A Gathering: The Celebration of the Upcoming

Plot: The theme behind the event is to bring together those within the Hidden Village of Sand. Those within the Hidden Village of Sand must come together, as the Kage of Sand gives out a status report of their village. The Kage is here to speak forth, and tell those within the Village of all sorts of status creations. Here he will talk to those about what is needed to be done, why must it be done. What is the general course of the Village of Sand, and what can be done to help.
Everyone must meet outside of the Kage Tower, as the Kage of Sand explains the situations of the different villagers of what is going on within their fair Village. Should not take to long, it will be a great time for the villagers to meet up with one another, and interact with one another. This would be a great way for the Ninjas to speak with one another, and perhaps gain closer friendships with one another.

Rules: No Attacking, this is an Event of Peace within the Village of Sand.
