Fuuton: Ranboukazenenten (Violent Wind Twisting)
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user spins on their heels three times, each spin releasing a violent burst of wind from all directions that is used to repel incoming attacks or push enemies away from them.
Special: Handseal
Drawback: The user can become dizzy after this attack, slowing their reaction times.
Description: The user performs the handseals and then applies chakra to their feet. They thin spin on their heels a total of three times. Each spin releases a violent burst of air that extends about eight feet out. This burst of air is used to displace incoming projectiles and possibly jutsu, depending on the opposing jutsu’s strength and element. (i.e. water or fire would be easy to disperse versus earth which would be difficult due to weight and density). This jutsu is also used to knock opponents who come to close to the user away from them. The user is capable of going into D rank training as many times as they want, each time increasing the number of their spins by one and thus the number of air bursts by one.
Limit: Must have Wind Release

Nyzu left Muteki standing there alone with the freshly murdered corpse of the missing cloud ninja. What a sight it must have looked like. Muteki was somewhat at a loss for words at the moment. With Nyzu gone he had no idea what his new plan was going to be. Perhaps he would just await Nyzu’s return. Removing the headband from the cloud ninja at his feet and stuffing it into his bag, Muteki then pulled the body now devoid of possessions onto the side of the road, and placed him in the bushes. He didn’t know the cloud ninja well enough to bother giving him any kind of proper burial. With that he had just walked away into a very secluded clearing nearby.
Since he had nothing better to do, Muteki began drinking all the sake he had gotten off of the now dead cloud ninja. It was refreshing, and though he was good at holding his liquor, there was to much there for even him to hold, and he was totally out of touch with reality at the moment. In his drunken stupor Muteki decided to train his techniques. A spur of the moment decision from a spur of the moment drunkard. His clouded mind would appear to have settled on learning a defensive wind technique for some reason. He was already immortal, so defense seemed a little inappropriate. But to a drunk inappropriate things became the norm.
With that he began practicing the handseals of the technique. In his drunken state the seals came very difficult, as his hands just for some reason would not touch each other. It was as if they had a mind of their own. For a good ten minutes Muteki just stood there swiping back and forth in front of himself with his hands, trying to touch them together. “My hands, they can touch everything but themselves.” He muttered idiotically. Finally after thinking the nearby tree was making fu of him he found out that his hands could in fact touch themselves, and that trees do not like being set on fire by the instant spark technique. He finally was able to resume his handseals, only to find the ease in them. Though he had regained some motor functions, mainly in his hands, his feet were another story.
He began aimlessly wondering around the camp, almost completely out of control when it came to his feet being used. What an idiot he must have seemed, but at least nobody was around to notice his ineptitude. Muteki continued learning the handseals, and then finally, on a whim decided he had done them enough and that he would start chakra manipulation. It was truly a entertaining event, seeing a drunkard try training chakra control. What a fool he must seem.
He started pouring chakra into his feet, like the technique he had heard of so long ago called for, and then bam. He was on the floor. He had exerted so much chakra that it literally knocked him off his feet and placed his back not so gently against the ground. It rattled him, and soon he fell asleep into what could only be described as a drunken coma.
