Dismal Rainfall ( Travel Thread )

As Riou left the gates of the bear city capitol he felt a sense of foreboding and dread. He had failed in his first attempt at the chunnin exams....once more his teammate, that he had sworn to protect might be dead...... it had all happened in such a blur, Kuro had went back to the room with the Ryo, Riou to another, then a tremendous explosion had ripped through the hallway and a dazed Riou had been taken by two exam proctors and deposited outside safely, before they left however the proctors had told him that he had failed and would divulge no information about his teammates survival.

Setting himself at a hard pace Riou intented to come back to Amekagure as quickly as possible. Soon the harsh unforgiving terrain of bear country gave way to the lush verdent forests of Bird country, where multitudes of the country's avian namesake swirled around in the air. A small smile flitted across Riou's face, such beauty.......if only he could take the time to sit and take it all in. But duty called and he needed to make all haste to Amekagure to inform the Amekage of the results of the chunnin exams.

Quickening his pace Riou moved through bird country, lush tree's passing in a blur as he willed his body onwards.

As Riou began travelling he noticed he wasn't in bird country at all! He had made it into earth country!

* Was supposed to be moved to Bird Country , but it doesn't matter, Iwa is close too ^_^ *

Passing past Barren landscapes and scraggly shrubbery Riou noted he was off course, but it matter, Tsuchi no Kuni was as close to Rain as was bird country so he was okay. Now that he took in his surroundings, he remembered the mysterious tunnel he had uncovered during one of his missions. But that didn't matter, he doubted he could find it again, and besides that mission had been given to him by Naga-sama......

Shaking his head to clear it of the regrets that were soon to follow whenever he spoke of Naga-Sama he tried to think of what would happen when he arrived in Amekagure...how he would explain all of this to the Amekage......how he would explain it to the twin council of Amekagure.....was the Amekage even aware of their existance? Letting a soft sigh escape his lips Riou hastened onwards toward Amekagure, wishing all his problems would just wash away in the rain.
