Aisu Soushi (Ice Creation)
Rank: "C", "B", "A" "S" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: With this technique this allows a user the capability and understanding of lowering temperatures around the user in a small radius to where the user is capable of using the Suiton Soushi techniques and creating ice for other techniques for the users.
Special: ---
Drawback: If a Haku Member never gains this when they first create a character, they can never recieve it and they can never create or use the Haku Bloodlimit techniques. This is to be used for the Haku Ice Bloodlimit Techniques. Can not be used in dried air areas. This technique must be learned more and more in order to allow the user to drop the temperature for certain techniques. Depending on the distance the user is capable of using this for techniques by rank. Please look at the description for understanding.
Description: By using and understanding the formation and basics of Cryomancy the user pushes their chakra past around them in a large circle, doing this and pushing in their understanding the Bloodlimit Kaishin is capable of lowering and dropping the temperatures within the certain distance in order to create ice for their techniques to use. A conventional Ice User must have cold climate in order for the user their techniques, but with the Kaishin bloodlimit allows a user to create Ice Techniques without the option of litterally having cold climate. This technique allows the user to drop temperatures to the point of water freezing allowing the user to create Ice Techniques. When first learned the user is capable of pushing off in the distance of Five meters for the user to create their techniques, where the user drops the temperature towards the right respectable limit. Each time learned the distance increases by ten meters. When first learned the user is only capable of creating techniques of C-Rank formation. After twenty meters the distance increases to B-Rank Training and the user is capable of using B-Rank Techniques. When the user reaches the distance of fourty Meters the training increases to A-Rank Training and the user is capable of performing A-Rank Techniques. When the user reaches at the A-Rank Stage the Ice techniques can not be melted away by conventional means. The only way capable of getting through is by crushing through the ice techniques. When the distance reaches to Sixty Meters the user reaches to his final form of training and must learn the S-Rank version of this technique to perform S-Rank techniques but must be learned with a S-Rank Training.
Limit: Must be part of the Haku Bloodlimit

The afternoon was slowly turning into evening as Okami stood within the expansive perimeter of his father's home. Once more sitting indian style upon the ground, he gingerly popped the last bit of his riceball into his mouth. "Careful, 'Kami!" his mother exclaimed. Such a surprise caused him to immediately fall over onto his side, the boom of her voice disturbing his digestion and causing the riceball to get caught in his throat. The Kaishin's very face began to turn blue as he failed humorously along the ground. Handseals were quickly done as he thrashed about like a spoiled chat in the grocery store, a sphere of water dropping down and into his mouth. He immediately used it to break up the riceball, swallowing before gasping for a breath and rolling over onto his side.
"..Oops..I was..just going to tell you that you choked on a riceball the last time you got hasty.." she muttered sheepishly. Okami sat up and placed his hands on his knees, breathing heavily before he shook his head. "...Sometimes I wonder if you just wanna get rid of me.." he joked. A quirked brow followed as he gave a smug grin toward his mother, standing and kissing her cheek before travelling into the distance. "Gotta get back to work! Tell the old geezer to come find me when he's ready!" he called back. She couldn't help but smile..he'd transitioned from a boy to a young man..and he wasn't going to stop there.
Okami slowly moved his hands to face the front of his abdomen. His palms appeared rather pale, the porcelain epidermis coursing with chakra as his capillaries drained themselves of most of the heat within. His Kekkai Genkai kept him from the extreme injuries that came with such a condition: had it not been for the blood he possessed and the natural affinity for the cold, he'd have been deceased well before his abilities could be honed. Thankfully, such was not the case. Silver hair was pushed from his countenance as he focused his chakra toward his hands. "Let's see if I can't rid myself of a constant pain.." he mused.
The very solution to ice appeared to be using fire. In all of the movies and in all of the fights between Kaishin and the outsiders, he'd seen the elemental affinity more times than one cared to count the number of times they'd seen their own headband worn by their peers. It was the very bane to their Bloodlimit's most potent abilities, yet few had managed to concoct a defense against this powerful, untamed elemental prowess. The chakra upon his body swirled to life as he summoned it. Believing himself to be a master craftsman of the icey structures, he would begin to decrease the climate.
The rocks and grass below him began to near-instantly freeze over as the deity pushed forth with the Hyouton No Jutsu, his unique traits coaxing the temperature to drop at an alarming rate. A small smile crept up to his lips with such actions ensuing; he enjoyed the chill that it brought. Though his heart was as passionate and firey as the next man's, the seasonal change of weather often pushed him to appreciate his talent.
Stretching his body, Okami would first sit amidst the forestry that lingered a good distance away from his home. The valley had been ideal for his training, but the Hyouton Release he possessed would need time to melt away before he could concoct new experimentation. This vicinity would have to make do.
