PA: Hello, Chosen Helpers. Your job is to save the Survivors. They are in, 4 stores spread upon the first and second floors of the Entrance Plaza. From what we know, there is no Psycho's here. But we might be wrong. The zombies have not flooded the door so you can get in. But the floor is riddled with them, sadly. They will eat you, of course. We remind you not to destroy the mall. Also, please store the survivors that don't die in the security room. Good Luck...

Ryu entered the entrance plaza to a mass of human bodies, some living and some barely able to be considered alive. The latter was the majority. Four stores were filled with the living bodies, and all else was a sea of the zombies. She merely stood and watched as the sea moved about, away from the door, but keeping her eye out for any movement toward herself.

The moment she appeared, Ryu would begin to be bombarded by the living dead. Lunging forth, twenty zombies would be shuffling at her. Each different in their own way. Sadly, there were only one survivor in each of those stores. A scream could be heard however, coming from E104. It was a... a man's scream. That would break the awkward silence that was brought by... the dead. From the second level, a snap would be heard. Not a bone snap, or that snap you hear from the off beat people at a Jazz Concert. It was... a snap of a Photographer. The man however would not be seen, for he would run away. Time, to see how Ryu would fair in the sea of death.

As she walked forward into the area, she performed hand seals as wooden samurai armor covered her body. She felt the need to protect herself, though she knew if at all possible she would keep the zombies too far for any physical contact. The armor was simply in case something failed.

Immediately, her bag would be unclasped as the zombies approached in their slow and stumbling manner. Her puppet would be pulled out and chakra strings would be attached, bringing life to the wooden creature. As the zombies came within an 8 meter range of her, she flipped on the shifting saws on her platypus's tail, sending him quickly towards the three closest zombies, severing their legs from their bodies. One, a female in a skirt and tie suit, was the most difficult, her legs were thick and fatty, and took a few tries to hack through. The two others were thin males, their legs frail and meatless.

Five more came into range and again, she sent Ainame to sever their legs. This was her attempt as keeping the zombies away from herself. There was no way a ten meter range wouldn't be able to keep the zombies from herself. Three of the zombies were in front, a cheerleader and two businessmen. The cheerleader was the easiest. She seemed to be oblivious to the world. Ryu assumes it was because she was blond. The two businessmen were more difficult. their briefcases got in the way of the saw a few times before she was finally able to render them legless.

She began to move forward, moving towards the sound of a scream heard from a sporting goods store not too far away. Twelve zombies remained between her and the store.

She increased the speed of her finger movements, upping the tempo of the rhythmic movement of her fingertips. Ainame's tail was send slashing into their lower appendages once more, leaving the flailing torsos of six more zombies to lie on the floor. This had been a group of elderly people. she felt a bit bad for doing such a thing, but she was assuming they could not have been saved. IT was best to thin that way, and they were of no real challenge, being old and frail.

She turned to notice the torsos of the zombies she had already severed crawling toward her with their hands ragging themselves along the ground towards her. Her face contorted to disgust as she flipped on the flamethrower from Ainame's beak, aiming carefully so as not to melt or burn the floor too much, burning them all to crisps of lifeless ash. Turning back to the newly severed bodies, she once more flipped on the flamethrower, once more being careful not to burn the floor.

"Shit, this is disgusting." She looked at all of the severed legs and chunks of flesh around as she ran toward the sporting goods store, six zombies still remaining, and following her slowly. She reached the man in the store, seeing him cowering behind a rack of cleats, wearing a football helmet and holding a hockey stick, full goalie gear on. She sighed and motioned for him to come out."I'm here to save you."

The man would reluctantly follow her, she assumed he was wary of whether she was just a great looking zombie. She waited until he reached her side and they began to flee, meeting up with the six remaining zombies, set on eating her. Their slow movements towards her didn't phase her actions. She sent Ainame forward, they were about 9 meters away, and she hacked off their legs, one by one as they neared. It seemed to be a team of basketball players, all very tall and lanky. Muscular, but thin enough to be able to cut through their appendages without hassle. She did, however, pop their basketball.

When they were all near-lifeless heaps on the ground, she burnt them to a crisp once more.

She looked back at the survivor. "Follow me." She grabbed his arm with her free hand, and looked down the hallway. It was full of zombies. She spotted the stairs, somewhat empty as the zombies were brainless and falling over the railings. She quickly grabbed the survivor, most likely scaring the crap out of him, and shunshinned to the bottom of the stairs when there was an opening in the sea of bodies. She took his arm once more and the two ran up the stairs as she shoved bodies over the railings on either side as they ascended.

