Effect: The user quickly performs an amount and a set number of handseals as they quickly perform one of the most known Earth techniques of all time. What occurs is that the user when performing the handseals the earth is quickly picked up in a massive like form of a dragon. The dragon is shot up from the very ground in the form of the very earth as it is used to slam into the enemy and used as a strong like technique against the enemy. This type of technique can also be used as a mud like form technique in which may be used as a prerequisite of other types of techniques in which is used in a projection based manner.

Description: When the user performs the necessary seals the user concentrates the chakra along the ground and begins to make the formation of a dragon like form out of the earth itself. The user either makes the earth soft like that of mud or hard like stone to be used as a holder for a projectile based in which hurls an amount of mud towards the enemy if needed, or solidified, in which is used as a hard rock form to ram against the very enemy sending forth a large based Dragon towards the opponents in question.

The "statue" of this dragon would basically be his for the control. Well, as long as he kept his chakra up towards it, for it to be his. He would still be molding his chakra as he just pondered this, he could feel my chakra stream just flowing with chakra as he began to expand it's uses. Kisuke would continue thinking about explaining about the rock dragon.

The rock dragon is basically the more defensive and offensive move to use. It is basically used for an close-ranged attack if you get what I'm saying. It is a close ranged fighter because it's actually traveling to the foe. But it is also a far ranged fight for the user who cast the dragon out.

Meaning that if about 30 meters away from my opponent, then the dragon could come about 5 when I summon it. That means I could attack using a long ranged attack as well as my dragon, who will be using short ranged. I loved the mixture in between the two, but it did not cover all the missing links to this technique.

Kisuke knew he would have to have to hold a lot of chakra to even bring forth this dragon. It would even take more chakra into making it move for him. Making it move for the boy would just be the hardest obstacle he would have to go through. He then would wonder where he would store the chakra next.

The chakra would obviously at first have to seep into the ground somehow. It did not have to be by his hands, for that would create an obstacle. It could also become present if he just molded chakra to the soles of his foot. If Kisuke molded chakra to the soles of his foot it would be even more great for him.

It would be great because as the chakra would begin slowly purging it's way into the ground. He would be able to basically prepare for an attack or defense. This technique gave him much closure in many ways that he could begin attacking and defending himself at the same time. Kisuke could also begin molding the chakra to go into another range.

Making the chakra go into another range meant that the boy could make the dragon pop out anywhere. Making it pop out anywhere put a smile upon his face. That meant he could make it drag out right behind his opponent. Now, doing that, it would also give him a shadow to where he could just trap his opponent with.

It would begin to make him laugh as he could trap my opponent so easily. But no worries, he could probably cast the dragon 5 times without losing all of his chakra completely, and that was a good shot.

Now he would take a deep breath. Kisuke would not know how much chakra he would need in order to summon the rock dragon. He knew he would need a lot, but just enough in order to summon it. If he put too much chakra into the dragon, it would probably go reckless, breaking up earth everywhere.

Still sitting meditating he would begin to wonder how long he would have to mold his chakra. Kisuke knew he would have to have a giant source of it in order to keep summoning this dragon. The dragon drained his chakra a little bit, and it did not keep purging on the chakra drain.

It would only need a little to sustain it, and that little bit would just allow him to control it. Being able to control the dragon of course was a big yes for him in his book. Controlling the dragon would be all he needed in order to confuse an opponent. Of course confusion was not the only source that he needed.

Kisuke would also need an offensive attack caused by the dragon, which would not be hard either. The aspiring ninja would begin molding his chakra in the way that would let him store more. He would begin to store more chakra, letting him not even feel the drain of summoning the dragon. He could just basically summon it, and then purge onto another attack phase.

Now, he would need to focus on how the chakra in his soles would begin to travel down to mold his dragon. It would basically start at the soles of his feet, which was where the chakra was active. The active chakra would now form into a giant bubble around his feet. But the bubble would basically be underground, so he had nothing to worry about.

The small bubbles upon the soles of his feet would now begin to spin rapidly. The bubbles would then begin to travel to the spot where the boy wanted them to. Now, the spot could be random for him, but it would usually be planned. He would basically let the chakra soar to the far end of his opponent or right in front of me.

It would probably be in the far reach of his opponent so he would have two maneuvers. Now these two maneuvers would basically be an close range and an far range attack. Kisuke would not need much chakra after he molded it to travel to his opponent. It would not just drain his chakra to travel, but it would travel as one.

He said traveling as one because the bubble would basically just go underground. When underground it would begin traveling to the spot where he directed it to. The spot where he directed it to would be completely random for my opponents wit. But it would become mine for the controlling and he would not let the chakra seep even more behind him.

Basically as the chakra would settle in one spot it would begin doing it's job. The chakra would begin settling down, and then covering a giant rock or sediment in the earth. As it surrounded itself around the object it would begin stabilizing it. Stabilizing the rock meant the boy could shape it anyway he wanted it but in a split second.

But now this split second would be all the worth while as the chakra began to mold it. The chakra would basically shape the dragon's head, and some parts of the body as it began to uproar out of the ground. As it uproared out of the ground it would begin forming the bottom parts. As it was forming the bottom part of the dragon, the upper body of the dragon would lift itself out of the ground.

