Type: Main Weapon
Effect: The staff is a great accet towards the Shitakuma clan. Some use just a regular walking staff, but some use something else. There are different versions of the Walking staff but those who are truly great, or believe will become truly grand are those that use the Fukusu Buki Haikingu Kyoshokuin. This weapon is capable of being turned into three weapons that are a great asset towards the members of the clan. The weapons that can be created is another Long staff of equal size of the original staff, Grappling hook which is used by the Large Sectional Staff, Two Nunchakus created from the four batons, and Two Smaller Staffs created by the secondary large staff. The main part of the Walking staff is that by using the same basics as the sensory pole, it can be used to create a radar sense to help out those of the Shitakuma clan. The only difference between the sensory pole, and the staff is the length in distance that the waves produce which is twenty meters.
Special: Mostly known for the Shitakuma Clan. Can only be created by the Shitakuma clan due to specifications as well as desires needed for this weapon.

Description: The walking staff is created of a length in fifty eight inches and a diameter of two inches. The staff has different designs and looks depending on the user. Reasons why is so then the length of the staff can be a directness to keep those who wish to harm the user away from them. The staff can divided up into three weapons when divided in half. The lower half when twisted in a certain way by a switch, along with a strong pull can create another staff of equal size. Along the middle of the newly staff, when twisted by a switch and pulled the staff can be divided up into two small staffs, or sticks that is capable for smaller range combat where each stick is in the size of fourteen inches and a half. The upper half of the staff is capable of being turned into two nunchakus by a couple of twists of a few switches. When pulled out the weapons show that wires are in place of the small batons keeping them in place in order to keep them as a nunchaku. The wires are in the length of eight inches, while the batons are in the length of seven and one forth of an inch. Now on the way lower half of the staff where a knob is located, if a certain switch that is pressed which is about six inches higher then the knob three sectional long attaching are shown to create a grappling hook. Within the staff is wire that is ten times of the length of the staff creating a great asset for the user by making a lengthily weapon.
Limit: Others may use it, but is greatly favored towards the Clan of the Shitakuma.

Indifferent: Yatsu doesn't care one way or the other which way things go, politically at least. Any dispute that he is not directly involved in he tends to simply ignore.Appearance:
Protective: When somebody or something Yatsu cares about is threatened he will stop at nothing to defend the thing being threatened. However, the list of things he doesn't care about runs far farther than the list of things he does.
Compromiser: If he simply cannot escape a conflict he will first try to find a "middle way", or compromise, before resorting to fighting.
Righteous: When Yatsu devotes himself to a cause he believes is worth his time (which is mercifully rare) he will defend that cause with all of his might.
Competitive: One of the very few things Yatsu tends to get worked up about is people that are under the impression that they are better than him solely because he has no eyesight. He will admit defeat only when he proves the point that his lack of eyesight does not hamper him in any way.
Bloodlimit: Shitakuma - Blind Bloodlimit
Head: Only about 2% of Shitakuma are born redheaded, Yatsu is in that 2%. With thick, straight red hair and a massively long ponytail that hangs down to his waist he would have been considered quite an oddity if his parents had been able to see him. Over his right eye he has sort of a metal-leather hybrid eyepatch designed to hide it. Both eyes are blind but only the right has the clouded look so he keeps it covered so nobody realizes he's blind. Yatsus Right Eye
Torso: He has a tight leather jacket that outlines the muscles of his right arm but is missing the sleeve on his left arm. The shoulder pads are steel-lined with a strip of riveted steel running over them. The front of the jacket only barely covers his part of his chest and is held closed by a brown leather belt buckle while the oversized collar covers the back of his neck. Over his abs rests a metal plate that disappears down the front of his pants and is held to his body by three sturdy cloth straps.
Legs: Long, tight black pants that have zippers on the sides starting at around mid-shin and ending at the bottom of the cuff cover his black military-style boots. Hanging from his waist is a thick brown belt that holds his Ryo and other small items in a small pouch while tilting off to his right side. The right side of his overlarge belt hands on his right thigh and supports his waterfall headband. His appearance is obviously something he thinks very little about considering he can't see.

