Description: Any bladed weapon that is longer then two feet, to about three feet. These weapons range from any types of blades such as the Broad sword, the Katana, the Rapier, the Scimitr, the Shinai. Any of these weapons or any weapon that fits within the length is considered to be a Broad Sword.
Overall- Sai is more of the observational type, meaning he sits and watches both his opponents and comrades, quietly assessing their personalities, learning their weaknesses and strengths.Appearance:
He often finds himself gathering ordinary pieces of non-related information, piecing them together
concluding with a bigger picture. Sai more than often finds himself lost in thought, or a daydreaming,
there isn’t a day that passes when he doesn’t think of the night his parents died.
Reserved- He thinks carefully before acting, or speaking to anyone, this is considered one of the main reasons why he doesn’t get into much trouble. He strongly prefer the company of a women, from which he isn’t shy, but is neither outgoing.
Downside- He may at times seem lazy, but is often up for any task or challenge.
For a child Sai’s acceptably wise, and knowledgeable, though he strives to keep his thoughts to himself.
He is competitive with his peers, and hates to losing to anyone, instead of allowing his frustration to show,
Sai will simply quit and leave.
Closing- Sai is in some respects considered a brilliant but lazy, but if you asked, he’d say, he prefers to be underestimated. When dealing in hostile situation, he attempts to keep a level head in order to best plot
Out a solution, but when he does lose his cool, Sai acts out of sheer instinct.

He has little muscle definition and is draped in dark garments down to his steal toe ninja footwear; he wears black gloves that cover up to his elbows and a tan

He wears a Katana on his back, which is about the length of his arm, the waterfall village forehead protector hangs from his back pocket, tucked securely under the pouch wear he carries his ninja equipment.

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The signature move of the Nara family, this jutsu allows the user to control their own shadow and merge it with their opponent's shadow, combining them. This links the movements of the user with the target; the target is subsequently forced to make any movement the user makes. It is an extremely versatile technique, as the user can contract and change the shape of their shadow, potentially grabbing multiple targets at once. The degree to which the user's shadow can be stretched is limited by its total surface area.

Drawback: Must Be Learned Multiple times in order to truly achieve something grand. Must hold Rat hand seal until the technique connects with the targets shadow.
Description: Using the shadows of other objects, the user can extend their shadow beyond its normal range. The amount of time for which an opponent can be held is limited by the user's chakra, since the user must constantly maintain the jutsu. The jutsu is also more difficult to maintain at greater ranges or for multiple opponents, since the user's shadow must be stretched constantly. At closer ranges, it requires considerably less effort on the user's part. Additionally, the target can force their way free with enough effort, though the amount of effort required to do so is considerable. There are two tables or understandings for this technique that consists of the Difficulty class of the User as well as the Opponent, and as to how far the user is capable of using this technique. When first learned the user is only capable of using this technique at a distance of Ten meters. Each higher Rank archived, the user is capable of extending the shadow another five meters. The user must first however, learn each rank a certain amount of times before then next rank is obtainable. The C rank version must be learned five times total. At which point the ditance is upgraded to "B" Rank training and now extends ten meters each time trained. This version must be learned 3 times total. The "A" Rank version, extends the range to Seventy meters, and every additional "A" Rank training extends it another ten meters. This technique caps out at 100 meters. The user is capable of making their shadow split and by doing so takes up the distance of the total form of the original technique. This means that if a user has this technique to where they can use thirty meters and wishes to make this technique split to three shadows the maximum distance is ten meters per shadow.
Difficulty on Escaping: Escaping the Kagemane is a tricky art for some, easier for others. Depending on your Stamina and Difficulty class depends on how well the opponent can escape the Kagemane. The Kagemane is held for a Certain time frame depending on Rank of the technique learned. "C" Rank can be held for 18 seconds before it breaks no matter what. "B" Rank 36 seconds, "A" Rank 54 Seconds. For every difficulty class the user is above the opponent, add another five seconds. If the opponent for every difficulty class above th user, subtract five seconds. If the Opponent captured is a Taimaster, subtract 15 seconds additionally. If the opponent is a Tai specialist, subtract 5 additional seconds. If the opponent is a Taijutsu No specialist, leave it as is. After doing the math, the amount of turns held will be apparent.

Description: After capturing an opponent with the Shadow Imitation Technique, the user can then further extend their shadow up to the target's throat in the shape of a hand, which chokes them to death. Additionally, it can be used to bind the limbs of exceptionally strong targets who can move, even while bound by the Shadow Imitation.

