Estimated water needed: cubic foot
D: small chakra: Any weapon creatable using two cubic feett of space, solid as ice
Estimated water needed: two cubic feet
C: moderate chakra: Any weapon creatable using four cubic feet of space, solid as iron
Estimated water needed: four cubic feet
B: High chakra: Any weapon creatable using six cubic feet of space, solid as titanium
Estimated water needed: six cubic feet
A: extreme chakra: Any weapon creatable using ten cubic feet of space, solid as damascus steel
Estimated water needed: ten cubic feet
S: Hokage level chakra:Any weapon creatable using thirty cubic feet of space: solid as adamantine.

Diary Entry 1
The dojo I have left wants me to keep a diary to record my daily thoughts and information of what I do. They told me to continue training for a while in free practice until I become strong enough to take on advanced level missions for them. My thoughts pass as I think of where to start on this scroll. It has so many techniques simplified. I simply closed my eyes picking at random. It seems that today I shall be focusing on weapon recreation in ice. My chakra control seems abit weak. Maybe this will help. It says in this scroll I must achieve a moderate level of well controlled chakra to form my type of weapons from ice into a harder substance. I shall now attempt it for my first stab at this concept.
I held my palm out into the air focusing on my first technique. Converting molecules of H2O into water. It formed a bubble shape in my hand. I then shifted them so they'd be even on both hands. The bubbles were a wondrous sight to view. Though I am supposed to be trained into the fact that I am a killing machine of some sort. Other sides seemed to pull over towards other directions. As I focused on my actions, my next technique. I swiftly shifted the bubbles form apart into sharp needles, or Senbon how ninja would call it. I then formed a hard dense ice like material using this jutsu I am trying to push to the next level.
The chakra usage for this technique was not too much, but it did require some time as of now. It stresses me ever so much as I constantly try to make the Senbon into the right narrowness and shape. If they are too short, they won't work. If they are too long, same goes. I have to make them about half a foot long. My knowledge of the metric system is not to great, but from previous experiences it wouldn't require too much of a difficulty on me. As I finally formed what I was wishing upon, I simply moved my hands to the side as I grasped them into my hands. Then I would now act upon them to fire towards a wall. If they were still ice, they'd just break. If they were as I wanted them to be, they'd nearly dent and chip a little, though it'd leave a good mark in the wall.
As I would finally wait for them to reach the wall, a loud shatter would ring into my ears. Another annoyance to worry about. It was quite obvious that I wasn't going to make as much progress if I didn't continue to try. So I did, once again. I formed water from thin air, or in scientific wording, I produced them from extracting the molecules of oxygen from the air. I then produced them into worthy Senbon made of ice, but I felt an odd sensation that wasn't like before. These seemed just a little better reinforced. Nothing else came through my mind, I just wanted to complete this technique and start learning some more. Nothing else would matter to me until I was at my strongest in this technique. Without much more to think about, I launched them towards the wall. As they glided, they tightly closed together until all of a sudden. They hit the wall and broke almost all apart. I grunted, this would be a long day!
