The Uchiha's gaze fell upon her for moments more, before lifting toward the distance. He had concluded upon her speech that she had not been a resident there for long, his name having not reached her ears. "Uchiha Anotsu." he gave. Anotsu's tongue slid forth to wet his lips before retracting, the water nay creating a feel of discomfort; it was a greater change than the sands of the desert, and as such he basked in its cool feel against sun-kissed skin.
The Festival's activities had still been proceeding as planned, and thus he'd had the time to wander out here to find this kunoichi in distress. "I am patrolling the place. A quarrel broke out on the festival grounds, and I am to ensure that all is peaceful before I return to join my brother." Such was truth - and yet he had managed to make another acquaintance in this female. Though, one should not have mistaken it. He felt nothing at that very moment, the sands of time crossing with the apathy of his character still in full effect. He was naive and uncertain to the wiles of romance and the like. All of this, he figured, had simply been his dedication to Mizu No Kuni after it had taken him in.
Atsuhiro's locks slightly fell over his facade as he lowered his head to her, his eyes as sharp as when in a combative setting. There was no mistaking his gaze for anything less than a heightened sense of awareness. "Midori, is it? I'll remember that."
The cloth was applied to Midori's person few more times before the Uchiha created handseals. From the depths of his seemingly endless chakra reserves did the Katon element present itself unto him. "Housenka No Jutsu." he'd mutter. As flat as the words were, the power of the Jutsu would yield quite the display. He was able to craft flames from the depths of his maw, chakra flowing through the esophagus as Anotsu exhaled forth toward the gaia only meters away. Creating a flame upon a gathering of wood he'd gathered earlier, a small blaze would begin to heat the area up and give the woman a remedy for her chills.
"In retrospect, just what brings you out here? Is attempting to find your killer and do away with his existence so important that you would risk your health? Not a wise decision." he admitted. Though his words were harsh, only the truth was laced within them.
