((OOC: Open to any other kyoudo cloud nin that want to help))
As he finished up resting after finally learning his new jutsu. He stood where the constant storm was getting worse and looked up as a lightning bolt streaked through the air crashing down around him. Not flinching showing that inside of him lies a storm even greater than most would come to realize. That had not been tapped into yet. He remembered what he had read about the bloodlimit's abilities and decided that it was time to fully activate all of the Kyoudo potential. He slowly sat down and leaned against a tree reading about the next part that he had to master. There was no given idea that practiciing and strengthening his bloodlimit's potential would be easy and he was well prepared.
The storm raged on wildly as Kyuzu began to go through with his endurance training that was mentioned in the book about that Tieren had gave to him when he returned back to the village after his last mission. He grabbed one of the shurikens out of his holster and threw it towards one of the nearby trees that swayed violently by the gusts of the wind, as it stabbed the stern trunk of the tree, a flash so bright that could be seen all over the village came and disappeared for a brief second, but it's noise came much later in a booming sound.
The kunai that he had thrown had been struck and the rain was feeding it's electrical thirst. Kyuzu quickly activated his kekkai genkai and began to try and manipulate what little electrostatics that were still there as it had found it's conductor with water as well. He began to concentrate to either repel or attract the kunai that was dislodged in the tree back. Nothing was happening. He had kept still as required by his training and was focused more than ever to learn more about these abilities that would in the end help him figure out who he really was. Having a hard time trying to master the control of negative and positive charges on numerous occasions he got nothing. Yet, his fighting spirit would not let him quit and he wasn't going to even fathom the idea of quitting. He's out to prove himself and get stronger. This was his path as a shinobi.