Reaching the top of the stairs, the security office was visible, very near the stairs. A five meter run and they would reach the empty hallway leading to the entrance. She picked the survivor up once more and bounded quickly over to the hallway, rushing the two of them inside before closing the door behind them, and releasing a heavy breath.

is tough enough to stop medium strength blows and a few sword

Mukuro made his into the mall, bashing his way through the zombies that came close with the thick metal spoon he held. The mindless beings were really boring to destroy, for they had no conscious thoughts besides the urge to feed. With a sigh of disgust he would enter the building, perhaps tihngs would get interesting inside. He was never truely open to these simple minded creatures, his instincts would tell him if one were attacking out of sight.

Effect: The brawler depending on the rank of the technique the user is capable of reacting through subconscious mind against attacks against the user in different manners such as being flanked, and from behind. This technique makes the brawler incapable of being surprise attacked.

Drawback: The user may only learn this technique by the class that they are. This means that in order to learn the "C" Rank version they must be "C" Class, if they wish to learn the "B" Rank version they must be "B" Class.
Description: A technique where the subconscious mind, where the subconscious body reacts just as they are attacked while flanked or while their back is turn. The body reacts in such a way to where they are capable of withstanding so much. This technique makes it where the Brawler is incapable of being surprised attacked, a sudden second sense kicks in as their body screams out to them yelling at them telling them to move, duck, dodge or anything else within that manner. If an opponent comes to a Brawler at a bar, and attacks with a sword, or a club, the brawler gains the urge to dodge to the left, or to the right, where they are capable of reacting before the action is completed. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. The user is capable of dodging only whenever the opponent's class is equal or lower to that of the rank of the technique they know. This means that a "D" Class user that knows this technique can not use this against an opponent that is "C" Class or higher.

Effect: Anyone is capable of using anything they have around them, however a Brawler is capable of using anything around them with more of a devastating capability. With this technique a Brawler may pick up a chair and hurl it towards an enemy sending them flying back, or slamming a table into a fighter crushing bones. (See description for more Detail.)

Drawback: Must be an odd object like furniture, or kitchen utensils, anything that is not necessarily defined as a weapon.
Description: A Brawler is capable of using anything around them as a weapon. They are capable of using odd objects as if it was part of them. There is no such thing as proficiency towards that of the Brawler capabilities. A brawler is capable of taking hold of anything and using it as a weapon. Imagine a brawler hitting an opponent with a beer bottle thy fly back meters into the distance, or taking hold of a chair, slamming them so hard into the ground it breaks bones. This, is what this technique does. This technique is not as strong as punches and such as that, however it is best to never be in a bar brawl with a Brawler. The higher the class is the more devastating the attack will be creating a more sufficient way of breaking one's bones. This works for small objects that are from one foot to approximately three feet in length. When an object is from three feet to six feet in size the distance and capability magnifies by times 1.5. When the object is any larger then six feet the distance and capability magnifies by times 2.

The moment the door was closed however, another yell could be heard, this time upstairs. It was not a scream however, more of a laugh. E219. A Music Store currently sporting the Lil Wayne, Carter III Album! Gasp. From inside the store, however. Someone, un normal was there.

The store was empty. Blood covered each CD on the rack. His blades, covered with Zombie Blood. Rushing outside of the store, Valamori would swing his blades forward, hacking away each zombie until the area infront of the store was empty of them. The women he had seen going near the store was just down the hall. Simple for her to come back down and face him. Having peaked over the rails, he would also see the other. The male, awaiting for something to happen. A Kunai would be released to him. His sense of calmness would be soon broken.

The ground before her was slippery with congealed blood, fascinating yes, exciting? No. Many of the living dead had surrounded her as she walked through the mall, and they were easily dispatched with her ice weapons, each one severing the fetid head from the body, effectively and permanantly taking the walking corpses down. The bodies lay in a severed pile before her, but her attention to them was lacking. As far as she could tell, there were no abnormalities in the bodies of the zombies other than the fact that their dead tissue continued to come back to life. Although that did not help once their neural pathways had been severed.

Disinterested in the bodies, she figured that she would look for whatever survivors there was supposed to be. the mall was quite alive with activity, she could smell the blood, and could hear the rampagin hordes of cursed creatures, each soul bound to their rotting carcass begging her for a release. One she was only to willing to give. A lone zombie stumbled out from its hiding hole, its rotten mouth agape, its yellow fetid teeth mostly missing.

