baby dragon flew straight into ym stoumach. I jumped up and landed in a combat position, i looked up and saw her smiling at me. I grunted in annoyence then smiled, she always made me smile. She began to tell me of Tatsu's wishes, she then mentioned his finaly line 'Tell Senith i said Hey', this made me smile. To most it may not sound like much, but from his sensei, that was something. Instantly jumped up the cliff face and began sprinting at full pace back towards the village, On the way sasha gave me directions to the new Mizukage tower, I listened to them, thanked her and she dissapered.
