Suiton: Uzumaki no Jutsu (Whirlpool Technique)
Rank: “B”
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates a fast-moving whirlpool underneath someone’s feet.
Special: Rat, Dragon, Horse, Ram, Goat, Tiger, must have water underneath the opponent.
Description: The user creates a whirlpool with a diameter of ten feet around the opponent. The water begins to swirl directly under the opponent’s feet, sucking them down under. Each second that the technique exists, the whirlpool expands half a foot, until ten feet is reached. The whirlpool can exist for a total duration of three turns, at which point, the water stops swirling. Opponents trapped inside of the whirlpool are thrust downwards, further into the depths of whatever water source is around.

It was a rather foggy morning today. I could feel the fog creep around me and it was not the hidden mist technique. I was saving my Chakra for something more important. I was training for the Uzumaki no Jutsu technique. The Whirlpool technique.
I knew it might be a difficult skill to gain, but I was not about to give up. Not today. I was a Genin even though I was 21 years of age. I had my reasons for not being a Chuunin or a Jounin right now. And those would remain a secret.
My feet stepped onto the softened grass which was dampened with the morning mist. My expressions upon my face remained anonymous. My sapphire eyes remained serious as I kept my mind clear. I was not sure how long this would take, but I was willing to take as much time as needed. I needed to pace myself to make sure I got this accurately.
My dark blue hair wrapped around my shoulders and partially over my blackened spaghetti string tank top. I had on dark blue shorts and the bandage like wrapping around my right leg with my kunai pouch over that. The typical blue Shinobi sandals I wore over my feet. Brushing hair back behind my ear, I began to concentrate. Walking forward, I took gentle step after gentle step I took out onto the foggy lake.
Taking a long blue ribbon, I tied my hair back so it was out of the way. Ripples stretched out as I walked upon the waters surface. If anyone were to come to interact with me, I would let them. I had more important things to do than let some one bother me by just watching. I closed my eyes and took in several deep breaths. I began to gather my chakra together so I could begin to practice.
Doing a little Tai Chi, I decided to get my body warmed up so I would not strain something. This was how I prepared myself. My skin I could feel was beginning to chill in the cool air. Raising my arms up over my head, I slowly brought them back down and over each other with palms facing each other as if I was holding a sphere. Doing this, I breathed out slowly and opened my eyes.
Then, quickly with my hands I made a few hand seals that were part of the technique I wished to learn.
Rat. Dragon. Horse. Goat. Ram. Tiger.