Shadow Strike
Rank: D Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Holding a handseal, the user's shadow attacks the shadow of the opponent with kicks and punches. If the shadow hits the opponent's it will seem to strike just as if the Nara member had punched them directly.
Special: "Hanseals"
Drawback: Cannot move while using jutsu, range only as long as shadow can stretch (5-10 meters). Also, must hit the targets shadow, and note that it only feels like a punch.
Description: Forming the dragon handsign, the Nara member's shadow strikes out at the opponent with fists and feet striking out at their shadow. If they hit, it will seem as if the Nara Member had actually hit them. It only feels like a punch, hurting nerve receptors, not actually damaging the opponent or cause recoil upon the hit, just pain. However, Pain may cause the opponent to flinch and fall over.
Limit: Nara Clan Member, Shadow Imitation Technique "C" Rank
Shadow Blast Kunai
Rank: C Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: A beam of Shadow as sharp at it's end as a kunai, and fired as fast as a kunai is thrown, fires from the hand of the Nara Clan member. Is able to be controlled in mid air to turn.
Special: "Hanseals"
Drawback: Inaccurate and while being used takes much concentration. Hard to control, does not turn well, and while being used attacker can not use any other jutsu. Only extends as far as 10 meters.
Description: Forming handsigns, shadows begin to form around the fist of the Nara Clan Member. upon his hand being covered in shadow he can thrust his hand forward and the shadow will shot forward in one tendril and hit the opponent with the shadow, doing the damage a thrown kunai could cause.

(Drunken Sight Technique)TaiJutsu Techniques:
Rank: "C" Rank
Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: A Technique used upon a certain opponent as the opponent begins to see the world around them as if perhaps in a drunken like state. The sense of balance becomes impaired and their body begins to feel as if they were just simply drunk.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: A simple technique that can be diverse if the opponent or the user is suddenly hit to knock sense or to disrupt concentration.
Description: When the technique is performed on the opponent, they would suddenly begin to see blurry. Their vision would be disrupted. Their balance would become disrupted. Their sense of smell would become harden. The capability of functioning properly of all body parts is unable to occur because of the fact that each body part of the opponent will not be capable of working correctly. This technique lasts as long as the user wishes as long as the user is undisturbed or the opponent is undisturbed.
Limit: Must know Glamor Perception, GenJutsu Technique to where anyone is capable of learning.
KenJutsu-History:
Battojutsu - The starting point of all Battojutsu training is to learn the basic stance, at which the practitioner attains a black Gi with a white belt and sash. Then the Battojutsu learner is trained in both the basic Quick Strike training methods (D Rank) and the basic forms (D Rank) of the style, and upon completion is given a white sash with a red line across its width (meant to sit just over the heart). From there, they are taught the standard forms of the Quick Strike training (C Rank) and must train in the standard forms (C Rank) of Battojutsu - they will then be tested by a senior senpai, and upon completion will receive a white sash with three red lines across its width. This system is repeated for the advanced forms and Quick Strike training (B Rank), and are then permitted to learn the master's form (A Rank). Once completed, they are given the title of "Senpai" and change their black sash to a red sash.
The basic quick strike methods involve learning to draw, strike and sheath their sword in one, quick movement without delay or hesitation, and as they further their training this affects the way their body can move and use its muscles to perform a slightly stronger and faster attack, improving their chances of landing a strong attack.
Having recently gradating the academy, many would gather that Sai’s life as a Shinobi has just began, but those who know him well, consider this much false.
His brother Muzen and he were both born minutes from one another other, in a small hostpital boardering the Waterfall Country.
Their heartfelt life as a ninja began when their training did, they had become efficient users of the Shadow Imitation techniques at the age of 5.
Though his family had Migrated from Konoha, over 60 years ago, Sai’s grandfather who would look after the two, when their parents were sent completing assignments, saw to it that they
kept the Nara tradition alive, through training them well in the clans arts.
He would even sometimes send the two on personal missions they considered C rank and higher.
On one particular assignment they were forced to deal with bandits, and in doing so Sai was dealt a scar over his right eye.
At this time they were at the tender age of 7 and hadn’t stepped a single foot into the academy.
Sai’s academy days were more than memorable, he was excelling amongst the top students in his class, and
was even due to graduate earlier in only his second year.
Until one dark and thunderous night, the Village leader approached his grandfather’s residence, he forlornly delivered a black envelope, and this could only mean one thing, immediately Sai knew his parents had been killed on a mission of great importance.
He fled from home that night, alone. The mere sight of his grandfather and brother tormented his soul,
the boy only wished to avenge his parents, and someday go on to become a Hunter Shinobi and kill the ones responsible for his parents death, though he had no leads he was certain that he would find them.
He soon began living in a small run down apartment where he currently resides as a genin.
