Doton Senbon Soushi no Jutsu (Earth Senbon Creation Technique)
Rank: "D" "D" "D" "D" "C" "B"
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates Senbon out of the earth and fires them at the opponent.
Special: "Hand Seals"
Drawback: Must be learned more and more in order to be capable of performing better, and capable of producing more Senbon. Cannot be used on Sand.
Description: Forming the handseals, the User begins to use the Earth Creation Technique to form Senbon in the ground wherever they choose. These Senbon can then fire from the ground at the same speed and strength as if someone had thrown it. These earthen senbons are shaped like those that are sold in stores and are just as sharp. At D rank this jutsu forms 5 Senbon wherever the caster wants. This can be 5 in different spots, or 5 all together. The D rank can be learned 4 tims for a total of 20 Senbon. Then this jutsu can be learned C rank for 10 more and then B rank for 20 more. A total of 50 Senbon (after learning 4 D, 1 C, and 1 B rank Jutsu) can be fired from all around the opponent, aimed wherever the caster chooses.
Limit: Needs the Earth Release, must have knowledge of Doton Soushi no Jutsu (Rock Creation Technique) "D" and "C

Kisuke paced the clearing, not sure of what to do next now that he was certain he had mastered the Earth Dragon...His third A rank technique, and a powerful one at that. Thinking over what he had accomplished so far, he thought back to the Earth Senbon jutsu, and how he had read that if he continued to train the jutsu, he could increase the number of senbon launched, as well as his proficiency with the technique!
Kisuke dropped to the ground carefully running hand seals through his mind that would trigger the beginning of the jutsu, reversing himself on the earth creation technique he had learned prior to the Earth Senbon. He focused hard on both, remembering how he had went about forcing his chakra into the ground creating the sharp needle-like missiles. Satisfied, he created the hand seals slowly, and began once he felt his chakra shift, forcing it into the ground in a spot of his choosing.
The effect was quick, almost quicker then Kisuke would have liked, for the senbon were created before he had time to try to create more then the original five. The five flew out of the ground as fast as he would have thrown normal ones, and thudded into a nearby tree. He smirked, and began to create the hand seals once more, this time taking the process a bit slowly now. Kisuke was used to the whole training session being slow, but now he was training a technique he had already mastered, the whole regime would be sped up.
Trying to take his time, he forced the chakra into the ground, and began to shape and mold the senbon out of the soft soil. This time though, he reserved some chakra and began to mold more then the five. The effect was pleasing, and with only minimal effort, he had managed to create an additional senbon to the five, which all launched from 6 different locations, striking at trees in a circular manner. Good he enthused, he knew that this retraining would revolved much on repetition, but almost as much relying on focus, and pacing of his time.
Again, he created the hand seals, taking even more time to create the senbon beneath various spots on the clearing surface, and setting aside even more chakra, which he used to create an additional two senbon to the final count. He smiled as seven of the deadly earth senbon shot out of the ground, and penetrated deep into the unsuspecting trunks of some lone maple trees. Three more Kisuke thought, as he readied the next string of hand seals.
The signs were created, and without another moment wasted Kisuke began to force the chakra into the ground, this time with a little extra. It was getting harder to stretch the amount of chakra out to create more senbon, so Kisuke decided it couldn't hurt to add more chakra. The extra chakra allowed for him to conserve the senbon creation and the energy required to create them, making it easier to create now three additional senbon, which in turn rocketed outwards from the earth and into various spots of the clearing, be it the ground farther along, a tree or two, and even one crumbled after making a nick in a boulder.
Not done yet, he though to himself and after a string of hand seals began to start the tiresome process of forcing the chakra into the ground to activate the earth creation technique. Instantly, senbon created, this time with little help from him to create eight, which was nice, for Kisuke could now concentrate on the final two. The process proved more difficult then the first, this time putting much resistance into the new senbon. He frowned as eight senbon shot forth, but no new senbon were along for the ride this time. He sighed and remembered that it was just like the Earth Dragon technique jutsu, he was not losing progress, simply remaining constant which was vital to the success of any jutsu. He just needed to increase his chakra's width.
Starting once more, he created the hand signs and pooled his chakra beneath the area around him, taking time to create all the senbon perfectly. Slowly, ever slowly, a ninth began to form, elongating and shifting, and finally sharpening to a needle-like point. The effect was pleasing, nine senbon launched forth, all newly sharpened, and seemingly more deadly then any other time he had performed the technique. The scroll was definitely right about him becoming more proficient with the technique, as well as adding to the number of senbon launched, for he now had nine, and he was able to create the senbon quicker then ever! Not to mention the senbon themselves seemed more intimidating then they ever have.
Continuing without flaw, he began to create the hand seals for the last leg of the training, and finishing his additional count to the storm of earth senbon. He took extra time to forcefully move the earth into position, making sure the newly created senbon was flawless in every aspect, creating precise linage between the bottom and finally ending with the sharp point. The senbon was sculpted to perfection, and before he could further admire his work, all ten came with a flash out of the earth, rocketing every which way, almost with an unpredictable flare to them, as even Kisuke had a hard time tracking the numerous flying missiles.
Smiling with triumph, Kisuke took a bit more time to sculpt the senbon more carefully, in a quicker time. Fastening the process and creating more the senbon in mere seconds, ready to be launched and strike down his enemies. He wanted to learn this technique until he could summon many of these. When he got the scrolls for his fighting style he would then go ahead and prick up one for a quick kill and then disintegrate it. He was really becoming one of the elite ninja.