Effect: Without this Jutsu the Clan is capable of just listening with sharpen hearing. What this Jutsu does is by using the chakra along their eardrum, labyrinth system, as well as the outer ear of the body the user makes their ear into something of a sonar. This sonar system enables the brain to remember certain points by sound wave frequencies that hits the ear from a pebble hitting the water, to a person walking along grass. The Sonar system enables the Shitakuma clan to basically see. This is greatly used when Rain falls down for every time a drop hits the ground it emits a sound so basically they are capable to see for the first time in their lives. When first learned the distance that one is capable of understanding and remembering is the distance of fifty meters. After each time learned the distance goes up by twenty meters.
Special: The first time learned the user must do the signs of Dragon, Rabbit, Dragon, Ram. After the first time there would be no need for the seals.
Drawback: Must be trained into this more then once. Without the proper training of a technique such as Kusokesuni and Advanced version sounds could cause dizziness or damage to the user. The sounds to create this must be sounds that are greatly abrupt and fast which must be near the ear like a Flash/Bang grenade.
Description: When sound frequencies hit the ear it creates a sonar in which the mind remembers in a certain distance until the sound waves hit the ear once again. It looks as if the user is capable of seeing in such a way but it is just a technique that enables the user to know where to go and how far objects are at. They are capable of seeing shapes, and size, but the thing is they are not capable of seeing defined objects.
Limit: Only a technique for the Shitakuma Clan
Kusokesuni (Hells Drownout)

Effect: With the use of one's ears and when a person needs to use their sense of hearing to see, the Kusokensuni is a specialized technique in which the user of the Shitakuma clan is capable of drowning out certain sounds waves up to certain frequencies. Example: If a Shitakuma member is in a large battle where their is a fairly amount of yelling and fighting going around, the person is capable of drowning out all sounds to a certain frequency for example like lets say the sound waves that is being pushed from the ground giving more stability. The technique must be learned ten times. Reason why is due to the fact that each time learned a user is capable of drowning out up to a certain amount. When first learned the user is capable of drowning out frequencies up to ten thousand hertz. After mastered the user is capable of drowning out up to one hundred thousand hertz of frequency. Remember a normal human is capable of hearing up to twenty thousand, this is way beyond then that of a regular body.
Special: When first learned the user needs to use the hand signs of Boar, Dragon, Tiger, and Horse. After the first time, hand signs is not needed.
Drawback: Drawback is that the user must train in this type of technique more then once in order to drown up higher frequencies. Another drawback is the fact that they are only capable of listening to one frequency at a time, so in a sense if they wished to listen to their own comrades, it be slightly more difficult that creates a massive confusion in which case may go against each other for a moment or two until the sounds is justified to where they understand.
Description: The way this feels is that the user is capable of drowning out certain frequencies in which they can hear certain sounds to accurately pin point where they need to go. What is interesting was the way this works, basically it is like a strong sensory. Within the mind of the user all sounds are muffled to an extent as the sound they concentrate on comes forth with more of accurate sense. The sensory and the sounds still work, in which they are capable to see. Example if there were a strong amount of yelling, the sound waves that hit the ears still react in which they can still use as a radar to help them move about (Acts like they can see figures) but of course does not damage the user's sense of balance and hearing.
Limit: Only those of the Shitakuma clan is capable of performing.
Sensory Breathing

Effect: When manipulating the chakra along their nostrils as they breathe out the Shitakuma clan is capable of producing out a sensory system of sound waves that is higher then that of a human ear can pick up. This is known as the Shitakuma Echolocation inner system. What is created is a sonar frequency that can not be heard by human ears by breathing out in a small distance that enables the user to almost see by their ears without relying solely on sounds around him. When first learned the user is capable of producing the sonic waves of hyper frequency to a distance at a maximum of ten meters. Each time learned the distance increases by ten meters.

Drawback: You are only capable of pushing off to a certain distance. The only way the distance can be increased is by how many times you train within the same type of Jutsu.
Description: It works like a Radar, or really is considered as a human Echolocation. When the sound waves pushes off bouncing against objects, the sound waves bounce back hitting against the users ears making it seem as if the user is capable of seeing in a sensor type manner. When the distance is increased it seems as if brain slightly remembers a certain area until the waves bounce off the objects once again. Using this they are capable of seeing shapes and figures, but not to the extreme IE reading, or how much money they have.
Limit: Only those of the Shitakuma clan is capable of learning.
Suichuu (Underwater)

Effect: Allows the user stay underwater for some time.