Now that itself is lifted out of the ground, he would completely have his maneuver. The maneuver would now have completed the full dragon who was now traveling at the opponent. Now the intention is to scare and hurt the opponent. But his opponent may be bold and try something he hasn't before, which may work out for the better in his or her part.

Now the boy would go over the extensive uses he could use with this earth dragon. Now for the offensive moves, he could have a lot of routes into which he could travel. The offensive attack of a stone dragon was very basic. Running after an opponent and then striking at him or her.

The dragon would not stop at there though, it's offensive strike could become very backing. It could travel into the ground with ease if dodged the first time. Now it could also pop it's head out anywhere else after that. Now popping it's head out in random would become a small problem for everyone at that point.

It would become a small problem because no one would know where it was coming. Kisuke would not even know where it was coming next, but he could kind of predict it. The chakra in my soles could basically be my source of direction at that point. The source of direction would tell him which way the earth dragon was moving.

Now, that the earth dragon would pop it's head back out of the earth once more, it would strike once more. It could open it's mouth, grabbing his opponents limbs or clothes. Or it could just basically burst right below him, making him fly up into the air. Now flying into the air is very bad for the opponent that he would be facing.

The opponent in the air would be bad, unless they had used a body flicker. He could easily just charge a projectile right at them, killing them in the air. Of course that would mean, keep planning techniques in order to kill. But if he did not want to kill, he could easily let the earth dragon just reak havoc, making the opponent get hurt by rocks, as well as get damage to their organs and legs if hit by a rock.

Keeping up the strikes would basically become all the fun as a smile would peak upon his face. The basic dodging of the opponent would let him prepare for another attack. The offensive long range and short range attack would therefore be completed as usual. But he would then let the dragon go, unless he needed him for a defensive purpose.

The dragon could easily become an defensive part of his strategy. As if he didn't already have one. He could let it basically jump right out of the ground in front of him. That would basically stop any projectile coming his way, and it would stop it. An exploding tag would not crumble this rock into pieces however, which was good enough for Kisuke.

It would however chip some of the rock off as he began letting it defend for him. The boy would begin letting it just stand there right in front of him, just blocking him from view and from harm. He would begin his sneak attacks this way, and there were so many ways in which he could do so. But standing right there would not be the only thing it would be good for in a defensive stance.

The dragon could also move with him, as he jumped to the side and ran. The dragon would basically slither with him, causing much ruckus as it did so. He would then begin completing the defensive maneuver and setting up for his own offensive maneuver. Basically it is a double positive with an earth dragon on your side, but it would not be all that great.

Having an earth dragon would not be all it was built up to be either. The boy would have to let it drag along, meaning he would honestly have to slow down. But he could just always let his earth dragon become a mud dragon. Letting it become an mud dragon would let me have more doors to open. More doors opening for an attack was always good on his part, for being a ninja they are always on the offensive.

He would begin to have to learn now how to make earth become his suttle management. Kisuke would need to convert it to mud. Being slow or fast in the conversion process would not really bother him that much. He would basically just have to begin with the basics, learning how to do the conversion technique in the first place.

Seeing as he would have lots of time to come up with an idea he would just begin to theorize. Kisuke would need to begin molding chakra to the ends of his foot. At the ends of my feet he would begin to know what to do from there on. The chakra would begin to take over the element of stone and that would begin the process.

The chakra would basically just stabilize under his feet and it would begin to swirl around. As it swirled around the earth it would begin letting the earth merge with the chakra. If the earth was to merge with the chakra it would make it sustainable. If it was sustainable and in his control, it would begin to turn into mud.

Now he would not have to turn it into mud right below himself because that would throw him off. The chakra he had molded to his feet could travel anywhere. The boy could let it go behind his opponent, in front of him, or where ever. Kisuke would not need that many excuses to turn it into mud either, it would just happen basically.

The chakra would begin soaring down into the earth as more as ever. It would then begin to turn into mud as it began fusing with the earth. When it fused with the earth it was basically "making" itself. It would basically be like swirling a bunch of soil into some water.

Eventually it would turn into mud and that would basically be the essentual things he needed. Since he had a release of water and earth it would basically work with him. His chakra would have the properties of water as the earth surrounded it. Now saying those releases helping him in that way it would make the ground below to turn into mud.

Now that the mud was beginning to be overturned by the earth he have his stage. More chakra would begin to be molded to the soles of his feet. As they molded to the bottom of his feet the chakra would travel even more. It would travel to the spot where the mud would have accumulated to make a small mud pool, because a dragon can't be mud if mud is not present.

In saying that he would have his field of playing and it would be set. The chakra would begin to swirl around the mud very slowly and begin his slow attack. The chakra would begin molding the dragon very fastly. This process would be much quicker than the earth dragon because it was easier to mold mud than earth with chakra.

