Battlefield: A field with a couple of trees and bushes in it.
Weather: Completely no clouds. A bright moon is lighting up the place.

Hotoka walked up in the field and looked at Ruisu. In the meanwhile he took his claws on and in a clumsy move he dropped a kunai. While picking it up he secretly used the half-ram handseal and let his claws charged for the jutsu. After that he grabbed his poison-bottles and mounted them on his claws. With a small turn he let the poison cover the right dagger. "I'd say bring it on"

Effect: If the charged weapon touches the opponent's skin, they recieve a potent electric shock in addition to any damage the weapon may make on it's own. When used, this jutsu gives one charge, and one charge only.
Special: Half-Ram.
Drawback: None.
Description: Gives any metal weapon an electric charge. The weapon must be held when the jutsu is activated. The required handseal only uses one hand, so the other hand holds the weapon. The weapon itself undergoes no visible change, the opponent would have no idea about it unless they witnessed the technique being used.
Limit: Lightning Release needed.

Description: Causes dangerously irregular heartbeat and pulse, usually digestive upset and mental confusion.

Special: It has 3 slots but they are all the same poison. They need a big dose in order to work.
Location/materials/cost: From the leaves of the foxgolve(plant) In the water and sea country. Can Also be bought from the Aistyn clan for ¥1750 per 180 ml.