Drawback: After returning to surface the user must rest half of the time used underwater. As example, if the user has stayed under for 20 minutes, he’ll have to rest 10 minutes before the jutsu can be used again.
Description: Simple technique used by channeling chakra to mouth, lungs, ears and eyes. With chakra moved to mouth and lungs the user gathers air from the water and is able breath underwater, chakra guided to ears protects from the aching caused by pressure, lenses of chakra protecting eyes work like swim goggles.
Limit: Anyone can learn it, the techinque doesn’t even need a scroll, smart ninjas should be able to figure out the process on their own.
Himei no Jutsu (Shriek)

Effect: A technique in which the user screams forth in a brilliant fashion to where the oponents around in an area is unable to hear while making their bodies numb creating the feel of non movement for other types of attacks that may occur.

Drawback: The user takes hit by the exact type of technique. Read Descriptions in order to gain a better understanding.
Description: This technique has three seperate tiers for both the opponent and the user. Depending on the very range of the attack and where the opponent is what matters for this type of technique. The user's difficulty class is what seperates the magnitude of the attack as well. The technique has a range of twenty meters for the basic D Class Ninja. When the user opens up their mouth they concentrate on the very vocal chords of their throat and push forth in all directions a massive scream capable of great damage is thrown out. For every difficulty class the range increases by five meters with a maximum of fourty meters for S Class. For any opponent that is within one third of distance from the user the opponent is unable to hear for three posts, feels nautious for two posts, and can mot move for one post. For any opponent that is within two thirds distance from the user the opponent is unable to hear for two posts, feels nautious for one post. For any opponent that is within three thirds distance from the user the opponent is unable to hear for one post. No matter what Class the user is in the user is unable to hear for three posts.

Yatsu never had much of an interesting life, from wandering around the world to selling goods in foreign lands without seeing any of it he quickly became fed up with it all. The twenty percent of Shitakuma that could see informed him that he was a rarity, one of the two percent with red hair. He of course had no idea what "red" possibly looked like but the fact that so few people also had red hair brought up an interesting question . . . if he was within the second percentile for hair color then how come he was in the eightieth percentile for eyesight?
That answer would never come. But what did come was when he came of age he was given his first Sensory Pole as well as taught Hells Ears. The combination of the two gave him the sensation of seeing for the first time in his life, and it became addicting. He would stand for hours at the edge of the caravan at night and just tap his pole on the ground to send out the sound waves that allowed him to see.
Walking around, he deliberately knocked his Sensory Pole hard on the ground with every other step while marveling at the surroundings. He could never see color and the images only formed for a few seconds but he was obsessed. One day, while the wandering clan was walking through the Rain country, it began to rain (obviously) and each little droplet sent out its own little vibration which gave Tatsu a full view of the world. The detail was amazing, he could make out each individual leaf in the trees and blade of grass on the ground, he became overcome with emotion at finally seeing something that he broke down crying and stared blankly for hours until the rain subsided.
Every day afterwards he found himself hoping, praying, begging for rain so he could see again, just so he could see again. His wish wouldn't come true until he found himself in the Waterfall country, where the crashing falls illuminated the whole massive landscape and gave him the sensation of sight yet again. Only this time the sound would not subside, as waterfalls don't stop falling. He begged and pleaded to stay in the country until all Five Disciples allowed him to remain, on one condition. The disciples required him to have a multi-weaponal staff to protect himself since he was to stay still from now on.
The crashing falls echoed around and showed him everything there was to see in a full 360 degree radius, except for one fall in particular. This one was significantly louder than the rest but it had a large gap behind it which, upon further investigation, turned out to be the entrance to the Waterfall village. Water transfers sound better than air so, using his Sensory Poll, deciphered the best route using the sound waves generated from smacking it on the walls.
From there he requested to join the ninja academy and graduated with top marks. His determination to prove he could do anything even without eyesight allowed him to graduate within one year of the academy. He now carries his Waterfall headband in his pouch for identification purposes, rather than on his forehead.
