"I will do as my master says," Shihana said, "and that sounds good." She smiled at Krystal calling her Lillith, obviously getting the reference. "I'll be back as soon as I can, although if you have to leave I'm sure we'll find one another again. Krystal walked back inside and Shihana silently said goodbye to her inside of her head, and then she patted her messenger pack. It was a little lighter now without the gem, but she was glad to have given it away -- even if it was just a small gift. She put the headbands into her messenger pack as well and then Valerys was taking off back into the desert, back to the Sand Village (albeit with a pit stop or two), and determined to finish off her missions with Shiki and the Kazekage Tower.

It had taken a bit of wandering and exploration, but soon enough they found their way into sand village embassy. Their map and compass stay tucked within their tactical vest with their bingo book with his robe back atop, attaching Kyuushi and tokehage on either side of his belt and Benihime on their back. His gauntlets and grieves once more adorned their limbs. In 3 shinobi pouches, he held 30 hirashurikens, and 1 gas mask with a D filter. In another, there were 4 kunia, 1 knife, 40 exploding tags, and 32 makibishi. In the last, they carried 130 Saddilia nuts. They were not dressed as a member of their villages nobility nor a mere commoner or layman, rather, they were dressed as a proud warrior with armaments showing and the mist head band proudly tied to the crest of their brow. Currently they were aged till about 20 years old standing about 5'6" with a lean chisled physique.

When they made their way through the courtyard, they approached the receptionist area and began to look around. Their didn't immediately seem to be anyone present. Perhaps the receptionist was in the back somewhere...

"Ahem," he cleared his throat, "Hello? Is there anyone here? I have some business with a man currently residing within the sand village, a friend if you will. Can someone deliver a message?" He would then wait patiently. The man they were looking for could very well not be here. He was after all, only following rumor by word of mouth. Even if it were a man named Shiki, it could still be the wrong man, or they could not be remembered at all, since they were much smaller then than they are now.

Do you think it's really Shiki? Do you think he'll remember?

Even if he doesn't remember, we'll still repay his kindness as you wanted. There's only one debt we'll never repay, and this shall not be another. I believe we all agree.

Krystal's ears would rise up at the sound of someone new finally showing up, she would sit up a bit rubbing her neck as she looked over at the male, somewhat displeased already before noticing much beyond that. The attire seemed nice though, fanciful, noble... ish. The neko would wait a moment while sitting back in the couch she had commandeered while awaiting Valerys' return while her violet tail began to flick curiously.

There would be a short pause and a receptionist would look over at the young person talking. There was no mistaking it, this was the former mizukage sitting in the room asking for Shiki directly. There was a gag order in play and no one was to know that Shiki was the acting kage in the land of sand. There was protocol in place for this event. One of the secretaries quickly typed something into computer and within a few moments two members of the bear division anbu would quickly arrive at the embassy room where the group was conversing.

"Sir, We've orders from Shiki to invite you to speak to him. If you'd follow us." Shiki was quick to create a list of people he had with any form of influence. He had never figured out that the strange boy he had rescued was actually one of the former amekage until his cloud ninja had informed him so. Understanding how important that friendship may be. The man was to be invited to teleport to the village hidden in the sand and meet with Shiki personally. If the boy agreed he would vanish with them and instantly appear within the kazekage's tower in the land of sand.

It seemed he was not quite alone. A female of...feline characteristics appeared to have taken host on the couch quite some time ago and taken note of his presence. He'd only spotted her once he did a once over of the room. She been so quiet that she nearly seemed to be one with the furniture. Yet, he noted the displeasure or perhaps disinterest, not that it made a difference, or was even his bussiness. Perhaps he'd been too loud for her tastes? Soon however, the room became filled with activity.

"Uh, yes, of course." It was rather unexpected. The near emptiness had been replaced by a number of figures. First a few receptionist stirred. That was normal enough. Then, however, figures that could only belong to a villages covert opperations unit showed up, the anbu. They were easily enough to identify by uniform. Runeska had picked up on the hints and clues quite quickly. His appearance elicited a very quick response. It seemed he'd been expected. Shiki was indeed here, and rather than simply being a notarized figure or shinobi, he seemed to be someone with quite a bit of pull. Not only did the receptionists take orders from this man, but anbu appeared, something that only kage, high ranking government officials, and certain military leaders commanded. Kage would be his first guess. Who would have thought ahead of time.

Regaining his dignified posture and demeanor, Runeska repied. "Please lead the way. I'm in your care." He nodded to the cat lady before following the sand anbu.

James slowly walked into the building. He had taken a boat from Thunder to Sand, and he wasn't much of a sea person. The sickness subsided substantially once he made it into the country's capital city. James wasn't certain where the sand village was, but he knew this was where to find out. His attire was simple, a loose t-shirt hoodie combo and some jeans. In his buttbag he carried three kunai, two knives, and five shuriken. Strapped across his back loose enough that it bounced around when he walked was his two pronged resonance blade; the pearl white sword was the symbol of a hyoushi swordsman.

James made his way to the front desk and was very direct with his line of questioning, "Yo, you know where my... I guess my cousin maybe?" James paused, he wasn't exactly sure how they were related due to the nature of family abandonment, it could be his brother for all he knows. "Fuck it, who the hell knows right?" He shrugged at the receptionist. "You know where my cousin is? I think his name is Shiki... uh, Senri?" James became lost in thought as he tried to remember the last name of the man he was trying to visit. He hadn't payed much attention to the older Kyoudo's last name as those formalities weren't his strong suit. "Last I heard he was headed to the Sand village so he should be in y'alls database." James reached over and pointed at her files as if he were reaching to get them.