The rustling sand, the soft feel against one's feet. It was time for a drink, something hard, something rough, something to put hairs along a man's chest. That was the time, i twas needed. As the gentle winds brushed by the warrior of the Sands moved along as he sighed ever so gently continuing forth, moving, smiling within, feeling, wondering, thinking about how the exams went along.

Through the days, through the loving beautiful day a warrior slowly walked on through. A small smile came across his face as he chuckled some to himself. He would move on through as the heat beated down against his armor that covered his whole body like that of a Shogan warrior. The great beast snake slithered beside the warrior as he continued to walk looking around trying to find the right place to go to.

The Shogan armor attached to the young man gleemed slightly. The large six bladed sword stayed against the armor along his back. His Katana and Watizashi stayed along his right hand side. Staring forward he continued to walk down the large way, wanting to reach the first person. "Kisuke" he would speak softly as he would come to a stop. "We need to speak" he said calmly taking in a deep breathe, this was not the man that they were searching for but it was best to get this young man first, and handle the situation with him, then deal with the one that may prove to be a problem.

"I have gathered the status report about you becoming a member of Sand."

Kisuke would be in the middle of training. He was really into it and he wanted to learn this technique. He would Wait for a second before he would train. Suddenly a low voice came from behind him and Kisuke jumped up with his fists up. He first reached for his crossbow but he forgot he had to send it to his parents. He looked for his secondary weapons but he forgot where he out them. Once he fists were up, he would notice that it was Heero. The same man he had to fight earlier on to get a bell. He knew what he had to do this time just in case he had to do it again. He stopped his A rank training but he would get back to it later on. He would wait for a while until Heero started to sepak again. Kisuke was told that he head about him from Nirashi. He knew he had to say something good about him but he forgot that he had left the sand shinobi for dead and he got a little worried. "Yes, sir!?" Oh god, please tell me that that guy said something good about me. He would wait patiently on the man's response.

The young warrior would look at Kisuke. Taking in a deep breathe he sighed softly. "You are under investigation still, however, I feel that it is close, but we wish to still see the worth." he said calmly staring at the young man. For now, you will be housed here, but you will need to help a bit because it is not built completely." he continued.

He would then hand the young man an envelope holding him something. "Here, this is 5000 Ryo for you trouble with your first mission." he said softly before handing him another piece of envelope, larger. "This is another assignment...read it, learn it, this is where you will be staying, and if there are any other missions you will get it there." he said calmly. It is not complete so you will have to do the two missions listed, but you will be paid."

  Description: The time is now to improve and broaden our horizon. A contractor has hired a team of Ninja to help with the building of a Building located within the Capital City. You must go to the Capital city and help build this place. It consists of a very large basement, twelve rooms, each room with its own full sized bathroom, two kitchens, two dens, and a meeting room. The whole housing is created in a large circle. Each room is about the size of twenty by twenty feet while the kitchen is twenty by thirty, the basement is in the size of the housing all around itself.
  Objective: Help the Builders create the building within the Capital City. It is an important building needed for the future of all Relationships between Wind Country and other Countries. At least two Gennin must participate or one team.

  Objective: Building Feat Mission must be done first. Take all of the furniture into the building. That is eleven beds, stereo system, game system, eleven small refrigerators, two large, and etc. At least two Gennin must participate or one team.

"I know, it may seem somewhat bad, but trust me it is not as bad as you think. You have not been found in the bingo book. We wish to know where you were born however, so we may look into it, and then, after all of this, if there are no problems. I will be the first to welcome you, and swear to you that Sand will do everything in their power to make it your true home, to make you feel welcomed with open arms."

He would wait for the young man to speak out, he would wait to see if there was something needed. He knew this young man would not be pleased but it was best to measure twice cut once, then to cut a thousand times making mistakes. Hopefully he understood this. "After you are done, just let one of the residents of the home know." he said calmly. (Just pm me, I will pay you, and then have Heero come over again blah blah blah.) He would wait for the man to speak, and slowly turn around. "I will let you continue with your studies, if you wish safe refuge, please, post at the place in which I stated for the mission, will be refuge for your training."

"Still under investagation eh? No problems." Heero would then hand kisuke 5000 Ryo and a larger envelope. "Wait...I get money from doing missions!? Oh my god...These two will be finished as soon as I can possibly do them. Oh yeah...I was born in the rain country." He saw the man walk off and he searched for his secondary weapons. Luckily, he found them. Kisuke would read the first mission and he would walk to where ever it said that the building structure was.

"...Two Genin or a team? WTH is a genin?" He turned around to look for Heero but the man was gone. "If it says two Genin, then it must mean two people. But I'm the only one with this mission. -sigh- Maybe he thinks I'm special. Teehee..." Kisuke was ready but he had hoped that he could get his crossbow back soon. If he got into a fight all he would have would be his chakra and his secondary weapons. Kisuke left to search for the building structure.

Kisuke had went to the mail center with his sack in hand and he asked if they had gotten anything for him. "The person he talked to replied yes and he picked up and large box. He didn't ever remember the Crossbow to be soo big. He nodded and thanked the man for his hard work. He Tied the sack to his waist and he went off back to the mansion. He was eager to see what his parents sent him. Once he would reach 'Home' he would check this out.
