Jai sat down at a nearby bench near the gate of the village. He wanted to learn a new wind release that could be simple, but a tatical attack. He read of a wind arrow, in which the user breaths in air into their lungs, and mix it with their chakra. In this process, he makes a wind chakra that can be shaped into a wind arrow. They are fast and almost invisible to the human eye, making it a good attack to have.
Jai bent over leaning on his knees as he took deep breaths. He meditated, to focus his chakra and breathing so that he would be able to make both at the same time. He would take a breath, then release some chakra into his lungs. He wasn't ready to make the arrow, so he just repeated this fashion for about ten minutes. Afterwards, he felt he was ready to do the jutsu, so he searched for a target. He looked up at a nearby light post, and made that his mark to aim for. He grabbed a rock from the ground as he got up from the bench and walked over to the post. When he reached it, he scraped a mark in the shape of an "X".
Jai then stepped back about five feet from the post. He didn't have any type of aim right now, so he needed to start off close. Jai took a couple small breaths, and then began. While filling his lungs with oxygen, his chakra system began to release chakra into his lungs which molded with the oxygen. Once he felt it was ready, he blew out. It did not come out as an arrow at first, just a small puff of air. It was alright because he was just getting started. Jai breathed in deeper then before, and prepared to do it again. He mixed the oxygen with the chakra, and then released. This time he made an attempt to try and shape the arrow, but his attempt was a failure.
The wind did shape by the way Jai placed his tongue before blowing. He needed to find the right way to shape the arrow with his mouth. He continued to breath in and blow out, and each time placing his tongue in a different position then before. He tried about thirty attempts before he was actually able to shape a somewhat wind arrow. He was close, now he needed to add a little something to his technique to shaped the arrow properly. He used the same tongue position, but now moved his lips to help shape the arrow. After figuring out how to do it, he prepared to aim for the target.
He kicked some dust with the back of his heel and then looked back up at the mark on the post. He figured that wherever he faced his head, that was where the arrow would hit, so he looked directly at it. He took a deep breath in, mixing his chakra into his lungs and blew out. This time the arrow came out perfect, and though it missed the target a little, he was pleased. He had looked down to look at his mouth, therefore causing him to miss the target. He wanted to his the target even more now so he stepped back another feet to challenge himself. He focused on the target for a second, trying not to move his head for better aim. Once he was ready, he took a deep breath.
The chakra from his system mixed with the air in his lungs and molded. He then blew out firing a perfect arrow, but this time he hit the target dead on. He was pretty proud of this accomplishment, and used it as a goal to do better. He would breath in, blow out, and hit the target until he was positive it wasn't just out of luck. He did the jutsu for about ten minutes until he felt he needed to take a breath and breath. He laided down on the bench and looked into the sky, it was freedom most definitly. He sometimes wished he could be a bird, with no boundries, and the freedom to go wherever they please.......his day would come.
