Sasayaki no Jutsu (Whisper Technique)

Skill: Genjutsu

Special: “Hand Seals”- Tiger, Horse, holding the Ram seal
Drawback: The user must hold the Ram seal for the voice to be continuously projected towards the target.
Description: The user performs the handseals, ending with the Ram seal and holding it. This projects chakra towards the opponent, stimulating the part of the opponent’s brain that translates the messages sent from the ear drum into actual voices. Walking into his private shack, Jason started looking through the Yamanaka and Uchiha clan scrolls... But didnt find anything that seemed of value right now, or at least, nothing he wanted to learn. So he decided to go into Genjutsu. He took out a scroll that someone had given him on his travels that contained Phantasm Genjutsu. Looking through it, he noticed one that seemed exciting. It was a simple whisper technique that would be used to freak people out. Jason decided to start on that first off.
Looking at the handseals, Jason practiced them a little bit. But he didnt do have to train in them too much. Now it was time to mess with some people. Walking outside, Jason formed the three handseals, holding the Ram handseal. Then he would look around. Noticing someone, Jason focused on the mans brain and felt a link to the part of his brain that translated messages that came in from the ear. Then he started whipering, trying to get the words heard by the man. "Congratulations... You just won the lottery!" Jason said, but as he looked at the man, Jason noticed that he just kept on walking.
Focusing even more, Jason said it again. This time, the man looked around. "Huh, whats that?" The man said. 'Hmm... Gibberish I guess.' Jason thought as he focused even harder. He then said the words one more time. This time the man said "Wait... I won the lottery? YES! My wife is going to be so happy now!!!" The man then ran off, presumably to his house. Jason smiled. 'How long will it take for him to realize that wasnt real. Seems he wasnt the smartest of people.' Jason thought as he looked around again and formed the three handseals again, holding the ram handseal.
Then he noticed a woman who was walking. This time, he wanted to help someone. Looking closer, he noticed that she had a cane and was a little ways away from setting the cane right on a rock, which would make her slip and fall. Quickly focusing on her, Jason whispered "Watch out for that rock." She looked around a bit, but didnt stop. Jason focused even harder and whispered "Watch out for that rock!" Then the woman would look down and see the rock that she was about to set her cane on. Moving the cane forward a bit more, she set it safely on the ground. "Thank you mystery voice! Must have been the voice of god." She said as she continued on her way. 'Wow... Not the smartest of people here.' Jason thought as he looked around to see who else he could try this on.
Forming the three handseals and holding the ram handseal, Jason noticed a man who was picking on some kid. The kid seemed cold, and didnt have much on in terms of clothes. 'Poor kid' Jason thought as he looked at the man, and focused hard. "If you dont leave that kid alone... you will die." Jason whispered. The man shrugged it off as he punched the kid hard in the face. "Dont say I didnt warn you." Jason whispered again. The man looked around, but didnt look back at Jason. Jason then started running toward the man and pulled out his staff, whacking the man hard in the head. "I warned you." Jason said. The man stumbled as he scrambled to his feet, the kid laying on the ground, unconcious, and shivering. Jason put his staff back, picked up the kid and carried him back to the shack that Jason was in.
Dropping the kid off, and covering him with his trenchcoat, Jason walked back outside, only to see another shinobi. 'Now he should have a better mind then the others.' Jason thought as he formed the handseals. This time, he focused as hard as he could and felt a link. Then he whispered "So, have you heard? We need a new Kage." The shinobi looked around, Kunai in hand and said "Who's there. Who's doing this?" Seemed the shinobi WAS smarter. Focusing some more, Jason said "Oh no one, just your past... coming to haunt you. Why did you kill our former Kage? Youre on the most wanted list you know. I should kill you right now..." The man then continued looking around. Jason broke off the link and acted like he was asleep when the shinobi looked over his way.
The shinobi looked the other way, and Jason formed the handseals again, focusing his chakra as he held the ram handseal. "You better run. I think I hear the ANBU coming." Jason whispered. The shinobi then started freaking out a bit. "I didnt kill the past Kage, I swear." He said as Jason laughed in the man's mind "Ah, but are you sure you didnt? Because I heard they have proof. And they... are.... coming for you...." Jason whispered. The man freaked out even more as he dropped his Kunai and ran. "I DIDNT DO IT!!! I SWEAR!!!" Jason released the handseal and laughed to himself. "That was fun. Now to take a look at this kid." Jason said as he walked inside and looked over the kid. "Poor thing. Hes so cold. Probably just as homeless as me." Going through his things, Jason found a blanket as well and lay it over the kid, then sat down against the wall and rested himself, waiting for the kid to wake up.