Kourui was not bothered by its horrid appearance, however, the smell was rather offensive, and she really did not appreciate it. Calmly, she looked to her left, a water fountain, she moved over to it, keeping her eyes on the undead creature in front of her. She pressed the button and a stream of water shot forth, and as if the stream was the catalyst, the zombie advanced. It was too late however, the amount of water from the fountain was more than enough for what she needed. In her hands the water turned to ice, and that ice was a kunai, and as soon as the zombie was lunging for her throat, it was dead, a kunai jammed through the fleshy underside of the jaw, and into the brain.

She scanned the area around her, a small quaint clothing store had been boarded up, and the windows had been smeared with blood. It looked like a good enough place as any to start her hunt for survivors. The doors however, were locked, and the windows easily triple paned and with many things stack against it. She needed to get in with as little damage done as possible, but she figured they would not mind if one or two windows were broken? Placing her hand on the glass in the door frame, she spread her chakra outward, the freezing kaishin chakra, and within seconds the glass was cracked and broken, and all it would take was a simple knock to drop it.

Instinct kicked in sa Mukuro's Second Sense warned him of the attack that was coming, though the sound of the weapon slicing the air also aided him in avoiding the attack. Quickly moving the spoon of thick tempered steel into the path of the projectile a clang was heard as he parried the blow away, into the eye socket of a zombie. Grinning fiendishly the Uchiha charged a clear path to a pillar, spoon transfered to mouth a moment before a seal was prepared. If any projectiles were thrown at him as he climbed to the second floor via chakra within his feet he would seal the Ox sign and hold it, expelling a sound wave to vere the weapons away from his form.

With a devilish gleam in the topaz lensed figure's eyes he would vere to the right. His head would not leave the figure and the sound would not stop, should it have been needed, as he went on, vaulting over the railing. With no zombies behind him and plenty of space to move the Uchiha prepared the seal again, should it be needed, as he spoke through the spoon in his teeth. "Shall we have some fun here?"

[Sorry... I was having trouble deciding what to do with Mr. V T_T. This is going to be a shitty post. You've been warned.]

Ryu left the security room quickly after leading the one survivor there. Ainame was leading the way, his saws still going like crazy, and now covered in all sorts of things Ryu didn't even want to attempt to know of. He would definitely need a bath after this.

Exiting the small hallway, Ryu noticed that the zombies were mostly trying to go downstairs. Almost like they were running from something in their feeble shuffle. They seemed to be moving mostly from her left as she reached the end of the hallway, and she turned herself in that direction.

As she turned, through the sea of bodies, one unique figure was seen. Mask over his face and wearing all black. His machete was covered in the remains of the zombies, she assumed only the best, as was the music store behind him, she noticed. He must have just cleared out the entire store of them.

She hacked through a group of five zombies, slicing down their bodies rather than across, careless of whether they still lived, they couldn't move well anyway with only one arm and one leg per side. An assumed comrade would be seen below, another nin so she assumed.

Her attention was returned to the man near the music store as she began to approach him. She was glad she still had her bark armor, and that she had put it on in the first place. This guy could be a bit more dangerous than a zombie.

She would simply stand still for the time being, Ainame before her as she stood in a crouched and defensive stance, prepared to move if need be, twenty meters away.

"Are you friend or foe?"

She needed to know before attacking him. Attacking another person fighting the zombies wasn't something she wanted to do before knowing whether she was in danger as well.

With blade unsheathed the Uchiha entered the area with great haste, most likely cause he'd just stolen lingerie. Either way, with powerful swings and utilizing his SKK training Sozen would simply behead any incoming hordes of the undead as he made his way through, in fact in order to further help he'd even created a few illusions; he created a pair of bunshin as one would take off to his left and the other to his right, surely the stupid zombies would be fooled and part ways in order to chase the clones. With his taijutsu prowess these undead were no match for his skill with a blade, and with blood spurting all about any zombies that should happen to cross his path did not remain long.

However, unlike the others Sozen was not moving towards the stranger above, in fact, Sozen was moving towards the sporting goods store where a survivor had been previously rescused, and quickly entering he made sure he was not followed, and if he had been the zombies would be dealt with I'm sure. Once inside and secure blade was sheathed, and immediately he took off towards the hockey gear. He'd grab multiple sticks and test them out, sizing it up, pretending to take a shot etc. etc., until he'd find the perfect one for is body. Ebony in colour it was a left-handed stick, and with a sinister grin he'd hold it tightly. Next he dashed over to his side, grabbing a goalie mask of the same colour he'd quickly brandish the equipment 'pon his head, and looking over to his side he'd spot a large bin of hockey pucks, oh hell yes.

