Once again the man would be seen, standing in the middle of an arena of sorts. Citizens filled the bleachers, excited to watch the events that waited to unfold before them. Battles of great skill were to come as the aspiring shinobi fought one another. For now, it was not who won or lost. The techniques of each gennin would be pulled apart and analyzed by the judges that were mized amond the crowd. For at this point... it was possible for any of the shinobi to up in rank. From a far corridor entered a man, the same examiner that seemed to appear constantly throughout these exams. As he stood at the center of the field, he grinned.
"Welcome all, to the Chuunin Exam finals!" Cheering followed from the mix of people in the stands. Some were simple citizens, others villagers of the shinobi realm, present to cheer on those from their home countries. "The gennin that remain have proven themselves to be strong minded, and indeed brains are an important factor. However, one must understand how to put those smarts into combat as well. And that is exactly what we're testing today."
"Goodluck to you all. Oh, and remember," he grinned as he left the area, "no preassure."

- Basic battle rules apply
- Despite this event being death enabled, death should not be a goal. Examiners will step in if things get out of hand.
- Medics will be on the side lines ready to take care of any critical conditions that may occur
- All participants will have the same environment for their spar, which is a relatively simple one; Dirt ground, perhaps with a small amount of very short grass, with some trees and bushes along the great stone walls LinkMatch-Ups
- There was some dividing among difficulty class to make matches a bit more even. Though this isn't about who wins, it's difficult to accurately display skill if you're placed against someone far out of your league.
- Aside from that dividing, match-ups were random.
- The person that wins the whole division will become a chuunin.
- Threads will be made for you, and examiners will keep a close eye on them. It will be asked that the kage of your village does as well.
- IIC time for these battles will be 2 days. The one that has the first post has 2 days to make it. Should they not, the other may. If another two days pass, the one who has not posted forfiets the round. If 2 days go without a post after the battle has started, the recent attack automatically hits.
- If we think you're battling unrealistically, an examiner will call you on it.
- You may not be in two places at once for this. Stop what you're doing and get to the arena!