With a powerful right arm he'd lift the bin and drop it on the ground before him, it was then eyes immediately caught the gaze of a pair of roller-skates, and with a boyish squeal he quickly made his way over to counter, although during this entire time he'd been watching his back and dispatching any zombies with his blade. Quickly kicking off his shoes the Uchiha slid on the skates and would tie and secure them tightly on his person, with a chuckle now he would look out the door of the store towards the many zombies, it seemed he could truly enjoy himself now. The wooden edge of the hockey-stick was gracefully run across the large pile of pucks as he'd single one out among the group, and with a bit of pressure the puck was moved from its bottom so that it may balance on its flat edge.

"Knuckle puck.."

With a powerful swing of muscular arms the puck was whacked with incredible speed and strength, it would be blasted out of the store and smack the closest zombie right in the face, Sozen could almost swear it pushed right through his skull and left a hole in its wake, although he couldn't exactly tell from this distance as the zombie would just drop and hit the floor.

And with a laugh, V would burst forth, Blade emerging from the confines of his sleeve. A quick blade swipe would place the couple of heads of the undead empty bodies, once humans, now dead earth walkers on the ground. The zombies were coming from the, unaware Ryu. The machete, bloody and dripping would be swiped forward once more. Slicing the zombies into many parts. Laughing slightly, the Man, next to Ryu would exclaim,

Kourui watched the two people further on ahead fight the zombies. From this distance she could not quite tell if the man had any intentions of harming the woman, but it did not really bother her at all, sh ewas having enough fun killing these zombies. She looked down,the bodies of the undead creatures lay in a pile, and now a few more were swarming over. Her position atop one of the large trees dotted through the area, an obvious position, but the zombies were truly incapable creatures.

Her head swiveled back to the two figures off in the distance, the madman with the sword and the woman, who she had to assume was another shinobi due to her skill, and the fact she wore a headband of one of the villages, although she could not tell which one. More zombies had infested the area, and now there was no clean way for her to get from the tree to the ground without having to spill a little blood.

In her weapons pouch she had more than enough marble pouches to just end the lot of them, but where was the fun in that, the honor? She would end their lives as though they were a worthy opponent, with presicion and dismembement. Forming a great sword from ice in her hand, she front flipped off of the tree, in a momentary freefall. The blade came down, splitting a zombie in half, then, before the others could react, she turned the blade, and spun, aiming the edge higher, beheading all the creatures in a six foot radius.

Congealed blood was spilled onto the floor, but it made her hesitate none as she took off towards the two other living people, holding her blade outwards impaling and knocking zombies from her path. It was not a long run, but the sheer magnitude of these diseased ridden countenences made it seem as though she was running forever, they just went on forever.

Kourui would stay just outside of reach of the battle, if it were to happen, only popping in to help the other woman if need be. This man gave off vibes, bad ones, ones that could shake her to the core. She was just like this because she was born like this. This man had been made this way from losing his mind in the depths of hell, he was truly psychotic. It made her tingle in excitement, thinking of the bloodhsed about to happen.

A grand theatre stood before him, filled with people...

A slew of the undead lay before him, abominations of life in themselves, brought to being by some ungodly act. It was purely disgusting to see such a thing, the dead again brought to life by who could say what, but such a thing at the time was not important. Rushing across the floor in wooden sandals, and drawing the Demon's Fang, he would rip apart various creatures as he made his way through the oncoming horde of zombies. Whoever was responsible would pay for their mockery of human life...

And yet still...

It was a valuable opportunity to lay his hands on anything he could imagine... This marketplace, although strange to foreign swordsman, was no doubt full of goods just waiting for Tadayoshi to get his hands on them. And as he hacked his way unknowingly towards the Alfresco Plaza, he would find much more in the way of Zombie oposition, perchance someone else there as he headed further along the way.

The idea of fighting along side this man creeped Ryu out a bit, and she kept herself on her guard about him, but she refused to kill anyone who didn't seem a direct threat to herself. The fact he creeped her out just simply wasn't reason enough for her to attack him. If he threatened her, however, she would take him out without question.

For now, her time was spent hacking zombies, using her new technique of sawing them down the middle, as she made her way towards the stairs. There had to be more survivors somewhere. The zombies were everywhere, someone would need to make noise before she could pinpoint a location, and a the moment there was no screams of fear or pain. All there was was the creeper beside her.

his bloody machete seemed to be staring her in the face as she focused on any movements it made, and for any movement toward herself. The fact she could just hack away at anything in front of her made this task easier, as she could put most focus on watching the strange male than on the useless zombies before and around her, which she hacked and sliced at with Ainame's saw tail.

The hockey stick would be heard echoing throughout the mall and shop as multiple times it was slapped into the ground, with each swing of powerful arms would the wooden edge meet the black pucks. With every slapshot the puck was sent blasting off into the distance, and with so many zombies each slam of the puck would sent the puck spinning forth into their heads; with each contact of the projectile being so powerful they would either succumb to the damage with their tender flesh and die, or simply be knocked over. Through the metal cage of the goalies mask did the Uchiha peer outwards, until finally the last swing was taken and he would look down only to discover he'd run out of hockey pucks -- damn it! With feral grunt he'd take off with graceful movements of the feet, and with minimal effort applied the rollerblades would take him forward at high speed.

"Out of my way!"

With wide arcs of the hockey stick the hard wooden edge was slammed into the heads of the hordes, their tender bodies and flesh were quite vulnerable to physical harm, and with the blade reached their heads and necks some were simply decapitated, while other were just smashed open and knocked to the floor. Sozen was sure to keep in motion as he was traveling north towards towards the escalators, with wide swings he was sure to keep zombies away from his person. Blue slates would be laid upon the others in the area, Sozen could count 5 non-zombies, although so far he really couldn't trust any of them, there was supposed to be psychos around -- right?

"Uchiha Sozen! To the rescue!"

He would scream throughout the mall as he skated towards the escalators up towards the second floor, never would his guard drop, and never would he place himself in a compromising position.

Dance? Oh how the words greeted Mukuro's ears pleasantly. "Yes, let us dance." As he spoke the Uchiha withdrew a kunai for added defensive purposes, ready for violence. He was to allow this survivor, this crazed madman to make the first move, ever alert. The zombies were approaching slowly so the chances of them interfering were slim. His eyes were located, searching the figure's torso. This measure was used as a means to take note of any movement made, be it by legs or arms or even the lower portion of his face. The Uchiha lefts no gaps in his defence as he awaited the figure's next move.

The Dance, The Dance of Death had been taken into two, very different context. The meaning was to fight, yet Ryu had taken it as fighting along side him. Her Musical Tastes had been not described, so her loyalty was undefined. However, V would not fight Mukuro, due the fact he was a on of the Sound Release. Yet he wanted to fight? Oh, how this was a interesting paradox. Turning, The Musical Master would run off the edge, leaping into the pool below of zombies. Landing on the dead, he would get up and dash away, machete out, slicing the living dead out of his way as he ran off to a different area of the mall.

Within The Shoehorn, the bodies would begin to pile up. The half bodies, Axed out. A large man, Iritatan Kardiz, would laugh as each body fell. Not a Psycho, just, pretty crazed with fighting. His temper could go either way however.

As Ryu fought the zombies around her with her puppets saws, the strange masked man would be confronted by another nin fighting. Soon after, however, he would jump from the balcony, landing in the zombies below. Ryu chose to ignore him, he was rather creepy anyways, and his death would be no loss to her. The sudden scream from a store down the hallway would catch her attention above all else.

"Holy Sh!t! Help! Help! Someone Help!"

She turned to find the location of the scream, noting a women's clothing store about half the hallway away. She looked to see if there was any notable movement in the area, and saw none. Suddenly a hand was on her arm, that of a zombie... who appeared to be blind. He was not clutching, he had merely run into her. She moved out of the way as he shuffled past her, eventually running into the railing of the balcony, and falling over the edge.

Ryu shivered as she thought of the flesh that had just come into contact with her own. Ew.

She began moving towards the store at a quick pace, slicing her way through the zombies with her saws, leaving their sad remains to lie on the floor in heaps. As she approached the store, she noted a white substance being shot into the air. Was that a fire extinguisher? Further investigation would reveal a woman holding the extinguisher, which seemed to be running low on fuel, and spraying it at oncoming zombies.

Ryu sent Ainame at the zombies as she approached, destroying them while staying out of direct range of the woman, being on the side of the battle rather than next to her. With the last of the zombies falling to the ground, a child could be seen within a rack near the woman, holding a senbon as he screamed. She kept her distance, ignoring the few zombies left in the immediate area for a moment as she spoke to the woman.

"Are you two all right?"
